Abstract

The nutritional problem in Indonesia is still a fairly large and increasingly complex problem. One effort that can be made is to adopt a healthy lifestyle, including a balanced diet, which is one of the main factors causing complex nutritional problems in Indonesia. PSG data in 2017, the prevalence of stunting in NTB Province was 37.2%, higher than the national average, namely 29.6%. This figure also increased compared to 2016, namely 29.9% or an increase of 7.29%. %. Catfish (Clarias Batrachus). Catfish is a type of freshwater fish that is very popular with the public. Catfish is a commodity with important economic value and is widespread in Indonesia. The nutritional content of catfish contains 76.0% water, 17.7% protein, 4.8% fat and 0.3% carbohydrates and 1.2% minerals. The aim of this research is to determine the nutritional status of processed catfish. The research method is a literature review, which is trying to explore the content of processed catfish on nutritional status. The results of a review of 5 journals show that processed catfish contains protein, calories, fat, carbohydrates, water and minerals which play an important role in nutritional status. compared to 2016, namely 29.9% or an increase of 7.29%. %. Abstract

Marriage is the physical and mental bonding of a man and a woman as husband and wife with the aim of forming a happy and lasting family based on God Almighty. Marriage is permitted by the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia since 2019, namely marriage is permitted if the man and woman have reached the age of 19 years. From the results of simple interviews with 10 students at STIKes Yarsi Mataram, 80% stated that they were dating, and 20% of students were not dating. From the results mentioned above, the researcher is interested in conducting a survey of the age of wanting to get married at STIKes Yarsi Mataram. This study used an observational survey design with a cross-sectional time approach. This research was conducted in March 2024 at STIKes Yarsi Mataram. The sample obtained was 176 people. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate analysis. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the age of wanting to get married based on father's education as indicated by a p value of 0.011 (p <0.05). There was a significant difference in the age of wanting to get married based on the desire to get married quickly as indicated by a p value of 0.001. There is a need for continuous and consistent education on risky dating behaviour and Islamic religious views on dating to university students.

Abstract

Family planning is an action that helps married couples to regulate pregnancy intervals, determine the number of children, and prevent unwanted pregnancies. Family planning methods in the government programme based on the protection period are Long-Term Contraceptive Methods and non-Long-Term Contraceptive Methods. From the results of simple interviews with 10 women of childbearing age in Karangtawang village, Nusawungu sub-district, Cilacap district, Central Java, 70% stated that they used non- Long-Term Contraceptive methods, and 30% used Long-Term Contraceptive. From the above results, the researcher was interested in the use of contraceptive in women of childbearing age in Karangtawang village, Cilacap. This study used an observational survey design with a cross sectional time approach. This research was conducted in March 2024 in Karangtawang village Cilacap. The sample obtained was 228 people. Data analysis used univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. The results showed that there were significant differences in contraceptive use based on characteristics and income with a p value of <0.05. It is necessary to conduct a broader analysis by including factors that influence the use of non Long-Term Contraceptive Methods

Abstract

Back pain is one of the discomforts of pregnant women in the form of pain that occurs in the lumbosacral area. One way to reduce discomfort is exercise during pregnancy, one of which is yoga. Yoga in pregnancy describes specific postures and techniques that are beneficial to expectant mothers and help relieve discomfort caused by bodily changes during pregnancy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of yoga exercise on back pain for pregnant women with TM III. This literature review was obtained from searching scientific research articles from the 2010-2020 range using Google Schoolar. Yoga exercise can produce endorphins that trigger feelings of comfort, pleasure, and happiness produced by the central nervous system and pituitary gland, endorphins function to relieve pain because these hormones can block opioid receptors which can block pain-conducting signals

Abstract

Background: The World Health Organization (WHO) states that more than2.9 million children under five die from diarrheal disease and it is listed as the main disorder and cause of death in the world after asphyxia, BBLK, infection and puemoша. Based on the diagnosis of health workers, the prevalence of diarrhea in West Nusa Tenggara in children under five is 11% with prevalence in West Nusa Tenggara in fourth place at 13.4%, which indicates that the incidence of diarrhea in children under five in NTB is still above the national average (Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, 2018) Objective: To determine the relationship between giving formula milk and the incidence of diarrhea in infants age 024 months Method: This type of research uses a quantitative research design with a cross sectional research type. The population in this study is mothers who have babies aged 0-24 months at the Karang Taliwang Community Health Center, Mataram City in January-March 2024, as many as 79 respondents. Sample collection techniques in research This uses non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. Data analysis in this research uses univartat and bivariate analysis. Results: The research results show that there is a relationship between giving formula milk and the incidence of diarrhea. This result is shown by the p value of 0.016 or <0.05. Conclusion: There is a relationship between giving formula milk and the incidence of diarrhea in babies aged 0-24 months.
