Abstract

Design measurement instrument is not easy. Because that instrument to measure something, it is mean that used as reference, so in designing the used reference is as good as possible. Measuring electric power can be done in many ways, measure voltage, current, and power factor then cross that is the one way. This electric power equipment for measure electronic equipment and electrics equipment. Analog to Digital Converter (ADC) determines the capability of this Digital Measurement Instrument. ADC0804LCN is product of National Semiconductor, one of ADC can be used. ADC0804LCN is 8bit resolution ADC with serial control. Maximum clock is 640 KHz determining data transfer rate. Microcontroller is used to control ADC0804LCN.

Abstract

In solving a complex problem is often less adequate sequential computing, especially in terms of execution time is very long, and thus become not fisibel. An interesting alternative to overcome the long computational time is the use of parallel computing. Kompuasi parallel performance can be measured by various metrics, one of them is isoefisiensi. With predictable isoefisiensi scalability of a parallel system. As a test program used in this study and the vector matrix multiplication, the matrix is partitioned following the chessboard pattern. Test program is executed on a computer with hypercube architecture. From the test results can be concluded that the parallel system is scalable because it requires a small increase in weight along with the increase in the number of processors.

Abstract

Sampai dengan saat ini minyak tanah masih sangat banyak dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Karena hal ini, maka pada distributor minyak tanah sering terjadi antrian para pedagang eceran yang sangat panjang untuk berebutan membeli minyak tanah. Sehingga proses pembelian minyak tanah akan memakan waktu yang cukup lama. Atas dasar pemikiran diatas, maka pada dirancang suatu Sistem Pengendalian Penyaluran Minyak Tanah secara Otomatis dengan input dari kartu pelanggan yang berupa kartu magnetik. Semua bagian ini dikendalikan oleh suatu sistem perangkat lunak menggunakan Delphi 7.0 dan program assembly ASM51.

Abstract

This paper discuss about the applied of webcam on a presention system to verified an image of human face based on his/herself training images. This system was the biometric system because the system used some of human bodies as an object to verified. The method that used in this system was Principal Components Analysis (PCA) which can reduce the complexity of an face image into a simple set of weight. PCA used only a few of training images to verified an unknown image so it can reduce the time that waste to train the training images. The concept that used in this verification method is to compared the weight of training images with the weight of test image.

Abstract

This paper discusses about AES Rijndael, the cryptography algorithm. The security factor in delivering important information has became awareness for some people. Many ways have been issued to secure the information. One of those ways is by applying encryption using some cryptography algorithms. The algorithm itself has been improved year by year to overcome irresponsible people to get the information easily. The algorithm Rijndael were born in 1997 and chosen as new standard in cryptography world in 2000. This algorithm has been chosen not just for its security, but also because the flexibility and efficiency implementation in many platform.

Abstract

Scoring machine is a device to help the referees scoring in a Tae Kwon Do tournament and solve scoring problem (real time).Three corner referees score the match using the push button provided. The score will come out if two or more referees pushed the same buttons in 2 seconds. The result will be automatically shown in scoring board.

Abstract

This paper described of design of accelerometer application to measurement of tilt of engineering model of satellite. One of test satellite is how to control the satellite attitude, how to reduce the disturb. The satellite placed on the air bearing where it can free move like on the outer space. The satellite give a disturb until the attitude is change, where one of attitude is change is tilt. From the tilt the user can analyses and gave a command what to do. We use accelerometer type LIS3L06AL to sense a tilt. This sensor has sensitivity 0.66 V/g. The accelerometer placed on the air bearing where one of axis across with the earth. This condition, the accelerometer will force 1 g. If the accelerometer position is change, the accelerometer will act force 1 g times sin θ.

Abstract

Nowadays automatitation is become a trend, even though people still using manual ways to do agriculture, especially in hydroponics plantation. By using this device, people don’t have to do watering and maturing hydroponics plants again, because the system will do it automatically.
