Abstract

ABSTRACTThis report presents an analysis and design of academic information systems based on STMIK Insan Pembangunan EPSBED. Problems that occur on campus STMIK Insan Pembangunan is an academic system that has not been integrated with the report EPSBED so often happens when a data validation to invalid data, data search difficulty, for making the report because the data are not yet available, as well as data storage is not supported, so that reporting EPSBED the pass / not in accordance with the schedule specified. With the establishment of this academic system will minimize the problem and reporting it to run smoothly. Designing a computerized information system and this will be based EPSBED ensure accuracy and time to generate information in order to be able to control the reporting schedule set by Kopertis IV. Observations and research on STMIK Insan Pembangunan has produced a design of Academic Information Systems (SISKA) based EPSBED. Academic Information System has been implemented so that the problems that exist in STMIK Insan Pembangunan can be completed.

Abstract

Crude Palm Oil (CPO) merupakan minyak yang bersal dari buah kelapa sawit yang saatini masih menjadi komoditi andalan dari Indonesia. Indonesia merupakan negarapengekspor CPO terbesar di dunia walapun saat ini telah tersaingi oleh Malaysia. HargaCPO Indonsia saat ini masih tergantung dari bursa forward Roterdam. Prediksi hargaCPO sangat diperlukan khususnya bagi para pembuat kebijakan, investor maupunperusahaan untuk menentukan patokan harga CPO, karena perkembangan harga CPOtergantung oleh beberapa faktor seperti iklim dan cuaca, harga minyak mentah dankomoditi subsidi. Metode Support Vector machine telah banyak digunakan untukmelakukan prediksi seperti prediksi PM10, prediksi krisis keuangan dan prediksikecepatan angin. Kelebihan Metode Support Vector Machine adalah dapat mengatasimasalah over fitting dan tidak memerlukan data yang terlalu banyak, serta memilikitingkat akurasi yang tinggi. Kemampuan dari Support Vecot Machine yang memberikandorongan kepada beberapa peneliti untuk mengembangkan penelitian lebih lanjut. Salahsatu pengembangan lanjutan adalah memadukan Support Vector Machine denganAlgoritma Genetika yang digunakan untuk melakukan optimasi parameter. AlgoritmaGenetika digunakan untuk melakukan optimasi parameter yang menjadi kelemahan padametode Support Vector Machine. Pada penelitian ini, eksperimen dengan menggunakan 3jenis kernel yang pertama tipe kernel dot dengan RMSE sebesar 0,1289, akurasi sebesar84,6%, yang kedua tie kernel radial dengan RMSE sebesar 0,0001, akurasi sebesar 98,5%dan yang ketiga tipe kernel Polynomial dengan RMSE sebesar 0,131 akurasi sebesar83,3%.Kata kunci : Prediksi, Harga, Crude Palm Oil, Support Vector Machine, AlgoritmaGenetika

Abstract

ABSTRACT“Analysis and designing of a computerized accounting information system on the income and expenditure of cash at Centec Don Bosco”The designing of a computerized accounting information system is done at the Vocational training Centre Comoro Dili East Timor. At this very moment the administration work of receipts and payments by cash at Centec don Bosco is done manually. As a consequence the manual system incurs a lot of errors in the calculation, the data are not well organized and information delays are common. The objective of this research is to elaborate a computerized accounting system for the receipts and payments of cash at Don Bosco with the purpose of avoiding miscalculations, and to have a well organized data, a quick, accurate and timely access to the information needed. To achieve the intended goal it was important to have the analysis of the system of receipts and payments of the cash which includes receipts of the school fees, sales of the outcomes of the production units, subsidies from the government and donations;Second, analysis of payment procedures of general and special cashusage is also relevant and needed for the elaboration of a system that is more adequate to be used which can help better in the administration system. From the results of the designing it concludes that with the presence of a computerized accounting information system for the receipts and payments of the cash hopefully will reduce the negative effects of miscalculation, inefficiency of the management and administration of the cash. On theother hand the system would provide faster, accurate and effective services for the administration andmanagement of the funds at Don Bosco.Key words : Receipts/income and Payments/expenditure Centec Don Bosco.

Abstract

AbstrakDESIGN ANALYSIS INFORMATION SYSTEM IN OUTPATIENT PRACTICE PHYSICIAN Herlina.Herlina Practice Physicians is an organization engaged in health. Herlina Physician Practice located in Kampung kawaron excited Rt 07 Rw 04, the Village Wanakerta Sindang Jaya District. In this Herlina Physician Practice outpatient process is needed due to replace the manual system, the data stored on these systems have not been well integrated and common mistakes in recording, so the process of outpatient services that are not in accordance with the procedure. With these problems it will be an outpatient information system designed to use the Access database and Visual Basic 2008. The data was collected using field research by interviewing directly to the relevant parties. This research aims to help companies improve the effectiveness of work and better data processing, for processing the data with the computerized system will provide fast and accurate data and to improve the efficiency and in the work process, but it can assist management in making decisions. The increasing number of patients and the data to be inputted, it needed a system that can produce a fast and accurate information so that the mechanism can be well controlled process. To solve the problem, so in this case the author makes the program using Visual Studio 2008 (Visual Basic.Net). with Access as the database and Crystal Report as a form of report. After the implementation of the system that the authors propose is expected to assist staff in inputting data.
