Abstract

This study aims to find out about the Evaluation of Green Open Space (RTH) Policies in Makassar City. using the type of qualitative research that is descriptive and data collection techniques are carried out by interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used consisted of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results showed that the evaluation of green open space policies in Makassar City was seen from the five criteria for evaluating Leo Agustino's policies, namely: 1) apparatus resources 2) institutional 3) facilities and infrastructure 4) financial 5) regulation. Based on the research results, two of the five policy evaluation criteria, namely institutions and regulations, have been implemented properly. However, the criteria for personnel resources, facilities and infrastructure, as well as finance have been implemented but have not been maximized.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the comparative advantages that must be developed by each region. Takalar Regency is an area with a variety of tourism potentials, one of which is marine tourism. The Punaga beach tourism object in Takalar Regency is one of the tourism potentials in Takalar Regency that needs to be developed because it has the potential for stunning natural beauty but is inversely proportional to the number of tourist visits which are still very minimal, therefore an appropriate strategy is needed to support efforts to develop Punaga beach tourism objects. . This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation related to the research topic, then the data is processed using SWOT analysis to obtain a strategy for developing the Punaga beach tourism object. From the research results, several priority strategies can be formulated that can be used in efforts to develop Punaga beach tourism objects.

Abstract

 This study aims to carry out research is to determine the implementation of the legislative duties of DPRD members of Bulukumba Regency for the 2014-2019 period. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation, while the data analysis techniques used consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results showed that the implementation of the Legislative Duties of the Bulukumba Regency DPRD members for the 2014-2019 period included the ability of the Bulukumba Regency Regional House of Representatives to Complete the Draft of Regional Regulations Every Year Almost in Accordance with the Plan where the Ranperda was proposed based on the needs and conditions of the Bulukumba people or in other words; The ability to discuss Ranperda Ranperda that have been proposed can be completed according to a predetermined schedule as stipulated in the DPRD regulations regarding the working period of the Special Committee in discussing the draft regional regulations at all stages (Proposal, Public Examination, Presentation, Submission through Plenary Meeting, General View, Discussion on the Special Committee Level, Plenary Meeting and Determination) is completed within one year or 12 months; The implementation of the legislative function of the Regional House of Representatives of Bulukumba Regency for the 2014-2019 period is correct according to the applicable rules, from several regional regulations that have been stipulated more than 13 regional regulations which are DPRD initiative regulations, this shows that the legislative function of the Bulukumba Regency DPRD for the 2014-2019 period is still minimal where the target of the Ranperda Initiative has been set for 4-5 Ranperda each year but there are still some that are not on target. However, the DPRD has acted not only in terms of discussion and ratification, but also as the initiator of the draft regional regulation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the principles of good governance in improving the performance of the public service apparatus (Case Study at the One Stop Service Office, Jayapura Regency). This study used qualitative research methods. In qualitative research, the instrument or tool of the researcher is the researcher himself. Data collection techniques were obtained through observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the application of the principles of good governance, namely Accountability, Transparency, Participation, and Legal Supremacy of Bureaucratic Apparatuses, shows that it has not been carried out optimally in improving the performance of the public service apparatus at the One Stop Service Office, Jayapura Regency.
