Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan prosesmahasiswa melalui penerapan pembelajaran praktikum berbasis inkuiriterbimbing materi Fermentasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakanpenelitian tindakan kelas. dengan subyek penelitian mahasiswa yangmengikuti mata kuliah Pengantar Bioteknologi materi FermentasiSemester Genap Tahun Akademik 2017/2018 berjumlah 25 orangmahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan data dalam bentuk observasi aktivitasdosen dan ketrampilan proses mahasiswa pada pemebelajaranpraktikum berbasis inkuri terbimbing. Data dianalisis menggunakananalisis deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aktivitasdosen selama pembelajaran pada siklus 1 dengan nilai 61 pada kriteriacukup dan meningkat di siklus 2 dengan nilai 72 pada kriteria baik. Nilaiketuntasan klasikal pada ketrampilan proses mahasiswa di siklus 1adalah 0% (sangat baik), 0% (baik), 24% (cukup), dan 76% (kurangbaik), sedangkan pada siklus 2 adalah 0% (sangat baik), 80% (baik),12% (cukup), dan 8% (kurang baik) bedasarkan nilai ketuntasanklasikal 80% di siklus 2 maka indikator keberhasilan telah tercapai.Pembelajaran praktikum berbasis inkuiri terbimbing mendapatkantanggapan yang positif dari mahasiswa untuk diterapkan pada materifermentasi. berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh maka penerapanpembelajaran praktikum berbasis inkuiri terbimbing dapat meningkatkanketrampilan proses mahasiswa pada materi Fermentasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab tingkatkejenuhan belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) pada jurusan PGSDdi Universitas Islam Balitar. Kendala belajar yang dialami mahasiswa diJurusan PGSD kelas A di Universitas Islam Balitar (UNISBA). JenisPenelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitiankualitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatankuantitatif hasil menunjukkan bahwa (1) Sikap Mahasiswa ketikaPembelajaran PAI, Temuan data observasi sesuai tabel kepada 30mahasiswa kelas A PGSD UNISBA Blitar yang paling banyak dilakukanmahasiswa untuk mengatasi rasa jenuh di fikirannya mereka bermaingame di Hanphone di jam bembelajaran, (2) Faktor Penyebabkejenuhan Belajar PAI yang terbanyak adalah bahwasanya Padatnyajam yang tidak sesuai kondisi mahasiswa mendapat respon 73%.Usaha yang dilakukan Dosen untuk Mengatasi Kejenuhan Belajar PAIadalah dengan metode ceramah dan Diskusi serta penanaman akanpentingnya kerja keras.

Abstract

Metode mengajar di dalam kelas yang tepat dan bervariasi dapat dijadikan sebagai alat untuk memotivasi siswa dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar di sekolah.Dengan menggunankan metode mengajar yang bervariasi, maka akan dapat menghindarkan siswa dari rasa kebosanan, sehingga siswa akan tetap bersemangat dalam mengikuti pelajaran sampai pelajaran usai, bahkan merasa kurang waktu untuk mempelajari mata pelajaran tersebut. Rendahnya partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran di kelas VII SMPI ditemukan gejala rendahnya minat dan perhatian siswa terhadap pelajaran, rendahnya semangat siswa dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugas belajar dan mengikuti pembelajaran, rendahnyareaksi siswa terhadap stimulus yang diberikan oleh guru.Kondisi ini diusahakan diselesaikan dengan sebuah tindakan perbaikan melalui metode berceramah dengan berbagai variasi, permainan dan kuis.Hasil dari tindakan yang dilakukan memberikan dampak positif dalam pembelajaran yakni meningkatnya partisipasi siswa, kenaikan rata-rata kelas dan juga kenaikan jumlah ketuntasn belajar siswa. Peningkatan partisipasi siswa dalam pembelajaran PKn dari pra hingga berakhirnya tindakan sebesar72,2% . Peningkatan ketuntasan siswa dari pra siklus hingga evaluasi akhir sebesar 35,4 %. Peningkatan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode ceria permanis efektif diterapkan di kelas VII SMPI Hidayatul -˜Ulum Dayu pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2017/ 2018.

Abstract

The aims of this research are not only to know the develop flashcard media for teaching vocabulary to the seventh grade students at SMPN 1 Sanankulon in 2018/2019 academic years but also to know the effectiveness of flashcard media for teaching vocabulary to the seventh grade students at SMPN 1 Sanankulon in 2017/2018 academic years, to know the students response toward the use of flashcard in teaching learning vocabulary to the seventh grade students at SMPN 1 Sanankulon in 2018/2019 academic years. This research is Research and Development (R&D), which used the Sugiyono ’s model (2016:298) with adaptation. The data collecting through interview, questionnaire, documentation, and test. In this case, the researcher used three validators. They are validator of media and validators of material. The product user is VII F of SMPN 1 Sanankulon which consisted of 32 students. In this research, the researcher used one group pre-test and post-test experimental design to try out the product. The result of the research showed that: 1) The result of media validation flashcard and guiding book got the average were 84,37% while the result of content of material validation 87,5%. The average for all validation was 85,41%. The score was catagorized as “very good-- with interval 80% < x ≤ 100%. So, the developed flashcard media as a learning media in teaching and learning vocabulary to the seventh grade students was valid to be implemented for the seventh grade students and it can be used as media in teaching learning process especially in vocabulary mastery. 2) It proved by the result of the students ’ test. The mean score of pre-test and post-test increased from 69,81 to the 94,37. It can be concluded that there was increased in mean score before and after treatment. Furthermore, Based on the result of t-test, it showed that value of t-test < t table. So, ho is rejected and ha is accepted. It can be concluded that there is significance of mean score the seventh grade students before and after treatment the product. In other word the product is proper if used in the seventh grade students at SMPN 1 Sanankulon. 3) It proved with result of questionnaire students ’ response. It gained the total score 1038 then the criterion of score 1280. It accumulated on precentage that was 81,09%. It was very good category. It means, that used flashcard media in learning vocabulary is very positive for the seventh grade students. If seen in criteria of response this is absolutely agree response. So, in other word the students absolutely agree if used flashcard media in learning vocabulary.

Abstract

Pembelajaran yang menekankan siswa untuk membentuk pemahaman sendiri, merupakan cara yang efektif untuk meningkatkan penguasaan konsep. Salah satu media pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan penguasaan konsep adalah media audio visual berupa video. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan audio visual terhadap penguasaan konsep siswa. Jenis penelitian eksperimen semu (Quasi Eksperimen). Desain penelitian ini adalah Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP 1 Patra Mandiri Plaju. Sampel penelitian ini kelas VIIIA sebagai kelas eksperimen dan VIIIB sebagai kelas kontrol yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Pada proses pembelajaran, kelas eksperimen diajarkan dengan menggunakan media Audio visual berupa video dan kelas kontrol diajarkan dengan media power point (PPT). Pengambilan data menggunakan tes penguasaan konsep dengan bentuk pilihan ganda terbuka yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Data kuantitatif diperoleh dari rata-rata nilai pretes, postes, dan N-gain yang dianalisis menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian uji hipotesis data Posttest menunjukan bahwa nilai Sig = 0,118 > 0,05. Sedangkan nilai thitung = 1,766 > ttabel = 1,684. Nilai rata-rata N-gain Pretest-Posttest kelas eksperimen 0,67 termasuk kategori sedang, sedangkan nilai rata-rata N-gain Pretest-Posttest kelas kontrol adalah 0,57 termasuk kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan media Audio Visual berupa video berpengeruh secara signifikan terhadap penguasaan konsep siswa pada materi sistem pencernaan manusia kelas VIII SMP 1 Patra Mandiri Plaju.

Abstract

Based on the results of preliminary observations in MAN 2 Model Banjarmasin in the X-E class of the midterm test, there were 52% of students who had not yet reached the School Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM), where the KKM in this school was 75. The researcher chose this school as the object of research because generally learning is still teacher-centered, so students become less active in the process of teaching and learning activities (KBM), and learning has never been carried out using guided inquiry. To maximize teaching and learning activities that will impact on the increase in students learning outcomes which are expected to be above the KKM, teacher activities should be improved first. Therefore this research was carried out which aims to increase the activity of teachers in learning using guided inquiry in ecosystem material. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) designed in 2 learning cycles, where each cycle consists of 2 meetings. The research subjects were students of class X-E MAN 2 Model Banjarmasin academic year2013/2014. The techniques of collecting data used were observation and questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the study show that teacher activities can be improved by using a guided inquiry learning model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe students' critical thinking skills in Plant Ecology courses through inquiry learning. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research with one group pretest-posttest research design (single group design with pretest-posttest). Data collection techniques used pretest and posttest to measure students' critical thinking skills in understanding during learning. Research data on critical thinking skills from the pretest and posttest were analyzed by calculating the N-gain value. N-gain results indicate that the use of inquiry models can improve students' critical thinking skills. Students ’ posttest data were analyzed descriptively to describe students' critical thinking skills through inquiry learning. The highest average score on the first indicator, which is focusing on questions,gotscore of 73.64, in the criteria of sufficient. The lowest average score is found in two indicators, namely the indicator asking and answering questions and the indicator considering whether the source is reliable or not. Both indicators got a score of 70 in the criteria of sufficient. On average all indicators of critical thinking skills of students got a score of 71.27 in the criteria of sufficient. The conclusion is that the Inquiry learning is able to improve students' critical thinking skills in the medium criteria.

Abstract

The learning of Science, especially ecosystem material needs to be followed up in improving the learning, so that the students are expected to participate actively in learning and teaching process. This is also useful in improving the result of Biology learning in ecosystem material. To solve the difficulties of learning, one of considerations is improving the student ’s ability in learning process and to find the answers. One way that can be taken is to use guided inquiry learning during teaching learning takes place. Or students aredirectly involved in asking questions, searching information and conducting aninvestigation. This research is aimed at improving students ’ activity of garde VII-“C SMPN 25 Banjarmasin usingguided inquiry learning on Ecosystem material. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is designed in two learning cycles, with each cycle consisting of 2 meetings. The subjects of this study were all students of class VII -“ C of SMP 25 Banjarmasin in academic year2014/2015. Data collection techniques used including the provision of tests, observations and questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the study show that students ’ activity can be improved by using guided inquiry learning.

Abstract

This research is aiming at examining the reorientation of Islamic boarding schools for the purpose of Islamic education in the Al-Islam Joresan Mlarak Ponorogo Islamic boarding school. This study included as a descriptive research, a case study was in the Al-Islam Joresan Mlarak Ponorogo boarding school. In collecting data, the writer used methods of interview, observation, and documentation. The techniques of analyzing data are reduction data, displaying data, and drawing conclusion or verification. Based on the result of the research, it was found that (1) background of reorientation of Islamic education in Al Islam Islamic boarding school conveys that it is indifferent toward the challenges of social change, participating themselves in social changes and playing role as an agent of social change (2 ) the aim of development of Islamic education at Islamic boarding school Al Islam Josaren Mlarak Ponorogo is in accordance with the Neo-Modernism model, it is a method trying to understand the basic thoughts and values contained in the Al Qur ’an and As Sunnah by implicating and considering the treasures of classical intellectual Muslims. (3)the design of reorientation in Al Islam Islamic boarding school is a curriculum development, evaluation and institutionaldevelopment.

Abstract

The aim of the research was to develop a research-based reference book using the coliform MPN technique.The development uses Hannafin development model which consists of three phases, they are (1) Need Assessment (Analysis of Needs); (2) Design (Design); (3) Develop and Implement (Development and Implementation. This development model is a product-oriented model. The first stage begins with needs analysis, product design, product manufacture, and product validation. The instruments used are questionnaires and interview guidelines. Data are analyzed descriptively. Based on the result of the analysis, it shows that the compiled references have met the eligibility requirements. The level of feasibility of the limited test of individual students is obtained at 80% with a valid category, the feasibility test from a media expert is obtained at 88.25% with a valid category, and the feasibility test for material content is 88.25% with a valid and feasible category to apply.
