Abstract

Instagram merupakan media sosial yang banyak diminati para remaja. Hal ini dikarenakan instagram lebih fokus pada foto dan video dibandingkan dengan media sosial lainnya. Hal ini memuncukan eksistensi pada setiap pengguna akun instagram lewat foto dan video yang menarik. Terdapat dalah satu faktor eksistensi diri yaitu angka pada akun instagram pengguna. Oleh karena itu hal ini menjadi latar belakang peneliti untuk meneliti. Pada penelitian ini teori yang digunakan yaitu sirkular teori. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh intensitas penggunaan instagram terhadap eksistensi diri pada siswa-siswi SMK Telkom Jakarta. Variabel Independen penelitian ini yaitu intensitas penggunaan instagram, variabel dependen penelitian ini adalah eksistensi diri. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada siswa-siswi di SMK Telkom Jakarta yang aktif menggunakan aplikasi instagram. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 90 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Formula Slovin. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei dengan menggunakan teknik Analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa intensitas penggunaan instagram berpengaruh secara positif dan kurang signifikan terhadap eksistensi diri, hal ini dapat dilihat dari pengolahan data, angka signifikansi menunjukkan sebesar 0,000 yang berarti < 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa intensitas penggunaan instagram berpengaruh terhadap eksistensi diri. Atau Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Untuk nilai koefisien determinasi (RSquare) sebesar 0,253 yang mengandung pengertian bahwa pengaruh Intensitas penggunaan instagram terhadap Eksistensi diri adalah sebesar 25,3%, yang berarti termasuk dalam pengaruh kategori rendah.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the Human Relations Strategy in Realizing Zero Accident (Case Study on HRD PT. Grand Pintalan Textile) by analyzing the strategy using the POAC strategy (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling). The research uses organizational control theory. The selection of informants was done by the purposive sampling method. Research data was obtained by data collection techniques with in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. This research uses the post-positivism paradigm, a qualitative approach with a case study method. The big concept used is the POAC management concept from G.R Terry. The results of this study show that the HRD Strategy of PT. Grand Pintalan Textile to achieve zero accidents is carried out with four strategies consisting of simple, technical, bureaucratic, and conservative supervision. Besides that, PT. Grand Pintalan Textile implements the POAC strategy through the Human Relations Department. This POAC strategy can be seen from the activities carried out by the Human Relations Department which include knowledge of what to do (planning), determining how to do it (organizing), understanding how they should do it (actuating), and measuring the effectiveness of the efforts that have been made. (controlling).

Abstract

National development is currently leading to the implementation of digital transformation, including digitalization in the electoral sector.  The discourse on the implementation of an e-voting system in the Pemilu 2024 As people who are voting for the first time in general elections, beginner votes are expected to participate in the success of democratic contestation in Indonesia by understanding the implementation of the e-voting system in the 2024 elections launched by the government. This study aims to identify the perceptions of beginner votes regarding the implementation of the e-voting system in the Pemilu 2024. The research was conducted with a quantitative descriptive approach through a survey of 90 students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Al Azhar Indonesia, aged 17-21 years. The perceptions of beginner votes regarding the implementation of the e-voting system in the Pemilu 2024 are seen from three perception indicators, namely perceived usefulness of the system, perceived ease of use, and perceived risk. The perceived ease of use is important because by using e-voting, voting and recapitulation of vote count results can be done more quickly, accurately, transparently, and accountably. The e-voting system is considered more effective and efficient because it can save election costs, and can be done anywhere. The risk of implementing this system is considered lower than in conventional elections, especially in determining DPT and recapitulating vote count results. Novice voters agree with the implementation of the e-voting system in the 2024 elections by considering aspects of infrastructure and human resources.

Abstract

This study aims to determine interpersonal communication between the leadership and employees of Waroeng Noesantara to maintain customer loyalty because, with customer loyalty, the product will continue to be sold, and it is assumed that it can be recommended to other consumers to add new customers. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Primary data collection was carried out by interviewing key CEO informants, manager on duty support informants, baristas and cashiers, social media administrators, baristas, and three customers, while secondary data collection was carried out by observation and literature study. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman analysis model, namely an interactive model with data reduction stages, data presentation, conclusions, and verification data. Testing the validity of the data using source triangulation and technique triangulation the results of the study show that interpersonal communication between leaders and employees is effective so that it has an impact on the ability to provide quality service to customers so that customer loyalty is maintained. Recommendations from researchers suggest that there is an increase in responsiveness in service at the cashier.

Abstract

The background of this research is the emergence of e-commerce which is one of the causes of a shift in people's behavior that prefers shopping online, especially in Cilegon City who buy scarlett whitening body lotion through shopee @scarlettofficialshop. Online customer reviews on the shopee application @scarlettoffcialshop provide information about scarlett whitening body lotion products. The purpose of this study was to determine the presence and extent of the influence of online customer reviews at shopee @scarlettofficialshop on purchasing decisions for scarlett whitening body lotion products in Cilegon City. This study uses the elaboration likelihood model theory. This research approach uses a quantitative approach, and uses survey methods, the population of this study is the city of Cilegon as many as 450,271 people. The sample taken in this study was 400 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, instrument test, simple linear regression analysis, determination coefficient, hypothesis testing. The results of this study can be seen that there is a positive and significant influence between online customer review variables and purchasing decision variables. And shows the value of Tcount > Ttable, namely 22.284 > 1.965, with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be seen that there is a positive and significant influence between variable X (Online Customer Review) and variable Y (Purchasing Decision).

Abstract

In Labuan Bajo, there are a number of attractions that could entice visitors from the archipelago and outside. Westmost point of Flores Island is in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT). Labuan Bajo is one of the five Super Priority Tourism Destinations (DPSP) that the government has chosen to as the venue for the 42nd ASEAN Summit. Nation branding generally refers to a country’s strategy to convey a particular image of itself beyond its borders to achieve certain beneficial goals.  The notion is associated with the existence of a "great global market" where countries, cities and regions, compete with each other to attract the largest number of tourists, investors, consumers, students, events and so on. With effective strategies, we can increase the number of tourists visiting an area. The technique of data collection for this study is library research, which is descriptive and qualitative. The results of this study show that encouraging tourism may have a big impact on a region's economic success. With the right advertising, it is possible to boost the number of tourists visiting an area.
