Understanding the role of political parties in Indian democracy is essential for gaining a deeper understanding of the country’s political landscape and the challenges it faces. This article compares the Congress Party and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), two major political parties in India, and examines their historical backgrounds, ideologies, and election strategies. The role of political parties in Indian democracy is discussed, along with the challenges faced by both parties in recent elections. The article concludes by highlighting the significance of political parties in Indian democracy and discussing the future prospects of the Congress Party and the BJP.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure whether organizational performance in the education sector could be improved through a learning and growth perspective, which involves constructs of human capital, information capital, and organizational capital. This research uses a quantitative approach with the survey as a data collection method and the structural equation model as the analysis method via Smart PLS software to measure the relationship between human, information, and organizational capital with organizational performance, from the perspective of learning and growth. This study concluded that human capital (HC) and Informational Capital (IC) simultaneously have a strong relationship to organizational performance (OP) with Organizational Capital (OC) as a mediating variable. Directly, HC and OC have a significant relationship with OP. While IC has a weak relationship with OP. These results conclude that without HC and OC, IC is a variable that functions to encourage and utilize HR work to form OC and OP. These findings strengthen the theory about the importance of human resource management in the education sector through aspects of meeting the needs of knowledge development, and skill competencies that keep up with developments. This finding also strengthens the theory that claim that learning and growth factors influence organizational performance along the internal process, financial, and customer per- spectives.

Abstract

Smart transportation policy research has evolved over the last decade following increasingly complex changes and challenges. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to use a scoping review and bibliometric analysis to examine all publications on smart transportation policy, particularly on the Asian Continent and the European Continent. A total of 823 smart transporta- tion policy articles indexed in the Scopus database were analyzed through scoping reviews and bibliometric analysis. Articles are analyzed based on the number of publications per year, contributing countries, field of study, authors, documents cited, related issues, and papers cited. Next, Citespace is used to provide a visual analysis of keyword co-occurrence. The results of this study indicate that publications related to the Smart Transportation Policy continue to increase every year. The continent that has the highest number of publications is dominated by the Asian continent, namely China with a total of 201, followed by the European continent, namely Italy with a total of 81. Although the area of analysis is only on the Asian continent and the European continent, the United States and several countries in the Americas have seriously contributed to the topic.

Abstract

Being a space for organizations to realize their value, it is necessary to minimize the structural Uncertainty of the virtual world. The analysis shows structural problems are the internal logical starting point of ambiguity in the net- work community and the underlying cause of gradual accumulation and pre- cipitation in social tension. Analyzing the structural stain from the dimension of knowledge, value, and institutional structure in the network community, multifarious ambiguity is found in Chinese network governance. A representative survey object is selected to understand Chinese network governance after COVID 2019. We choose The Changtze River Cloud com- munity on TikTok as the survey unit to analyze the public space management satisfaction ratio. Through theoretical discussion and case study, specific countermeasures are proposed, such as broadening the channels of expression, constructing cultural diversity in virtual space, and establishing clear specification standardization. It is expected that explicitness instead of ambiguity transmitted by authority can promote existing order to more open, creative, and satisfying institutional design for net citizens in virtual communities.

Abstract

Words are a powerful tool in persuasion. This research presents a discourse analysis of the persuasion techniques in speeches of the ten Filipino presidentiables during the 2022 national elections in the Philippines. The data were analyzed by categorizing, organizing, and interpreting the techniques and its implication using the three levels of language of persuasion by The New Mexico Media Literacy Project (2007). Results revealed that the presidentiables positively benefited from the utilization of the techniques un- der the Intermediate level. This implies that this level effectively persuades Filipino voters for it requires more creativity from the politicians and less complex comprehension from the voters.
