Action Research Journal dengan nomor ISSN 2808-5159 (cetak) dan ISSN 2808-5124 (online) adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh Perkumpulan Kualitama Edukatika Indonesia. Action Research Journal memiliki fokus utama pada pengembangan ilmu-ilmu di bidang pendidikan, khususnya menampung hasil-hasil Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dan Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS). Lingkup bidang pendidikan antara lain meliputi pendidikan pada jenjang PAUD, TK, SD, SMP, SMA, sampai Perguruan Tinggi. Tujuan dari publikasi jurnal ini adalah untuk menyebarluaskan pemikiran konseptual atau ide-ide yang telah dicapai di bidang pendidikan. The research was conducted to improve learning so that it is more useful to improve quality as an effort to create a better quality of education. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of the Beyond Center And Circle Time (BCCT) learning model on motor development in children. The research on children's motor activities was carried out for 2 weeks, from November 1 to 13, the Academic Year 2021/2022 which lasted 12 (twelve) meetings in order to obtain accurate data. The first week and second week meetings were conducted with observations on children's learning and documentation, in order to obtain accurate data results. The research method used is the observation method. Data collection techniques used are observation and documentation. Assessment of child development is carried out by the teacher when the child is playing the Center. The assessment was carried out using the BB, MB, BSH, and BSB categories. Indicators of children are observed by learning at the play center using 4 playing steps. The data collection technique used is analysis, with research instruments, such as notes, documents and documentation.

Reading skills are very important skills taught to students. In the school curriculum, reading skills are taught to students in grades 1 and 2 of elementary school. The 2003 National Education System Law in Chapter III article 4 paragraph 4 concerning the Principles of Education Implementation states that education is held by developing a culture of reading, writing, and arithmetic for all members of the community. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to improve reading skills in grade 2 students of SDN 02 Karangasem Talun based on E-Comic in the odd semester of the 2020/2021 academic year. The subjects in this study were all 2nd-grade students of SDN 02 Karangasem Talun, totaling 21 students. This type of research is Classroom Action Research with four stages following the Kemmis and Mc Taggart model. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation, interviews, and tests. The success indicator in this study is for individual learning completeness if the proportion of students' correct answers is more than the predetermined KKM and for classical learning completeness if at least 85% of all students have reached the KKM. The results of this study indicate that in cycles 1 and 2 the average success indicators are 76.19% and 85.71%, so there is no need to continue for cycle 3. For the average class, in cycles 1 and 2 each is equal to 77.50 and 86.25.

Mathematical reasoning is a part of mathematical thinking which includes making generalizations and drawing valid conclusions about ideas and how these ideas are related. If problem solving plays a central role in mathematics, then reasoning appears to play a similar role in problem solving. In playing so that children can explore play activities related to mathematics, they can use natural media media that are around our environment such as stones, leaves, shells, twigs, flowers. In the use of natural media media to improve the mathematical reasoning of children aged 5-6 years by classifying shapes, sizes, measuring, counting, counting. This research uses qualitative research methods. Qualitative research is research on descriptive research and tends to use analysis. Process and meaning (subject perspective) are more highlighted in qualitative research. Activities carried out to be observed include counting activities with shells, counting with twigs, introduction of geometric shapes with stones and shells with AB-AB patterns. Based on the data obtained in the field through the observations of students when playing like the variety of games above and conducting interviews with the teachers. That the ability of children to do mathematical reasoning can be grouped into children who have started to develop (MB) 64%, children who have developed as expected (BSH) 25% and children who have developed very well (BSB) 11%. This can be seen in the pie chart 1.1 The mathematical reasoning ability of children aged 5-6 years in several kindergartens in Pekalongan City. Mathematics learning is important for children who follow Early Childhood Education. This is because mathematics can develop children's cognitive abilities and as a preparation for mathematics skills at the next level of education.

This research was carried out on the basis of improving social skills in early childhood group B TK Muslimat NU Masyithoh 19 "Annisa" Jenggot Pekalongan through entrepreneurship education. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with data collection techniques sourced from observations, interviews, and documentation. The aim of this research is to describe and analyze social development through entrepreneurship education in early childhood. The results of this study showed that the learning outcomes of group B were initially 35.7% due to a lack of confidence in children in interacting with friends and after corrective actions were carried out using social skills activities through the role of the seller in the center with the results in the first cycle obtained 58.6% while in the second cycle of social skills activities through the role of sellers outside the center obtained about 80%. This shows an increase in social skills learning outcomes through entrepreneurship education conducted in cycles I and II in group B TK NU Masyithoh 19 "Annisa" Jenggot Pekalongan. Based on all classroom action research activities, it can be concluded that the development of the social abilities of children in group B of NU Masyithoh 19 "Annisa" Jenggot Pekalongan Kindergarten in the 2018/2019 Academic Year can be improved through entrepreneurship education.

This research aims to determine the implementation and improvement of teachers' abilities in managing PBM through the implementation of academic supervision with a collaborative approach at SDN Cerih 03 Semester 1 of the 2019/2020 Academic Year, especially in the aspect of managing teaching and learning activities. This type of research is school action research. The method and design of this school action research was carried out with research procedures based on the principles of Kemmis and Taggart (1988:10) which included the following activities: (1) planning (planning), (2) implementing action (action), 3) observation (observation). ) , (4) reflection (reflection). The research subjects were teachers at SDN Cerih 03 in Semester 1 of the 2019/2020 academic year as many as 7 teachers. Data collection techniques using observation, and documentation studies. The validity of the data using triangulation, namely the triangulation used in the research is triangulation of data sources and triangulation of methods. Data analysis used qualitative analysis. The results showed an increase in the ability of teachers in the management of the teaching and learning process (PBM), where in the initial conditions there were no teachers who were able to develop the management of the teaching and learning process (PBM) properly, this was evidenced by the low average score obtained by the teachers. namely 49.00 and only included in the Less category, In the first cycle it increased significantly and there were 2 teachers or 28.57% who were stated to be able to manage the teaching and learning process (PBM) well, with a classical average score of 66, 57 and included in the ENOUGH criteria and in the second (last) cycle he became a teacher or 100%, as evidenced by the classical score of 84.29 in the GOOD score criteria. From the results of the research as described above, it can be concluded that the implementation of academic supervision with a collaborative approach at SDN Cerih 03 Semester 1 of the 2019/2020 academic year has proven to be able to improve the ability of teachers in managing PBM.

The problem in this study is whether the application of the ROPES learning model can increase the interest and learning outcomes of students at SDN 01 Karangasem, Talun, Pekalongan Regency?. The research was carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 4 stages, namely planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. From the results of the study showed an increase in learning outcomes and student interest in learning. Based on the results of the reflection in the first cycle, the results obtained include: the average percentage of student activity is 63.2%, the results of the first cycle evaluation with the percentage of classical learning completeness are 68.75% and student interest in the application of the ROPES model gets an average of 68%. While the results of reflection in the second cycle have increased, namely: the average percentage of student activity is 77.2%, the results of the second cycle evaluation with the percentage of classical learning completeness are 87.5% and student interest in learning after the application of the ROPES model gets an average of 82%. Thus it can be concluded that by applying the ROPES learning model can increase interest in learning because students are interested in learning and students do not feel bored or bored with mathematics lessons.

The aim of this study was to determine the increase in the ability of teachers at SD Negeri 01 Krompeng, Talun District, Pekalongan Regency, through School-based In House Training Activities in preparing daily assessment questions in the form of multiple choice. The method used in this research is the school action research method, data collection that is carried out through training, observation, and documentation studies. The results showed an increase in the ability of teachers in preparing daily assessment questions in the form of multiple choice. This is shown by 84% of the 70 daily assessment test items in the form of multiple choice made by the teacher in accordance with the criteria.

In developing classifying objects, they can introduce the concept of numbers (recognize the meaning of numbers and count), introduce the letters of the alphabet, if the child only memorizes the sequence of numbers but cannot understand the immutability of a number, in essence, the child does not know the concept of numbers permanently. Using colorful balls can also introduce colors. For gross motor skills, children can put the ball into the jar. Early childhood learning is child-centered. The learning approach used is a scientific approach which includes a series of processes of observing, asking, gathering information, reasoning, and communicating. The whole process is carried out using all the senses as well as various sources and learning media. By playing using Media Smart Toples (TOPPIN) encourages children to have the potential to develop in further education.

This research is classroom action research, this classroom action research will be carried out in 2 cycles, where each cycle consists of 3 meetings. Each cycle goes through a cycle process consisting of 4 stages, namely: Planning, Action Implementation, Observation, Reflection. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Gubug, the time of the research was in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 school year. With a research period of 3 months (July to September 2019). The research subjects were students in class IX A. The results showed that: 1) The application of discovery learning learning can increase learning activities in the first cycle on average is 59.93% to 71.80 in the second cycle. 2) can improve student learning outcomes in the first cycle an average of 75.38 to 80.58 in the second cycle. And the percentage of completeness in the first cycle was 73.08% to 92.31% in the second cycle. Thus, it can be concluded that discovery learning is learning. can improve the learning activities of students in SMP Negeri 2 Gubug. and improve mathematics learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 2 Gubug.
