Abstract

This writing uses the Class Action Writing method which is carried out in class VIIIF of SMP Negeri 1 Ngawen, Ngawen District, Blora Regency through two cycles. In cycle I, cycle and cycle II. Data collection techniques were carried out by giving tests, observations and giving questionnaires. Tests are used to measure learning outcomes, while questionnaires are used to measure learning motivation, and observation sheets are used to observe teachers in the learning process by applying a problem based learning approach and to determine student motivation in teaching and learning activities. increased motivation and student learning outcomes. In the first cycle, the aspect of learning motivation with a good category was only the aspect of feeling happy. In the second cycle, all aspects of learning motivation are in good category. And student learning outcomes also increase with the minimum completeness criteria that have been set, namely 70. Of the 36 students, before the writing was held 10 students completed with a percentage of 28%, in the first cycle students completed learning with a percentage of 19 children with a percentage of 53%, in the second cycle students completed learning with a percentage of 32 children with a percentage of 94%. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the problem based learning approach can increase the motivation and learning outcomes of class VIIIF students of SMP Negeri 1 Ngawen, Ngawen District, Blora Regency for the 2021/2022 Academic Year.

Abstract

This study aims to see the empowerment process in establishing and implementing the Tahfidzul Qur'an Program at Al-Alif Islamic Boarding School, Tamanrejo Village. This empowerment process uses the Posdaya approach. Based on the results of the implementation of mentoring in the establishment and implementation of the Tahfidzul Qur'an Program at Al-Alif Islamic Boarding School, there are several conclusions as follows: 1) Assistance in the establishment and implementation of the Tahfidzul Qur'an Program is guided by the stages in the empowerment strategy based on posdaya; 2) The Tahfidzul Qur'an program has been implemented systematically and optimally; 3) All students began to memorize some of the letters in the Qur'an; 4) The students are very motivated to memorize the Qur'an. Santri are very enthusiastic in memorizing the Qur'an. This situation is evidenced by several factors, among others, they enjoy memorizing the Qur'an, memorizing the Qur'an is done by reading it repeatedly or reading it together, and when reading the verses of the Qur'an, they read well and sequentially or systematically; and 5) The establishment of the Tahfidzul Qur'an Program has positive implications in participating in protecting the Qur'an. One form of appreciation for the Qur'an is that the Qur'an from generation to generation is always memorized and maintained in the chest of the memorizers (huffazh) of the Qur'an.

Abstract

The role of the school is very important in shaping the behavior of its students. The school functions as a facilitator who will lead students so that they can excel with faith, knowledge and charity. In schools, the role of teachers of moral aqidah is needed in guiding and directing their students, especially regarding morals. Adolescence is an act or crime or violation committed by a teenager against legal norms, social norms, group norms. The delinquency that occurred at MTs Nurul Ikhsan Yafadlillah took various forms. So it is necessary to hold countermeasures so that they do not become negative attitudes and actions. This study aims to (I) to find out the factors that cause delinquency in class VII students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Nurul Ikhsan Yafadlillah Sulursari, Gabus District, Grobogan Regency for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. (II) To find out the role of moral aqidah teachers in overcoming the problem of delinquency in Class VII students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Nurul Ikhsan Yafadlillah Sulursari, Gabus District, Grobogan Regency for the 2021/2022 Academic Year. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with the type of case study research. The data obtained from this study include: To find out the factors that cause delinquency in grade VII students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs), and the role of the teacher of moral aqidah in overcoming the problem of delinquency in Grade VII students at Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs). The data collection method used by the author is Observation, Interview, and Documentation. After analyzing the data, the following conclusions were obtained: First, the role of the moral aqidah teacher is effective in participating and being active in overcoming student delinquency. Second, the factors that cause and inhibit the occurrence of student delinquency are family factors, school factors, and community factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the STAD type cooperative learning model to increase motivation and PAI learning outcomes about zakat for class VI SD Negeri 1 Sumberagung semester II 2021/2022 academic year. The results show that the application of the STAD type cooperative learning model can increase motivation and PAI learning outcomes about zakat for grade VI students of SD Negeri 1 Sumberagung in the second semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. In pre-cycle conditions using conventional techniques, students who have high motivation in learning only reach 5.6%, and the value of student learning outcomes reaches an average of 65.55 with a completeness level of 27.59%. After taking action through the application of the STAD type cooperative learning model with homogeneous groups in the first cycle, students who have high motivation in learning reached 18.5%, and the value of student learning outcomes increased to an average of 73.59 with a completeness level of 58.62 %. And then improvements were made to the implementation of the STAD type cooperative learning model with heterogeneous groups in cycle II, students who had high motivation in learning reached 82.8%, and the value of student learning outcomes reached an average of 81.41 with a completeness level of 100%

Abstract

The teacher is a role model for students so that what the teacher does will be imitated by the students. Therefore, a teacher must have good ethics. While students are people who seek knowledge. One of the sources that can be used by teachers and students in good ethics is the book Adabul 'Alim Wal Muta'allim by KH. Hasyim Asy'ari. This study will answer the questions: (1) What is the concept of Teacher and Student Ethics according to experts (2) What is the concept of Teacher and Student Ethics from the perspective of KH. Hasyim Asy'ari in the book Adabul 'Alim Wal Muta'allim This type of research is literature (books) or can be referred to as library research (library research) where this research is to collect data or scientific writings aimed at the object of research or data collection that is literature or a study carried out to solve a problem that is basically focused on critical and in-depth study of relevant library materials. The results showed that the Adabul 'Alim Wa Al Muta'alim book specializes in presenting the ethics of teachers and students in learning. The description focuses on the attitudes that a teacher must have when giving lessons both related to his students and to his book. The concept of teacher ethics in the book Adabul 'Alim Wa Al Muta'alim, among others: (1) Ethics for scholars (teachers) always draw closer to Allah, fear (khouf) of Allah's wrath, sakinah, wara', tawadhu' solemnly, always guided on God's law (2) Ethics when teaching, always going to the class assembly, greeting the entire audience, dealing with students with full attention, before starting teaching should read a few verses of the Qur'an, adjust the volume of the voice, (3) The teacher's ethics towards students, giving teaching, building sincere intentions, loving students, educating and teaching. While the ethics that must be possessed by a student include (1) Serang mirid must have a ta'dzim nature towards his teacher, (2) a student must be kind to his teacher (3). Abstract

Choosing a candidate in marriage is a very principle matter, whether the candidate is the choice of himself or someone else's choice (in this case the guardian / parent with the right of consent). Meanwhile, recently the discourse of gender justice has become a topic of discussion in the midst of society. With the gender discourse, the right to consent of wali is also a topic of debate. Therefore, to respond to this, this research raises at least two fundamental questions, namely whether the right to ijbar in Islamic jurisprudence is still relevant to current conditions and how the right of ijbâr according to marriage law (UUP and KHI). From the results of this study that in Islamic jurisprudence the right to ijbar is a form of protection for parents (guardians) to marry off their children as a form of responsibility. Meanwhile, differences of opinion from each Islamic jurisprudence group except Hanafiyah allow guardians to marry off their children as a responsibility with several terms and conditions. Meanwhile, Article 6 paragraph 1 states that marriage must be based on the agreement of the bride and groom. This is in line with KHI article 16 paragraphs 1 and 2 which explicitly states the necessity to obtain consent, whether oral, written or a statement indicating that his silence is his agreement. However, if the opposite is true, the marriage cannot be carried out. It can be said that the right of a wali nikah consent is not absolute because the guardian must have the consent of his child

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the Income Potential of Land Mapping Measurement and Land Inspection as a source of income Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) in the Blora Land Office that is missing and to find the factors causing the loss. The type of data used is secondary data obtained indirectly from the source, namely Realization of Land Mapping Measurement and Land Inspection for the 2014-2018 period at the Blora Land Office and registered parcels obtained from the Financial and Asset Management Revenue Agency Regions (BPPKAD) of Blora. The source of income is still high but cannot be utilized optimally because the percentage of average effectiveness per year for Receiving Land Mapping Measurement is 79.87 percent and Land Inspection Receiving is 62.08 percent, which is marked by the high Expected Opportunity Loss (EOL) Mapping Measurement Land by 83.93 percent and Land Inspection by 83.21 percent. Factors that influence the loss of revenue Land Mapping Measurement and Land Inspection are largely influenced by social and economic factors of the community in Blora Regency.
