Abstract

Objective: Effective employee attendance management is crucial for optimizing operational efficiency in higher education institutions. This study aims to develop a WhatsApp-based attendance system to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and accessibility at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. Method: A web-based application was designed and integrated with the WhatsApp API, enabling employees to record attendance by sending messages via WhatsApp. The system includes automated data processing features for administrative monitoring. The research follows a system development life cycle (SDLC) approach, incorporating requirements analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation phases. Results: The implementation of the system demonstrated improved attendance efficiency, minimized human error in data recording, and reduced reliance on additional applications. The administrative panel facilitated real-time monitoring, enhancing managerial oversight. Novelty: This study presents an innovative approach by leveraging WhatsApp—a widely used communication platform—as a cost-effective alternative to conventional attendance systems. The integration of WhatsApp API eliminates the need for dedicated mobile applications, reducing maintenance costs and improving user adoption. This solution offers a practical model for universities seeking to modernize attendance management while maintaining ease of use for employees.

Abstract

Objective:  Polyaniline one of most Conductive polymer as prepared by chemical polymerization method at room temperature and studied the side effect the dopant with ionic acid such as sulfuric on the structure of the polymer. Method : The changes taking place by the following measurements: FESEM, HR-XRD, Electrical properties, and an evaluation activation energy. The FE-SEM properties of the surface study using the imaging analyzed by Field Emission Scanning Electronic Microscopic, and calculated the particle revealed, that the compound has micro granular effected with the presence of acid. Results : High resolution x-ray diffraction, crystalline nature of the polymer it has a semi-crystalline with the effect of the acid doped clear improvement happened to the installation of the crystalline nature of the polymer. Electrical characteristic study by using the 2-probe method, it found that the samples had ohmic curve. Thin films of samples that doped of polymer had a highest conductivity of 2.9x10⁻⁴ S.cm⁻¹ at 383 K, which observed for the H₂SO₄ doped sample, which shows that was more prominent of localized salted in polymeric chain. Novelty : Polyaniline one of most Conductive polymer as prepared by chemical polymerization method at room temperature and studied the side effect the dopant with ionic acid such as sulfuric on the structure of the polymer.

Abstract

Objective:  Zinc oxide (ZnO) nanorods, a cornerstone of one-dimensional semiconductor nanostructures, have attracted profound research interest due to their unique combination of piezoelectricity, wide bandgap, and biocompatibility. While often treated as a wurtzite-structured constant, the lattice parameters (a, b, and c) of ZnO nanorods are not immutable. This review comprehensively examines the intentional engineering of ZnO nanorod lattice constants through various synthesis strategies, including doping with foreign elements, manipulation of growth parameters, and substrate-induced strain. Method: We delve into the fundamental mechanisms—such as ionic radius mismatch, formation of intrinsic point defects, and external stress—that lead to lattice expansion or contraction. Results: The consequential tuning of functional properties, most notably the bandgap via strain-induced piezoelectric effects, is critically analyzed. Furthermore, this review consolidates recent advancements demonstrating how precise lattice control enhances performance in applications ranging from piezotronics and optoelectronics to catalysis and sensing. Novelty: By synthesizing findings from a vast body of literature, this review aims to serve as a foundational guide for researchers seeking to exploit lattice engineering as a powerful tool for tailoring ZnO nanorods for next-generation technologies.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyze the types of defects in the packaging process of creamer products and propose improvements for the company based on data processing results. Method: The analysis utilizes a sigma index calculation supported by tools such as Pareto diagrams, fishbone diagrams for cause-and-effect evaluation, and failure tree diagrams to identify the root causes. The 5Whys method is also employed to analyze the underlying issues. Results: The findings indicate that while productivity remains stable, several factors contributing to a high percentage of packaging defects require evaluation and optimization. The analysis highlights specific areas for improvement in the packaging process. Novelty: This study introduces a comprehensive approach combining statistical tools and root cause analysis to optimize the packaging process in the creamer production industry, offering valuable insights for improving operational efficiency.
