Dengue Fever (DHF) is an infectious disease caused by a virus. One of the signs of DHF is a decrease in the number of platelets (thrombocytopenia). The recommended management of thrombocytopenia is an increase in adequate nutrition and adequate electrolyte fluids. One way that is recommended is to consume dates juice. The content of date palm juice that can directly increase the platelet count is a number of polysaccharides such as rhamnose, arabinose, xylose, mannose, galactose and glucose because it is an ingredient in the formation of platelet granules in megakaryocytes in the bone marrow. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the administration of date palm juice had on increasing platelet levels in patients with Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever. The sample in this study amounted to 30 people, 15 people in the treatment group and 15 people in the control group. The hypothesis test that will be used in the bivariate analysis uses a T-test. The results of the study concluded that there was a significant difference between the results of the 3rd day of the treatment group and the control group. The t-value of the treatment group is greater, namely 16,089 than the t-value of the control group, which is 10,373, this indicates that the treatment group experienced an increase in platelet levels higher than the platelet level in the control group.

Various studies have shown that adolescents have very complex problems along with the transitional period experienced by adolescence, a problem that stands out among adolescents, namely the problems surrounding TRIAD KRR (sexuality, HIV and AIDS as well as drugs). The role of the media is important in shaping the knowledge of adolescents in understanding reproductive health problems. Multimedia is a combination of media which is more than two media consisting of integrated text, graphics, images, photos, audio, video and animation. This study uses research and development (R and D) methods. The population in this study were students at SMPN 19 Jambi City. The sample was selected using purposive sampling technique totaling 35 students. This research was conducted from March to November 2020. The data analysis in this study used qualitative analysis techniques and quantitative descriptive. Quantitative data collection was carried out by measuring the level of students' initial knowledge (pre-test), then introducing a 10-minute video media for adolescent reproductive healt. Evaluation is carried out by measuring the level of knowledge (post test) and evaluating student responses to the experience of accessing the developed video. Overall the percentage level of media feasibility by material experts is 98.6% with the very feasible category. The results of eligibility by media experts obtained a percentage level of 80% with the feasible category. The results of the Wilcoxon test showed a significant difference (r-value 0,000) from the students' knowledge before and after the intervention was given. The results of the percentage of respondents' responses to the media are 93% with a very good. For further research, it is hoped that this video media can be developed with a more specific topic regarding adolescent reproductive health while still paying attention to the duration of the video and can also be developed learning media with interactive multimedia.

Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is one indicator in looking at existing health problems. MMR in Indonesia is still high. In reducing MMR, the government established a PONED Health Centers (Basic Emergency Neonatal Obstetric Service). The PONED Health Centers must be well implemented to contribute to the reduction of MMR. The purpose of the study was to analyze the implementation of the PONED Public Health Centers in Lebak Regency in terms of input, process, output, and outcome. This research method is qualitative, using a case study approach. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The population in this study were 36 PONED Public Health Centers. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Participants in the study were the head of the puskesmas and the PONED team from the Rangkasbitung Health Center, Kalanganyar Health Center, Warunggunung Health Center, Bojongmanik Health Center, and Cileles Health Center. In-depth interviews were conducted with ten informants, including representatives from the PONED Core team. In addition to interviews, the data collection process was by filling out checklists and medical record data. The research results found that the human resources of the PONED Health Center have not been fully certified, and the readiness of the service by the 24-hour guard team in 1 day was not optimal; the evaluation of infrastructure facilities in several PONED Centers requires improvement. The evaluation results found that maternal services in several PONED Health Centers still need improvement. The referral system at the PONED Health Center has been running, and the Jamilah program has become an icon of the Bojongmanik Health Center. Infant morbidity rate is the second indicator in determining the health status of children because it reflects the baby's weak immune system. This is influenced by nutritional factors, socio-economic factors and demographics. Breastfeeding is related to the fulfillment of infant nutrition. Almost all infants in Indonesia (96%) have received breast milk, but infant mortality and morbidity rates are still high. It is still found in the fact that there is a tendency for postpartum mothers to discard some of the colostrum (8.9%) and throw away all of the colostrum (5.9%). There is still a dominant practice of breastfeeding (5.1%) and partial breastfeeding (55.1%) according to the situation and analysis of exclusive breastfeeding by the Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2014. This descriptive study aims to determine the pattern of breastfeeding in postpartum mothers and related factors. The population of this study were postpartum mothers (0-40 days) who had a newborn at PMB Yustati Ambarita and PMB Muzilatulnisma. The sample in this study were postpartum mothers (0-40 days) who had 27 newborns. Samples were taken by accidental sampling technique. This research was conducted from October 2020 to August 2021 at PMB Yustati Ambarita and PMB Muzilatulnisma. The results were analyzed univariately. The results showed that most of the respondents had good knowledge (74.07%), positive attitude (51.9%), high husband support (63%), high support from health workers (77.8%) and exposure to breastfeeding promotion (81.5%). A total of 96.3% of respondents had a pattern of exclusive breastfeeding for 40 days postpartum. It is hoped that the PMB will improve health education programs, especially in the lactation preparation program from the third trimester of pregnancy. It is hoped that mothers can increase their knowledge about breastfeeding preparation from trusted sources of information
