Abstract

Significant price fluctuations pose a serious challenge for breeders, traders and consumers. This price uncertainty has an impact on the economic stability of breeders and public access to protein sources. This problem also affects the sustainability of the chicken farming industry in East Java. In response to the problem of chicken price fluctuations, this research applies the Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) method to predict future chicken prices. The process begins with collecting a historical dataset of chicken prices from the East Java region. After that, the GRU model training process is carried out using this data to increase prediction accuracy. Model evaluation is carried out using metrics such as RMSE, MAPE, and Accuracy to ensure model validity and performance. The research results show that the GRU model provides chicken price predictions with a satisfactory level of accuracy of 99.72%. Evaluation metrics such as RMSE and MAPE show that the model is able to provide predictions that are close to actual values, while the accuracy level of the model also reflects its ability to provide good estimates.

Abstract

Indonesia's education continues to experience commendable ranking improvements. Nevertheless, societal demands for educational quality in schools are increasingly pressuring institutions to compete in producing the best graduates. Generating high-achieving students requires high-quality educators. Therefore, a system capable of precise calculation with weighting and top priorities is necessary. One technique that can be utilized is the Simple Additive Weighting. The Simple Additive Weighting method is appropriate for addressing this issue because it enhances the accuracy of calculations by multiplying the weights of different criteria. The initial input consists of raw scores of teachers across various criteria in the school. Subsequently, Simple Additive Weighting calculates the overall assessment and displays the ranking of teachers in the school.

Abstract

Toko Arta is a shop that provides household goods located in Batu City. One of the items available at Toko Arta is Mentari Rice, and it’s the best-selling commodity among the public. Sometimes this condition causes Toko Arta to have to provide or restock Mentari Rice in uncertain conditions, resulting in a less of Rice stock or a buildup in the warehouse due to relatively low demand. Therefore, the role of science is needed to help in solving this problem. One of the scientific disciplines that can be applied is fuzzy logic, and in this research, Tahani's fuzzy logic was implemented. The variables involved are initial stock, demand, supply and restock, with each set divided into three states, namely small, medium and large. Finally, the results of the research that the Mentari Rice stock in December 2023 will be 55.53 quintals. This result indicates an error of 15.6%, with an accuracy rate of 84.4%.

Abstract

The process of watering on the seeds of the conjoined orange plant can be monitored through an android smartphone. Which aims to simplify the process of watering that is done remotely or close distance and to monitor the moisture value in the soil of the seeds of the conjoined orange plant. The monitoring system for planting conjoined citrus seedlings using the nodemcu esp8266 module and iot-based soil moisture sensor is a way that can monitor the soil moisture value in the ground of the conjoined citrus seedlings. By using the Soil Moisture Sensor yl-69 as an input or detecting the value that is planted in the soil. The Nodemcu ESP8266 module is a microcontroller and is forwarded to the Relay module which will later control the valve in the Solenoid Water Valve in the process of watering. The results of the humidity value and also the status of the solenoid water valve pump will be sent through the internet network to the Firebase Realtime database and displayed on an Android Smartphone that has an application installed in it, an application created using the MIT App Inventor application. From the results of testing the overall tool system shows that the system is able to provide information on soil moisture values and keep soil moisture stable. And can monitor and detect 70% - 90% humidity from 10 times the tests carried out using an android smartphone at a distance and close well in accordance with the commands given.

Abstract

This study discusses the problems of every parent because they have many activities or activities that cannot be avoided. This busyness reduces the supervision and monitoring of their children, making parent worry about the whereabouts of their child’s location. Because at the stage of growth and development of children aged 10 to 18 year they tend to be more interested in exploring things around them. Increased supervision and monitoring of children is needed without reducing children’s freedom to learn and explore their environment. For this reason, an application system is needed that can make it easier for parents to supervise and monitor the location of their children. One alternative way that allows monitoring of location presence and good accuracy is to use Location Based Service with location tracking history. Location Based Service is an information service that can be accessed using mobile devices through the internet and cellular networks that utilize the capabilities of location pointers (maps) on mobile devices. In measuring position, latitude and longtitude are used to determine geographic location. With a note the application must be planted on the smartphone of parents and children. This study produces an Android-based application that is used for monitoring the location of children using Location Based Service with location tracking history with the aim of displaying the child’s location and also tracking location history that can be accessed via the parent’s smartphone.

Abstract

This research discuss about deep learning implementation to classify or identify diseases in rice leaves using mobile application. This system will make users easily to diagnose diseases by displaying diagnostic results in the form of the name of the disease along with its taxonomy, disease description and drug recommendations for disease solutions. There are four classes of leaves used in this research, including healthy leaves, leaf blight, brown spot and potassium deficiency. The design of the model uses two approaches, one of them are modeling convolutional neural network from the scratch and modeling with transfer learning using inception v3 architecture. Both models will go through training process to produce a model that is ready to be used for classification. In application testing, a comparison is made between two models. From the tests that have been carried out, it is concluded that the system with model made using transfer learning approach, produce good accuracy with an accuracy of 90%. Meanwhile the System with the other model gain an accuracy of 62%. So when the data used in research are extremely low, it is best to use transfer learning as an approach to design a model.

Abstract

Checking human body temperature and washing hands are very important in implementing health protocols in this era of the COVID-19 pandemic, especially on the path or entering a building. In general, these two things are still done conventionally so that it is still possible to have excessive direct physical contact with temperature checkers and hand washing sinks. So in this study, a tool is designed to be used to check temperature and wash hands automatically which later will be an indicator to open a gate or automatic portal as a path or entrance to a building/building. It is hoped that this tool will be able to minimize direct physical contact that will be caused by the current conventional system so as to minimize the risk of covid 19 transmission. This tool uses a temperature sensor gy906/mlx 90614 as a non-contact temperature sensor and uses ultrasonic as an object distance detection, and also uses an actuator DC motor as a driver to open or close the gate.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In this study before the existence of hotspot management on RT / RW Net Evove for wifi use is still uncontrolled. Given the pandemic situation, many activities are carried out online both for school and for work. For example, at the hours of learning children who are supposed to look for material to learn but in reality children instead play games. This results in ineffective internet use, especially for students who are still in school.of the system can be done on the hotspot to create a hotspot network naming based on its function and then also add configurations to the firewall section. In this test, it is done by testing each. This research solution that can be taken from the problem is to add a system in a microtic where the system will later emit several hotspot networks with different functions. The addition of the system can be done on the hospot to create a network naming hotspot based on its function and then also add configuration to the firewall section. In this test is done by testing each online voucher, all access voucher and sosmed voucher. In the trial conducted showed results that are in accordance with each of these vouchers. So based on the results of testing vouchers can only access some applications in accordance with the voucher used.

Abstract

Masple tour and travel is a vehicle rental service in Mojokerto at affordable prices but still prioritizes service and quality. Based on the research conducted, there are problems in tracking and monitoring vehicles, driver delays in returning vehicles that have been rented, and also criminal acts such as travel vehicles that are run away by irresponsible drivers, so the explanation from Masple Tour and Travel when the author made study. This study uses geocoding to convert latitude and longitude coordinates into an address that will be displayed on Android based maps. One of the features contained in Android is internet service and is equipped with a GPS (Global Positioning System) feature, which is a navigation system that uses satellite signals in its use. With the GPS admin can find out the coordinates of the vehicle driver anywhere. This research resulted in a tracking monitoring system application to determine the position of vehicle drivers using Android-based geocoding. It is hoped that this tool will be able to minimize crimes such as vehicle theft by tracking the current position of the vehicle driver and displaying the latitude and longitude coordinates so that when a theft crime occurs, they can immediately take action.

Abstract

RT/RW Net is a non-governmental computer network that covers the scope of RT or RW through wired or wireless 2.4 Ghz media and hotspots as a means of public communication which is freely accessible because it is not bound by laws and government bureaucracy, one of the RT/RW Net it is RT/RW Net Evolvet. Prior to load balancing on the RT.RW Net Evolvet network, which has 2 network ISPs. Initially only had 1 ISP connected to the proxy then channeled it into 1 cable output that led to the switch. However, using 1 ISP is not enough to meet the bandwidth that will be distributed to users, so RT/RW Net Evolvet wants to increase bandwidth by installing 1 more ISP. With 2 ISPs already installed, it will be used together not only using 1 ISP and channeled into 1 path towards the switch and if one ISP dies then network settings are needed so that the network can connect to the two ISPs in a way if one ISP dies then the network will automatically switch to an active ISP. Of the two internet services, RT/RW Net Evolvet wants to use all ISP services to be combined so that internet bandwidth is faster and more stable, and reduces the buildup of bandwidth or data traffic on 1 ISP which results in unstable and excessive bandwidth on the traffic line. One solution that can be used to maintain the quality of the internet connection by keeping the traffic running balanced and saving bandwidth is to divide the load or buildup of bandwidth traffic into several paths or links by using a load balancing technique using the PCC (Peer Connection Classiffier) ​​method. In the test, it is done by looking at the bandwidth traffic on the interface and looking at the firewall connection. From the trials that have been carried out, it indicates that the configuration that has been made on the proxy is successful and running according to the design. Make the network on RT/RW Net Evolvet stable and optimize network performance on RT/RW Net Evolvet.
