Abstract

Company financial performance is one of the important indicators in assessing the sustainability and competitiveness of a company in the market. This study aims to analyze the relationship between liquidity, leverage, and company size on company financial performance based on existing literature. The research method uses a literature review approach that analyzes the results of previous studies from various journals and scientific articles. The review results show that liquidity has a positive relationship with financial performance in conditions where the company is able to manage current assets optimally. Leverage can have a positive or negative effect depending on the proportion of debt to equity, while company size is often associated with operational efficiency and competitiveness. This study provides theoretical insights for managerial decision making in managing financial resources.

Abstract

This study examines the marketing strategy for Ubique (Ubi Crème Brulee), an innovative product based on sweet potatoes, using the 4P marketing mix approach (Product, Price, Place, Promotion). A qualitative case study method was employed through interviews, observations, and analysis of marketing materials. The findings reveal that product innovation combining local ingredients with international flavors, affordable premium pricing strategies, creative distribution channels such as Demo Day, and promotion through digital media and Word of Mouth were key success factors. These results highlight further development opportunities to expand market reach and enhance Ubique's competitiveness.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze factors that relate to and influence the performance of employees at the regional secretariat of Nagan Raya district. The research was conducted in August and September 2018 with a sample size of 109 participants and 20 respondents to test the research instruments. The sample for this research was taken randomly (simple random sampling). Path analysis (part analysis), using the SPSS version 21 computer, was used to test the empirical hypothesis. The research results show that Leadership Style (X1) has a direct effect on Job Satisfaction (X3) of = 0.382 or 38.2%, Teamwork (X2) has a direct effect on Job Satisfaction (X3) of = 0.380 or 38%, Job Satisfaction (X3 ) has a direct effect on Employee Performance (Y) of = 0.255 or 25.5%, Leadership Style (X1) has a direct effect on Employee Performance (Y) of = 0.238 or 23.8%. Thus, Job Satisfaction is the most dominant variable that can increase the Job Satisfaction of Nagan Raya Regency regional secretariat employees.

Abstract

Companies often face various obstacles related to managing raw material inventory to meet demand, one of which is Peuyeum Ketan Istimewa. Working in the food processing industry, of course, raw material inventory management needs to be planned optimally to avoid various risks that can harm the company. The Quantity Discount model is used to take advantage of cost savings provided by suppliers when purchases are made in large quantities, while other efforts that can help manage raw materials in a company are by knowing the safety stock and reorder point of raw materials and also forecasting demand to predict future demand. This study will use the Quantity Discount model which optimizes inventory levels by considering storage costs, ordering costs, and quantity discounts. The calculations carried out are also to find the value of the company's Safety Stock and Reorder Point. The results of this study indicate that the use of the Quantity Discount method can reduce total costs by Rp26,319,267/year, while forecasting using the seasonality method increases the accuracy of demand predictions, thus enabling more efficient inventory management. The implementation of this model is expected to provide a significant contribution to operational efficiency and cost reduction at Peuyeum Ketan Istimewa
