Abstract

The condition of villages in Indonesia, Banten Province and Lebak Regency are mostly still included in the category of disadvantaged villages and very left behind. Since the implementation of Law no. 6/2014 efforts to reduce underdeveloped villages and villages are underdeveloped continuously by providing village authorities and budget transfers by the Government and Local Government. All this is done so that villages are able to independently escape from the backwardness of escorting various government and local government empowerment programs. The purpose of this paper is to gain an understanding of community empowerment and village which has been done with case study in Lebak Regency of Banten Province. The framework used is Stewart's (1998: 77) thought that empowerment is done by enabling, facilitating, consulting, collaborating, mentoring and supporting. The conclusion of this writing that the empowerment of society and village in the object of study has been done with various programs and activities but the implementation is not maximized. Abstract

In this research, what is tested is the relationship between organizational communication satisfaction with the work motivation of employees at the Regional People's Representative Council Secretariat Office Tasikmalaya City with reference to the Pearson Product Moment correlation coefficient as well t effect test and coefficient of determination to find out whether there is an effect or not between these two variables and in order to stabilize the results of this research. The data collection technique uses questionnaires and interview results to add narrative description of the questionnaire results. The average relationship between organizational communication satisfaction and employee work motivation at the City Regional People's Representative Council Secretariat Office Tasikmalaya is STRONG with a value of 0.731. This indicates work motivation closely related to and determined by organizational communication satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims investigate empirically the effect of auditor ethics, auditor specialization and auditor independence on audit quality with audit procedures as intervening variables. The sample in this research is 78 respondents to the sampling technique is purposivesampling that is the auditors who worked on inspectorate where located in Banten Province at least 1 year. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires directly to the respondents concerned aided by a brief interview. Result From this study revealed that theauditor ethics and auditor specialization turns negative effect on quality audit, while auditor independence and audit procedure positively affect on audit procedure, while auditor specialization negatively affect on audit procedure.

Abstract

The existence of changes, improvements and improvement of work discipline Satpol PP Officers by way of fulfillment of compensation and adequate job satisfaction. It is hoped that Satpol PP Satpol PP will increase and able to substitute the quantity of existing officers so that the implementation of guidance, supervision, service to the community and other official implementation can be implemented maximally. The method used by this research is descriptive qualitative method, where the researcher is a key instrument, sampling of data source is done purposively, collecting technique with triangulation, data analysis is inductive / qualitative, and qualitative research results emphasize the meaning of generalization. Qualitative research relies on a holistic naturalbackground, positioning humans as a research tool, conducting inductive data analysis, prioritizing the process rather than results and the results of research undertaken agreed by the researcher and the research subject. The results of the discussion in the previous chapter it can be concluded that Satpol PP Satpol PP Job Satisfaction is considered good enough that seen from 2 factors namely Factors Theory and Value Theory. As the results of research conducted show that Factor Theory and Value Theory clearly seen that various aspects considered quite good and need to be improved again.

Abstract

This research is based on indications of problems in the field including: (1) insufficient understand the benefits of biogas, (2) inadequate human resources, (3) quality results of waste utilization are still lacking, (4) Inadequate facilities and infrastructure, (5) Lack of socialization of waste utilization resulting in community participation still low. The purpose of this research is to determine program implementation utilization of cow dung waste as an energy security effort. This research method with a qualitative approach, using primary and secondary data sources. Adpun Informants in research are beneficiaries, groups and parties government. This research uses Grindel and Mazmanian Sabatier theories including dimensions; (1) Influencing interests, (2) Type of benefit, (3) Degree changes to be achieved, (4) Location of decision making, (5) Program implementers, (6) Resources used, (7) Public support. The results of this study shows the implementation of a program for utilizing cow dung waste into biogas as an energy security effort, this can be seen from several things that are in accordance with The implementation theory that researchers use is the Mazmanian Sabatier and Grindle theories namely the types of benefits produced have not been maximally utilized by the community using the benefits of biogas are not all good from biogas or fertilizer the slurry. Judging from the indicators of the resources used, one of them is lacking human resources that have not really been trained to be able to utilize biogas and taking care of cattle because they are used to raising buffalo. And Public support, namely seeing whether the community supports or complies with the program this looks at the fact that the community is lacking, there are very few people who still survive using biogas even the group that has become the implementing agency has started not using biogas because people are still used to using it firewood is also familiar with the practical program.

Abstract

After the amendment to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, there was a check and balance mechanism legislative mechanisms in Indonesia. The President and DPR RI are state institutions given the power by the constitution to formulate and enact laws. The constitution also gives power to the judiciary to ensure that legislative products are not arbitrary. This condition requires a pattern the relationship in which state institutions given the constitutional mandate understand space the scope of legislative power possessed by each institution.

Abstract

The rights issue instrument is a stock derivative instrument that provides the right to buy new shares that will be issued by the issuer at a certain price and at a certain time has been determined. The rights issue process begins with a request for approval from the holders shares to issue new shares to obtain fresh funds. Then After obtaining approval, it is offered to the old shareholders who own it the right to purchase new shares (limited offering). This purchase right is usually already formulated by the company. If the old shareholders do not want to exercise the rights his rights, he can sell his rights to the public. However, there are several risks that will be accepted by investors after the rights issue, among others other things, dilution of share ownership, price dilution per share, decrease in dividend per share, obtaining dividends, and obtaining capital gains.

Abstract

The birth of the internet in a human interaction system raises the complexity of legal issues that must be applied. One of the complexities in the law also covers the legal protection of copyright in the internet media. The problems that arise then are not the only things that are related to the law but no less important are ethics, values ​​and morals. The Internet has caused new problems in the field of Intellectual Property Rights (HAKI). Copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and moral rights are severely affected by the Internet. The Internet has several technical characteristics that make the intellectual property problems thrive. The research method in this paper is a qualitative research with analytical descriptive approach that is a normative juridical approach through legislative approach, conceptual approach and case approach and comparative approach in order to obtain and find objective truth. The purpose of this research is to analyze and know the position of ethics and law on the use of copyright in social media. To analyze Legal Protection against Copyright Infringement in Social Media. Copyright law is a legal provision that provides protection for the results of humans intellectual creations in art, literature, and science. Copyright law itself gives exclusive rights of being automatic when a work in art, literature and science is manifestly realized.
