Abstract

The importance of managing zakat, infaq and shadaqoh funds makes the government continue to empower by issuing various laws and regulations regarding ZIS management so that the objectives of ZIS management can be optimized. But in reality until now, with the number of institutions that manage zakat and various provisions that have been determined have not been able to achieve the potential of zakat in Indonesia, this can be caused by an obstacle in carrying out management at the City, District to Village or Kelurahan level. The obstacles experienced in Bojongmalang Village in managing zakat, infaq and shadaqoh funds are that the community is not yet aware of the importance of zakat, infaq and shadaqoh to UPZ, then does not understand how the potential of ZIS can solve problems in the community, and the local government of Bojongmalang Village is not in sync with UPZ and MUI and their leaders, which results in the potential of ZIS which should be large but still minimal. The purpose of this community service is to conduct socialization in collaboration with BAZNAS Ciamis Regency to provide broad knowledge about optimizing ZIS management to create Muslim awareness of the obligation to pay zakat and encourage positive attitudes of Muslims towards zakat, infaq, shadaqoh.

Abstract

This community service article focuses on efforts to strengthen awareness of the importance of financing Islamic madrasah education through community capacity building in Ciamis district and Banjar City, West Java Province. So far, society in general still prioritizes Islamic education, so that its management and financing is carried out as is without any effort to improve the management system and attention from the community. The service method is carried out using several techniques, namely conducting focus group discussions, workshops, and forming a Madrasah Diniyah support group (KPMD). After providing assistance and service, the results can be seen, including the emergence of public awareness of the importance of financing education for Diniyah Madrasahs and the formation of Madrasah Diniyah support groups consisting of community leaders, aghniya, ASN, entrepreneurs and other donors.

Abstract

An examination of Sharia Financial Management is crucial for educating individuals about the need of transparency in reporting and distributing funds from Village-Owned Enterprises in Rajadatu Village, Cineam District, Tasikmalaya Regency. The research methodology employed is descriptive qualitative field research, utilizing primary data sources. The findings from the Economic Seminar Activity Program conducted on August 26, 2023, indicate that BUMDes Santana has distributed monies to Rajadatu Village Owned Enterprises in a transparent manner. BUMDes Santana faced fluctuations in community engagement, leading to the failure of planned initiatives by the village government. Additionally, there was a shortage of personnel resources, particularly individuals with IT proficiency or managerial experience. It is advisable for the management to require all administrators and business actors to create written regulations, such as a structured framework that outlines the implementation of Islamic principles, specifically the principles of honesty, justice, and balance. These principles should be applied in accordance with the established rules, and any violations should be met with appropriate sanctions. Ensure the BUMDes structure is properly managed by utilizing the available human resources in line with their expertise, and implement the applicable management regulations.

Abstract

The tourism sector is one of the people's economic potentials that needs to be developed in order to improve community welfare and regional development. This is a positive influence on tourism businesses in improving relations with the community to improve the welfare of the people around the tourist attraction. According to the Islamic view, social welfare is the realization of human goals to achieve happiness in the world and the hereafter (Falah) as well as a good and honorable life (al-hayah al-tayyibah). The problem formulation in this research is whether tourist visits affect the welfare of the community around the tourist attraction and how the welfare of the community around the tourist attraction is viewed from an Islamic economic perspective, while the aim of this research is to find out whether tourist visits have an effect on the welfare of the community around the tourist attraction and to find out how the welfare of the community around the tourist attraction area is viewed from an Islamic economic perspective. The method used in this research is a case study, a descriptive research method. The data used uses primary and secondary data.

Abstract

Artikel pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berfokus pada upaya pemberdayaan UMKM Desa Cimaragas melalui kegiatan bazar. Desa Cimaragas merupakan salah satu desa yang memiliki potensi usaha yang sangat potensial untuk dikembangkan. Di wilayah ini terdapat berbagai macam industri pengolahan makanan sampai dengan industri pengolahan barang rumah tangga. Namun mayoritas UMKM memiliki kendala terbesar yakni di dalam kewirausahaannya masih kekurangan akses pemasaran produk sehingga kesulitan ketika mempromosikan barang produksinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pengabdian ini adanya peningkatan penjualan produk melalui stand bazar UMKM, lebih dikenalnya produk UMKM di Desa Cimaragas, dan masyarakat dapat melakukan promosi sehingga pangsa pasar menjadi lebih luas.
