Abstract

This study discusses the concept of Islamic humanistic instructional design as an educational approach that integrates humanistic values with Islamic teachings. This instructional design positions learners as the central subjects of the learning process and focuses on developing intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual potentials in a balanced manner. The discussion includes the definition of instructional design, humanistic principles in Islamic perspective, the main characteristics of Islamic humanistic learning, and the implementation of humanistic learning theory in Islamic Religious Education (PAI). Its core principles include respect for human dignity, individual differences, self-reflection, and spiritual awareness with divine responsibility. The implementation in PAI emphasizes inclusive, reflective, and participatory learning, where teachers act as facilitators guiding students to deeply understand and practice Islamic values. Therefore, Islamic humanistic instructional design aims to form insan kamil a complete human being who is knowledgeable, virtuous, and responsible to oneself, others, and God.

Abstract

Pengabaian kewajiban nafkah oleh suami terhadap istri merupakan fenomena sosial yang berdampak pada ketidak harmonisan rumah tangga dan meningkatnya angka perceraian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor penyebab pengabaian nafkah serta solusi dalam perspektif hakim di Pengadilan Agama Kota Bogor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus, melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap hakim serta analisis dokumen putusan nafkah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor penyebab pengabaian nafkah meliputi: (1) tekanan ekonomi dan struktural seperti pengangguran dan ketidakstabilan pendapatan; (2) faktor personal-psikologis seperti kemalasan, kebiasaan adiktif, dan konflik emosional; serta (3) faktor relasional berupa keretakan komunikasi dan konflik berkepanjangan. Solusi yang diterapkan hakim meliputi mediasi, gugatan nafkah lampau (madiyah), penetapan aanmaning, serta penyitaan aset suami yang lalai. Kendala utama adalah lemahnya penegakan hukum dan beban prosedural terhadap istri. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penyelesaian masalah pengabaian nafkah memerlukan pendekatan holistik antara litigasi dan mediasi substantif agar hak istri dapat terlindungi secara efektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji penafsiran Fazlur Rahman tentang hukum waris yang terkandung dalam QS. An-Nisa’ ayat 11 yang disebut memiliki nilai-nilai keadilan dan keseimbangan sosial. Penelitian ini juga melihat relevansinya dengan kondisi masyarakat saat ini. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu library research, penulis menggunakan literatur yang membahas tentang teori double movement dan melihat kesesuaian pada konteks kekinian. Fazlur Rahman berpendapat bahwa ketentuan hukum waris harus mempertimbangkan perubahan yang terjadi saat ini, jika pembagian 2:1 dianggap tidak lagi mencerminkan keadilan dalam konteks tertentu maka pembagian 1:1 dapat menjadi wujud keadilan dalam konteks saat ini. Dengan menerapkan pembagian 1:1 tampaknya akan lebih adil dan sama rata. Namun penerapan pada metode ini merupakan hal yang tidak dapat menjangkau banyak kalangan, Maka sebaikanya jika menerapkan pembagian dengan 1:1 akan lebih baik dilakukan dengan prinsip musyawarah dan kesepakatan antara keluarga.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji dinamika Persatuan Islam (Persis) sebagai gerakan sosial-keagamaan modernis yang bertahan lebih dari satu abad melalui dialektika antara resistensi dan adaptasi. Dari aspek teologis, resistensi Persis diwujudkan melalui kritik terhadap praktik keagamaan tradisional seperti tahlilan dan ziarah kubur berlebihan yang dianggap menyimpang dari prinsip tauhid murni. Pada ranah sosial-politik, Persis menunjukkan sikap kritis terhadap kebijakan kolonial maupun negara yang dipandang mengancam kebebasan beragama dan nilai keadilan sosial. Sementara itu, bentuk adaptasi Persis tampak dalam pendirian lembaga pendidikan modern yang mengintegrasikan ilmu agama dan umum, pemanfaatan media cetak maupun digital sebagai instrumen dakwah, serta keterbukaan terhadap isu-isu global kontemporer seperti demokrasi, hak asasi manusia, gender, lingkungan hidup, dan pembangunan berkelanjutan dengan kerangka maqasid al-shari‘ah. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa resistensi berfungsi menjaga prinsip purifikatif Persis, sedangkan adaptasi berperan memastikan relevansi dakwah dalam konteks sosial yang terus berubah. Dengan sinergi keduanya, Persis mampu mempertahankan eksistensinya sebagai gerakan Islam modernis yang konsisten pada misi purifikasi, sekaligus responsif terhadap tantangan zaman. Kata Kunci: Persatuan Islam, resistensi, adaptasi, purifikasi, gerakan sosial, maqasid al-shari‘ah.

Abstract

When conducting research on Hadith, it is important to have a reliable reference. The reference used in Hadith research is the rule of validity of Hadith. Research on Hadith is carried out by analyzing the sanad, matan, and Hadith narrators to determine its validity, because a Hadith is categorized as authentic if it meets the provisions or rules for the validity of the sanad and matan Hadith. This research is a type of library research which is descriptive analytical in nature. This research aims to explain problems related to fake hadith or Maudhu' hadith. False hadith or Maudhu' hadith refers to lying words that are created and fabricated by someone, then attributed to the Prophet sallallaahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam. False hadith is considered the worst type of hadith, some scholars even consider it a separate type apart from Dhaif hadith. All scholars agree that narrating or conveying the Maudhu' hadith is haram, unless it is stated that the hadith is fake. However, these false hadiths have spread widely in society, so it is important to provide education to the public so that they know the law.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen gerakan dakwah intelektual yang dilakukan oleh Ikatan Cendekiawan Muslim Indonesia (ICMI) sebagai organisasi strategis dalam membangun peradaban Islam modern di Indonesia. ICMI didirikan pada tahun 1990 oleh B.J. Habibie sebagai wadah berhimpunnya para intelektual Muslim guna mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam dengan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan analisis studi pustaka terhadap kiprah ICMI dalam ranah sosial, politik, dan dakwah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ICMI memainkan peran penting dalam manajemen dakwah berbasis intelektual dengan mengedepankan nilai rasionalitas, etika, dan modernitas Islam. Namun demikian, ICMI menghadapi tantangan besar dalam era digital seperti lemahnya regenerasi kader, fragmentasi ideologis, serta rendahnya adaptasi terhadap teknologi informasi. Artikel ini menekankan perlunya revitalisasi manajemen dakwah ICMI melalui strategi digitalisasi dakwah, kolaborasi lintas generasi, dan penguatan literasi keislaman ilmiah.

Abstract

Mass death cases (al-halāk al-jamā‘ī) are important issues in Islamic jurisprudence because they affect the clarity of the status of both the heir and the beneficiary. In Islamic inheritance law, the presence of unborn children has a potential position as heirs if certain conditions are met, thus requiring the determination of a special inheritance share through the concept of ta‘līq al-irth. Meanwhile, mass death raises issues regarding the order of death (tartīb al-mawt) and mutual inheritance between victims, especially when it is unknown who died first. This study aims to analyze the provisions of Islamic jurisprudence related to these two issues, including the method of determining inheritance rights, dispute resolution, and legal implications for the distribution of inherited assets. Through a literature review of classical and contemporary books, this study found that Islamic jurisprudence provides a resolution mechanism through the principle of prudence (iḥtiyāṭ), the postponement of inheritance shares, and the application of the principle of al-yaqīn lā yazūlu bi al-syakk. Thus, this discussion provides a comprehensive understanding regarding the dynamics of determining inheritance rights in uncertain conditions, as well as its relevance in the modern social context.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the moral education values contained in Surah Al-Hujurāt verses 10–13 and Surah Al-Qalam verse 4, as well as their relevance to character formation in the modern era. The research focuses on essential principles of social ethics such as brotherhood, the prohibition of mockery, the avoidance of suspicion and backbiting, the affirmation of human equality, and the exemplary character of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ as the central model of moral education. This study employs a library research method by examining various tafsir books, academic journals, and scholarly works related to Islamic moral education. The findings indicate that these Qur’anic verses provide a comprehensive foundation for building noble character within educational settings, families, and society. Furthermore, they highlight the Qur’an’s role as a timeless source of moral guidance that remains highly relevant for shaping future generations with strong ethical values.

Abstract

culinary businesses, with a specific focus on Angkringan Sendang 86 in Kraksaan. Using a qualitative research method with a literature review approach, this study examines a variety of scientific sources published between 2020 and 2024 that discuss service quality, customer comfort, consumer behavior, and customer loyalty in the micro-culinary sector. The findings indicate that service quality which includes friendliness, service speed, cleanliness, accuracy of presentation, and professionalism significantly affects customers’ perceptions and levels of satisfaction. Additionally, comfort factors such as physical environment, spatial layout, ambiance, and supporting facilities play an essential role in shaping positive customer experiences. The literature further emphasizes that the combination of optimal service quality and adequate comfort can enhance customer loyalty and attract new visitors through word-of-mouth recommendations. Therefore, strengthening both aspects is crucial for angkringan business managers to remain competitive and sustainable in an increasingly competitive culinary landscape.

Abstract

Islamic education is an important means of shaping the character, morality, and personality of a knowledgeable and pious Muslim society. The Qur’an, as the primary source of Islamic teachings, contains educational values that are relevant to the challenges of contemporary life. One verse that emphasizes the urgency of Islamic education is Surat At-Tawbah verse 122, which presents the concept of tafaqquh fiddin, namely the obligation of a group of believers to deepen their religious knowledge and guide the community. This study aims to examine the urgency of Islamic education based on the interpretation of Surat At-Tawbah verse 122. The research employs a qualitative approach using library research methods through the analysis of the Qur’an, tafsir works, and relevant scholarly literature. The findings indicate that Islamic education represents a form of intellectual jihad that plays a strategic role in instilling faith-based values, cultivating noble character, and developing students’ spiritual intelligence.
