Abstract

Television is one of the mass media influence on children's behavior, especially in the process of absorption (internalization) of certain social values. This research aims to analyze The influence of Watching Television Towards Aggressive Behavior to  Preschool Children in TK Aisyah Bondowoso. Design of research using the analytic of correlation with Cross Sectional approach. The population is Preschool Children in TK Aisyah Bondowoso and sample as many as 30 respondents in methods data retrieval of Total Sampling. This research was conducted in October 2015. Data collection was conducted by questionnaire sheet, then the data is tabulated and analysed using the statistical analysis Test correlation Spearman Rho ' with significant degrees of 0,05. So the obtained p value 0.008 meaning H I received there is the influence of Watching Television towards aggressive behavior in Preschool Children in TK Aisyah Bondowoso value correlation r = 0439.The important of knowledge The influence of Watching Television Towards Aggressive Behavior in Preschool Children in TK Aisyah Bondowoso. Abstract

Stress is a condition which produced by an environment alteration which received as a case challenging, threatening or damaging the equilibrium or dynamic state of a person. Stress experienced by humans can be derived from various sources from within of a person, family, and environment. On an elderly is not uncommon that stress can often occur. To overcome and relieve a stress, there are several ways can be do such as gymnastics, reflection, laughter therapy, aromatherapy, and meditation. The purpose of this study was to find out the meditation therapy (dzikir) effect to the stress levels of elderly. This study uses the analytical method with a One-Group Pre-Test-Posttest Design. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Population use all elderly at the Mojopahit Elderly Institution of Mojokerto at 2012 with a sample of 20 respondents, the data obtained from the dissemination of questionnaires. The result of the respondents study included to the middle criteria are about 2 people (10%) and the low criteria are about 18 people (90%). In the data analysis, researcher use a t-test with the provisions of p<a ( p=0.015; a=0.05). From the result of research known p=0.015 < 0.05, its mean there is an effect of meditation therapy (dzikir) implementation to the stress levels of elderly. So the meditation therapy (dzikir) should be applied at the elderly institution as a daily activity for the elderly, especially to relieve a stress. Keywords  : stress, meditation therapy, elderly

Abstract

Anxiety is a problem associated with all sorts of foreign procedures that occur when a person feels threatened physical or psychological. Hospitalization and a series of actions procedures before surgery can also cause acute distress and increased anxiety in patients. Range of possible bad could happen that would endanger patients, patients with anxiety showed symtomp irritability, insomnia, restless, listless, crying and not sleeping soundly. The design used is Pre Experiment. Amount of samples 28 respondents. Intake of sampel by using is technics of Quota Sampling. Data collecting use Questionnaire. Processing data using T test (T-Test). From the analysis of data obtained 7.111 T and T table calculated with α = 0.05 is 2.052, 7.111 calculated in order to obtain T> T table 2.052, then the H1 accepted which means  there's Influence Of Communications of Terapeutik Nurse To Storey Level Dread Of Patient of Pre Operate surgical operation room RSUD dr. Abdoer Rahem sub-province of Situbondo. This is seen in patients of pre operation anxiety levels are affected by therapeutic communication. Abstract

Care for the mother dear has a strategic role to reduce stress and anxiety during labor. One of the implementations of the maternal love program is to recommend several positions during labor and delivery of the baby. This study was intended to determine the relationship between giving a sitting and half-sitting position to the progress of labor when the active phase is maximal dilated. The purpose of this study was to find out the effectiveness of giving a left and half sitting oblique position. The type of research used is correlational analytic research. Statistical analysis using Mann Withney. The results showed that the effectiveness of the left oblique position was more than 2 hours 1 respondent or 25%, while the progress of labor for 2 hours 3 respondents or 75%, while being positioned half sitting, getting progress of labor more than 2 hours 25%, while progress delivery for 2 hours is 75%. From the results of the study it was found that there was no difference between giving the left and half sitting oblique position. So that these two positions can be used to accelerate the progress of labor.Keywords: position, progress of labor

Abstract

At this stage of growth and development of  children pre- school age 3-4 years, children begin to master a variety of physical skills and courage. However, there are still come pre school age children are to afraid of being in a foreign environment at school. If that happens then the pre school children have delays in development. Child development is influence by the pattern of care applied by the parents. Authoritative parenting strongly influence the high level of courage and skill of children. The study aims to determine the relationship of parenting the parent to stimulate the development of groos motor and fine motor skills in children. Research methods and correlational design using cross sectional approach by using purposive sampling techniqus sampling. The population of this study were parents with pre school age children 3-4 years in early childhood AL-Firdaus Bahrul ‘Ulum Tambakberas Jombang, which amount to 32 people with a large sample of 22 people. Method of data collection use questionnaires and observation sheets DDST (Denver Development Screening Test), and then data is analyzed by Chi-Square test. The result of correlation analysis Chi-Square majority of respondents found that authoritative parenting implement as many as 20 people (90,9%) with development of gross motor that delay. Respondent who apply the authoritative parenting style with development of fine motor skills that normal . And indulgent parenting style with development of fine motor skills that delay with Asymp. Sig ρ = 0.000, which means there is a relationship between the pattern of care in stimulating the development of gross motor and fine motor skills of children. From this research it can be concluded that authoritative parenting pattern can be applied to parents of pre school children aged 3-4 years so that children growth and develop well in early childhood Bahrul ‘Ulum AL-Firdaus Tambakberas Jombang.Keywords: Parenting pattern, gwoth and development, Denver Development   Skrining Test

Abstract

Leprosy is an infectious disease that causes very complex problems. The problem that is needed is not only from a medical point of view but also extends to social, economic problems for sufferers, thus allowing a change in the self-esteem of lepers. In this study, researchers used a Pre-trial research design (One-group Pre-test-post test Design). Taking respondents in this study used a consecutive sample technique in which the sample was patients in Sumber Glagah Leprosy Hospital, Pacet District, Mojokerto Regency, which corresponded to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of 30 respondents. The results showed that respondents' self-esteem before counseling was mostly moderate for 26 respondents (86.7%), the self-esteem of respondents after counseling was mostly 20 respondents (66.7%). To analyze the differences in influence on increasing self-esteem, a T test was conducted using SPSS, obtained α = 0,000, where α <0.05, which means H1 was accepted or there was an increase in self-esteem at the Sumber Glagah Pacet Hospital Mojokerto. This involves the counseling factor itself that supports patient knowledge and is an application of the relationship between nurses and patients, so this counseling needs to be supported and programmed to improve patient effectiveness.
