Abstract

In this research the author found an interesting fact that society Talang Babat Tengah sub-district has active participation in running the business small by using a gadget or Android cellphone for transactions to increase the family economy. This business is one of the businesses current affairs that have a positive impact on people's income, especially in conditions facing the Covid-19 pandemic like this. Therefore The author is curious about this if viewed from Islamic/Shari'ah economics. Objective The purpose of this research is to find out the mechanism of online buying and selling implement a COD system. Apart from that, the aim is to find out how Islamic economic views on online buying and selling mechanisms by implementing the COD system. Meanwhile, the research method used is methodqualitative with a case study approach. The aim of qualitative research itself is to provide a systematic, normative and accurate description of existing phenomena, or the relationships between the phenomena being studied as they are without special treatment. The data source in this research is the data source Primary and secondary related to this research include the community and perpetrators ol-shop. The discussion and results of this research are viewed from the perspective aspect Islamic economics towards online buying and selling mechanisms that use a system order then if the ordered goods have arrived then the buyer will do it payment settlement (COD “cash on delivery”) and this can be categorized or categorized equate it with the As-Salam Agreement and the Istisnha Agreement.

Abstract

The background of this research is to see to what extent the role of tauke in increasing the income of areca nut farmers because we do not yet know a clear picture of whether or not the role of tauke in increasing farmer's income is in accordance with the principles of Islamic economics. In this research the problem is what is the role of tauke in increasing the income of areca nut farmers in Jemantan? Is the role of the tauke in accordance with Islamic economic principles in increasing the income of areca nut farmers in Jemantan? The location of this research was carried out in Jemantan. Talang babat sub-district, Muara Sabak Barat sub-district, Tanjung Jabung Timur district, Jambi province. The approach in this research uses a qualitative approach. The research design used in this research is a case study. Residents in this area generally have their livelihoods in agriculture, plantations and several others. The livelihood of the population in general is farming, gardening, producing areca nut. Tauke areca nut plays a role in increasing the income of areca nut farmers in marketing, providing employment opportunities for areca nut farmers who want to earn wages in processing areca nut at the tauke place, providing a financial and social role when the rainy season occurs when farmers cannot harvest, and acts as a container or market for farmers in opening branches to place strategic purchases of areca nut. Judging from the principles of Islamic economics, the role of tauke in increasing the income of areca nut farmers is based on its role in helping the farmer's economy. Tauke plays a role in increasing the income of areca nut farmers in terms of borrowing money, employment opportunities and tauke acts as a forum or market for farmers in opening branches where they can buy areca nut. strategic in accordance with Islamic law. Abstract

This research aims to find out the technical implementation of witnesses for wealthy customers who postpone payments at the BMT Syariah Al-Ishlah Cooperative in accordance with the fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Majlis sharia council, find out how to deal with wealthy customers who are reluctant to pay their obligations and find out what steps are taken. what must be done if something like that happens. We can also find out what losses impact the cooperative's finances.By looking at the level of bad credit from year to year, we want to know the extent to which sharia financial institutions are implementing the fatwa of the national sharia council because the implementation of a fatwa is an instrument that is used as the basis for muamalah (transactions). Descriptive analysis is used as reference material in this research so that we can convey the results of our research by explaining it in written form taken from interviews and data. The research results show that there are sanctions in the form of infaq imposed on customers who default, and sharia financial institutions will provide free time for those who are late in paying their obligations. As well as rescheduling the records at the agreed time, the control system they implement is to approach the community to find out the reasons why they are late in payments, by visiting their homes intensively, apart from that there are also warning letters which are gradually starting. from the warning to the decision to sell the collateral, or by establishing a new contract.

Abstract

The research in this scientific work aims to find out what the practice of buying and selling sacked pineapples is in Jati Mulyo Village, Dendang District, and whether the buying and selling practices are in accordance with sharia economic perspectives. This research is qualitative field research, data collection for this research was carried out by conducting observations and interviews, with the research object being pineapple traders in Jati Mulyo Village, Dendang District regarding the practice of buying and selling sacked pineapples in Jati Mulyo Village, Dendang District from an economic perspective. Sharia. The author also conducted research (library research). The results of this research found that the practice of buying and selling pineapples in Jati Mulyo Village, Dendang District is based on the prices prevailing on the market and the prices prevailing at that time, then what differentiates the prices between traders is where the pineapple supply comes from. From a sharia economic perspective, the price differences in buying and selling pineapples in Jati Mulyo Village, Dendang District as a whole are in accordance with the concept of price in a sharia economic perspective, so that harmony and conditions in buying and selling pineapples have also been fulfilled because the prices set do not harm buyers, namely traders. pineapple takes profits at a reasonable level. Then regarding marketing, it meets marketing requirements because there is transparency and there is no coercion on consumers because consumers shop only according to quality and their needs. Meanwhile, in terms of the practice in marketing pineapples, it is in accordance with sharia because it meets the requirements of buying and selling in Islam, namely, being honest in buying and selling, being fair in selling pineapples, such as not differentiating between one consumer and another, being of low service. heart.

Abstract

The author is interested in conducting this research because based on the observations of researchers that occurred at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of East Tanjung Jabung Regency, the employees still lack high work motivation, it can be seen that there are still some employees who arrive late and return late after lunch break. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of performance allowances on employee motivation in the Office of the Ministry of Religion of East Tanjung Jabung Regency. In this study, researchers used quantitative methods with research instruments using questionnaires, namely by distributing statements by direct interviews and using the Google form. In this study, researchers used Stratified Sampling samples (level sampling). Stratified Sampling is a sampling procedure in which the target population is separated into unique and homogeneous segments (strata), and then a simple random sample is selected from each segment (stratum). With a population (N) of employees in the Office of the Ministry of Religion of East Tanjung Jabung Regency, namely as many as 34 employees. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test and simple regression test (t test) using the Microsoft Excel 2007 application and the SPSS version 25 application for windows. The results of this study indicate that performance allowances have an influence on work motivation and the magnitude of the effect of performance allowances on employee work motivation in the Office of the Ministry of Religion of East Tanjung Jabung Regency is 3.7%.

Abstract

This research aims to develop micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) at Bank Syariah Mandiri Jambi Area. Even with this strategy alone, Bank Syari'ah Mandiri Jambi Area has played an active role in the development of MSMEs in Jambi City by helping the growth and development of MSME businesses. Previously BSM focused on providing business capital only. However, currently, BSM Area Jambi has played an active role in providing business assistance, such as encouraging business permits for businesses that do not yet have official permits from the government. Factors that support BSM's contribution in financing MSMEs in Jambi City are religious adherents supporting MSMEs in choosing BSM financing and government policy in the form of KUR as a relief financing for MSMEs. Meanwhile, the obstacles from the customer side are difficulties in assessing feasible and bankable MSMEs that meet bank requirements, limited access to information for MSMEs regarding existing financing facilities causing low public interest in BSM financing facilities and difficulties in fostering MSME management such as financial separation between personal and business finances.
