Bimantara (Business Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship Journal) is published by the Magister of Management Programme, Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang. Bimantara journal is a peer-reviewed and open-access journal published twice a year (April and October). This journal only accepts articles from original research results. The primary criterion for publication is the significance of the contribution an article makes to the literature in the management and business area, i.e., the significance of the contribution and on the rigor of analysis and presentation of the paper. The acceptance decision is made based upon an independent review process that provides critically constructive and prompt evaluations of submitted manuscripts. Subjects suitable for publication include finance management, marketing management, human resource management, operation management, strategic management, and entrepreneurship. Bimantara journal has been indexed in Google Scholar and keeps an attempt to be indexed in other journal directories.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of service quality, ease of use of the application on loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. Methods Data collection uses a survey. The sampling technique was purposive random sampling with a total of 160 Go-Car and Go-Ride service users.The study used path analysis techniques and to test the mediating variables using the Sobel Test. The results showed that service quality and ease of use of the application had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has no significant effect on customer loyalty, ease of use of applications has a significant effect on customer loyalty, while customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction as a mediating variable is able to affect service quality on customer loyalty while customer satisfaction as a mediating variable is not able to affect ease of use. application usage on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of leadership, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance and compensation as a moderation variable of the study on CV. Citiplan in Malang.  The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling technique, with all employee of CV. Citiplan  which is 47 respondents. The analytical tool used is a moderated regression analysis using SPSS. The instrument in this study is the validity test of the reliability test, the test of classical assumptions.  Hypothesis using the T  test  and uji F using SPSS.   The results showed that leadership has a significant influence on employee performance, motivation has a significant influence on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant influence on employee performance.   Leadership, motivation, job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.  Compensation moderates on the influence of leadership, motivation, work integrity on employee performance.

Abstract

Jawa Timur Park 1 or better known as Jatim Park 1 is a place for recreation and learning established by PT. Bunga Wangsa Sejati which has been open since 2001. Jatim Park 1 which was established in Batu City, East Java is one of the famous Batu City tourist destinations. As an industry and of course, the quality of Jawa Timur Park 1 services is highly valued not only from the rides offered, but also from the service of the employees who are kept. The purpose of the discussion in this research is to determine the effect of transformational leadership and work motivation on performance through job satisfaction. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire with data analysis techniques using SmartPLS. The results show that transformational leadership and work motivation affect employee performance, and job satisfaction mediates the effect of transformational leadership and work motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of records, inventory, reports, and the usage of applications on the rate of financial reports of State-Owned Goods Financial Accounting Management Information System (SIMAK-BMN). Using a quantitative approach, 50 respondents filled online questionnaire and analyzed using multiple regression. The results of this study found that the better record, inventory, reporting, and application of SIMAK-BMN, the better the quality of financial reporting. Recording, reporting, and the implementation of the application can be improved in recording the movement and changes in BMN conditions, inventory, missing goods reports, and recording BMN mutation documents using complete and precise data.

Abstract

This research focuses on exploring the themes and meanings from the informants' knowledge as deeply as possible through interpretative phenomenological analysis, resulting in a detailed description. The qualitative research approach used is the phenomenological approach of Alfred Schutz, which helps understand and uncover the meaning behind various visible phenomena from detailed descriptions. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are used to check the validity of the data, analyze the identification of themes and meanings, and form propositions and research findings. The results of the analysis are as follows: 1) understanding the meaning of coaching, leadership, intellect and spirituality in achievement is conveyed by the statement of Informant I as the manager of the Bunterbusih Program, Informant II by the chairman of the Bunterbusih Foundation, and Informant III as coaching, and 2) Leadership style implemented in agencies the Binterbusih Foundation institution consists of a Directive, Supportive, Participative, and achievement-oriented leadership style simultaneously or together towards quality Papuan human resources (studies at the Binterbusih Semarang foundation). In other words, if the directive, supportive, participatory, and achievement-oriented leadership style improves, it can increase the quality of Papuan human resources.
