Action Research Journal dengan nomor ISSN 2808-5159 (cetak) dan ISSN 2808-5124 (online) adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh Perkumpulan Kualitama Edukatika Indonesia. Action Research Journal memiliki fokus utama pada pengembangan ilmu-ilmu di bidang pendidikan, khususnya menampung hasil-hasil Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dan Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS). Lingkup bidang pendidikan antara lain meliputi pendidikan pada jenjang PAUD, TK, SD, SMP, SMA, sampai Perguruan Tinggi. Tujuan dari publikasi jurnal ini adalah untuk menyebarluaskan pemikiran konseptual atau ide-ide yang telah dicapai di bidang pendidikan. Various sewing activities are an appropriate step in improving children's fine motor skills, because they are used to express themselves. To produce interesting stitches really helps develop a child's imagination in improving their fine motor skills. PAUD Al-Quran Az-Zahra Banyurip Alit Pekalongan City on fine motor activities failed in various sewing materials, this can be seen from the work of children with a total of 20 children who got good grades only 5 children, only 4 children, and less than 11 children. The problem is the lack of physical fine motor skills of children in various sewing activities. This is because the media used is less varied so that children feel bored. So we need an active learning method using various media. The aim of this research is to improve children's fine motor skills in sewing with various media. The benefits are expected to contribute to the development of science. In carrying out the improvement of learning through two cycles. The results of observations and research in the second cycle increased more than the previous cycle. The results of the previous comparison had a success rate of only 45%, the first cycle was 65%, the second cycle reached a 95% success rate. So it can be concluded that sewing activities have a positive impact on fine motor development and can improve children's ability to sew with various media.

Cutting is essentially an activity to develop fine motor skills in the individual, fine motor changes develop due to the individual's efforts, including regular exercises and activities according to the child's abilities and development. In Masyithoh 04 Pekalongan Kindergarten in the development of fine motor skills, most children cannot complete tasks on time, in learning to cut using paper media so that the learning process looks monotonous and children feel bored quickly, the learning media used is less varied for that we need media The interesting thing is cutting with natural material media to improve children's fine motor skills. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the objective conditions of the implementation of improving fine motor skills through cutting activities with natural material media in Masyithoh Kindergarten 04 Pekalongan City. This type of research uses classroom action research. By using pre cycle, cycle I and cycle II, the results of the study showed that there was an increase in children's fine motor skills through cutting activities with natural materials from Pre cycle 13.3%, Cycle I 26.6% and Cycle II 60%, after In the second cycle of learning improvements, it appears that there is a significant increase in the results of children being able to do cutting activities with natural materials.

The general objective of this study is to improve the speaking ability of children in the 5-6 years age group totaling 14 children consisting of 9 boys and 5 girls. Muslimat NU Masyitoh 19 “Annisa” Beard Pekalongan obtained by using the method of observation and documentation. The data obtained by observation were analyzed qualitatively by processing data from observations in activities and evaluating children's speaking skills through buying and selling entrepreneurship activities in the form of percentages. The results of this study showed that the results of observations in the 5-6 years age group were initially 14.29%. This was because there was no renewal of learning in children. After improving the action through buying and selling entrepreneurship activities in the classroom using tools and materials in the role center, the results in the first cycle were 57.14% while in the second cycle the buying and selling entrepreneurship activities were by selling agar directly to parents around 85.71 %, This shows an increase in children's speaking skills through buying and selling entrepreneurship activities carried out in cycles I and II in the 5-6 year age group of Muslimat NU Masyitoh 19 "Annisa" Jenggot Kindergarten. Based on all classroom action research activities, it can be concluded that improving the speaking ability of children in the 5-6 year age group TK Muslimat NU Masyitoh 19 "Annisa" Jenggot Ajaran 2020/2021 can be increased through buying and selling entrepreneurship activities. The suggestion that the researcher wants to convey is that educators should increase their knowledge about buying and selling entrepreneurship activities to improve the speaking skills of children in the 5-6 year age group so that learning targets are achieved.

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the application of the peer tutor learning model using the discussion method could improve student learning outcomes. This research is a classroom action research that is applied to the fifth grade students of SDN 02 Mesoyi as many as 20 students. This research was designed in two cycles, each cycle carried out in the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of this study indicate that peer tutoring learning using the discussion method with LKS media can improve students' cognitive abilities in solving problems, teacher performance is able to carry out learning with peer tutor learning models using discussion methods with LKS media well. Suggestions in this study is that teachers should use peer tutor learning models using discussion methods with LKS media can be used as an alternative to improve student learning outcomes.

Activities that involve students directly are very meaningful, especially activities that can develop children's talents and interests. The background of this research is that there are still many children who do not know how to mix colors. In this case the method with experiments and media with watercolors. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with two cycles. In each cycle consists of: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were the children of the B3 group of TK Aisyiyah Pekalongan, totaling 16 children. The results of the research on pre-cycle activities were 57.19. In the first cycle, mixing colors was 74, 69. Meanwhile, in the second cycle, the children got an average score of 81,87. This shows that the value of the child has increased from the pre-cycle activities I was 17.50 and the second cycle was 7.18. The expected development achievement in Pre-cycle activities is only 14.58%.

This study aims to improve the students' story writing skills and increase the Citizenship Education (Civics) as a tool for maturation for students with a conscious and planned effort through learning so that changes occur in these students related to national knowledge, attitudes, and behavior. The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of Citizenship Education (Civics) in 3rd grade students of SDN 02 Talun through interactive CD media. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with four stages, namely planning, action, observation and reflection. In this study, two research cycles were conducted. The subjects in this study were 19 students of SDN 02 Talun, Pekalongan Regency. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, tests, documentation and interviews. The success indicator in this study is for individual learning completeness if the proportion of students' correct answers is more than the predetermined KKM and for classical learning completeness if at least 85% of all students have reached the KKM. The results of this study for the first cycle of classical completeness reached 73.68% with 14 students who reached the KKm. While in cycle 2, classical completeness reached 89.47% with 17 students who reached the KKM. So that in cycle 2 the success indicator is achieved

This study aims to improve the ability of teachers in learning after the supervision technique of classroom observation was carried out at SD Negeri 02 Talun, Pekalongan Regency. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 02 Talun, Pekalongan Regency for 3 months with 2 cycles. The subjects of this study were class teachers from class I to class VI at SD Negeri 02 Talun. The object of research is the ability of teachers in teaching and learning activities and the implementation of classroom observation supervision techniques. The data that will be taken during the school action research is obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. By paying attention to the results of research and discussion of each cycle, it can be seen that there is an increase in the ability of teachers in learning planning, in managing teaching and learning activities and in evaluating teaching and learning activities. This proves that there is a positive influence from the implementation of classroom observation supervision techniques for improving teacher abilities and encouraging improvements in optimal learning. It is hoped that the results of this study will motivate the principal to carry out classroom observation supervision techniques as well as possible and position himself as a good role model and learning leader.

Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) in early childhood is a learning program to introduce and instill the principles of clean and healthy living from an early age. This study aims to prepare children to form new habitual behaviors by familiarizing themselves with clean and healthy daily living behaviors from an early age in order to implement health protocols so that children avoid the risk of transmission of various diseases including Covid-19. To teach PHBS to early childhood, teachers use the storytelling method, which is a method used by teachers to provide teaching experiences for children through oral. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with a qualitative research approach. The time of this research was carried out in August 2021. The subjects of this study were 10 group A children of TK ABA Bendan and all of them were 4-5 years old. The object of this research is clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS). Data collection techniques were carried out by observation (observation), interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses qualitative data analysis, from the data that has been collected or collected it will be analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive techniques with percentages. Based on the results in the observations, it was found that there was an increase in the clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) of children aged 4-6 years through the storytelling method which can be seen from the number of percentages with the criteria for developing well. In the initial conditions before the action of 0% in the first cycle increased to 50% and in the second cycle to 80%. The impact of developing PHBS with the storytelling method is that children will imitate the activity so that they gain experience about a learning activity from what they see, hear, and experience about an event.

The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes at SDN 02 Krompeng Talun through the application of Discovery Learning. The type of research that will be conducted is classroom action research. The subjects of this study were the fourth grade students of SDN 02 Krompeng, Talun, Pekalongan Regency , totaling 25 students . The results of the study showed an increase in learning outcomes and student activeness in learning. In sikus I value - average grade of 69.5 p er sentase classical learning completeness 68% and p er sentase overall activity of 71.4%. In the second cycle the average value of the class is 83.4 with a per sentase completeness of classical study 88 % and persentase overall activity of 77.3%. Thus it can be concluded that discovery learning with worksheets can improve student learning outcomes . Therefore, it is suggested that as teachers should be able to apply discovery learning as an alternative to improve learning outcomes in the form of cognitive abilities and increase student activity.

There are several learning methods that are considered capable of improving student achievement. One of them is the problem posing method, which is a method that emphasizes student activities to make questions, discuss, complete and present the results of their work. The purpose of this study was to find out that learning mathematics with the problem posing method was effective in improving the learning achievement of social arithmetic for third grade students at SDN 03 Talun, Pekalongan. After learning mathematics with the problem posing method, significant results were obtained in increasing learning motivation, increasing activeness and ability to communicate the concepts learned. The indicators of achievement in this study were the class average score of 67.18 in the first cycle rose to 74.23 in the second cycle, classical learning completeness 59.09% in the first cycle rose to 86.36% in the second cycle, student activity 62 ,98% increased to 78.32% in the second cycle, the teacher's performance by 70% in the first cycle rose to 90% in the second cycle and student responses about learning with problem posing and LKS assistance were obtained by 86.15% in the second cycle.
