Abstract

The influence of globalization as it is now requires a change in various aspects of life quickly, demanding that each individual canadapt and follow any changes that occur, even though in reality not all individuals are able to do so that what happens is people or humans face many problems. Not everyone is able to adapt, the result is individuals who store a variety of psychological and physical problems that automatically lead to inner conflicts within themselves, thus an effective way to overcome them is needed.

Abstract

The awareness that encourages Muslims to return to the bosom of Muslims, among others, is to carry out politics, namely taking care of Muslim affairs by re-applying Islamic law in domestic and foreign affairs. Awareness born of his belief in Islam as the only complete religion and ideology. It is this awareness that gives birth to belief in Islam, that Islam is the only ideology that must be carried out by all humans so that their lives are kept away from the sadness that befalls and the beliefs that drive them to continue fighting for Islam so that Islam is applied. Therefore, this belief and awareness are the basis of political activity, so that political activity is a manifestation of mind and heart activity. Activities that cannot be killed by any force. But doing Islamization in various dimensions of life, especially regarding how the obligations and responsibilities of the people.

Abstract

Marriage under the provisions contained in the classical books of men who wish to have more than one wife, there is no requirement as regulated in the provisions of Government Regulation No. 45 of 1990 amendment to Government Regulation No. 10 of 1982 concerning Marriage and Divorce Permits Civil Servants, five sufficient conditions for the prospective wife, prospective husband, guardian, two witnesses, and sighat. While civil servants in the PP Article 4 Paragraph 1 men who want to have polygamy should seek permission from their superiors and Religious Courts. According to the researcher need to do re-analysis with appropriate methodology and precisely because the Government Regulation concerning state law order, in order to find whether Government Regulation Number 45 Year 1990 concerning Permit of Marriage and Divorce of Civil Servant have expediency or vice versa. For that the researcher chose Maqashid alShari'ah Jasser Auda as a knife of analysis in this study. This study aims to test empirically the variables that have been formulated in the formulation of the problem, namely reveal the history of birth PP. No. 45 Th. 1990 amendment of PP. No. 10 Th. 1983 on the marriage and divorce of civil servant, the application of the theory of Maqashid al-Shari'ah Jasser Auda to the PP. No. 45 Th. 1990, and analyzed the PP. Abstract

At school, the Educator figure is the key person. The teacher has the moral right to guide and direct students to become knowledgeable human beings in the future. The desired goals for the process, the results of the work of students and have different for each individual. Different positive and negative traits for the development of student learning. Problems that occur in the world of education, especially problems that occur in individual students that affect the learning process. This study aimsto examine the variables in the study that have been formulated in the formulation of the problem, namely whether there is an influence of PAI Teacher Creativity (), and Student Learning Outcomes (), on Student Resilience (Y). Sampling in this study was conducted with a random sampling technique with a total of 294 students from a population of 1900 students at SMK 5 Jember. The analysis carried out using regression analysis. Hypothesis testing was carried out with the help of the StatisticalStatistical Package for Science (SPSS) software version 23. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant effect between the variables of educational teacher creativity and student learning outcomes on student resilience. Thus the creativity of Islamic religious education teachers and student learning outcomes has a considerable contribution to student resilience, so teachers are needed and the values obtained are good, it will make the process of student resilience both inside and outside the school environment

Abstract

The agreement for profit sharing cooperation should be recorded in accordance with the applicable law so that it is mutuallybinding and does not result in fraud from either party either the violation or the betrayal of the cooperation agreement.
