Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the financial performance of the pharmaceutical industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using the Economic Value Added (EVA) method during the 2018-2022 period. The type of research used is quantitative using descriptive data. The population in this study is the financial statements of the pharmaceutical industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange consisting of PT Sido Muncul Tbk, PT Pyridam Farma Tbk, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk, PT Kimia Farma Tbk, PT Indofarma Tbk and PT Darya-Varia for the last 5 years, 2018-2022. The sample of this study is the statement of financial position and comprehensive income. The data collection technique used is documentation. The data analysis technique used is Economic Value Added (EVA) analysis which consists of NOPAT, Invested Capital, WACC, and Capital Charges. The results of this study indicate that the value of Economic Value Added (EVA) at PT Sido Muncul Tbk, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk, and PT Darya-Varia Laboratoria Tbk during the 2018-2022 period was always positive (EVA > 0) so it can be said that management is able to create added economic value for the company. However, PT Pyridam Farma Tbk in the period 2018 to 2022 cannot be fully said to be good because there is a negative EVA. In 2019 it was noted that the Economic Value Added (EVA) value of PT Pyridam Farma Tbk decreased to a negative value (EVA <0), so it can be said that the company has not been able to create added economic value for the company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work stress on the performance of sales force employees at PT. World Innovative Telecommunication Makassar. The sample in this study were 100 sales force employees (promoters). The data used were primary data and secondary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence between the compensation variable (X1) on employee performance (Y) and there is a negative effect between the work stress variable (X2) on employee performance variables which can be shown through the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = 11.104 + 1.241 X1 – 0.147 X2 and has a significant effect on the tcount value of each variable of 13.855 > t table (X1) and -2.055 > t table (X2), with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 (X1) and 0.043 <0.05 ( X2). The R Square value of 0.657 indicates that the compensation variable and work stress variable in this study contributed 65.7%, while 34.3% was explained by causes and other factors.

Abstract

The goals of this study at PT. plantation of the nusantara XIV city of makassar was to assess the effect of leadership styles on worker performance. The data used in this study were both primary and secondary, with a total sample of 42 employees. In this study, a quantitative technique was employed to evaluate the two hypotheses, and the data was processed using SPSS 2.5 and a simple linear regression analysis procedure. with a coefficient of determination of 0.297, the results demonstrated that the transformational leadership style variable limit a substantial influences on employees performance. Employee performance characteristics have a substantial influences of 0.50. According to the research's conclusions, both individually and together, independent factors have a substantial impacts on the performance of the dependent variables, PT. plantation of the nusantara XIV city of makassar. Therefore, the performance of the employee will certainly improve if the Transformational Leadership Style is further developed.

Abstract

The role of human resources is essential for an organization. In line with the development of the globalization era, all organizations/institutions are demanded to carry out their tasks responsibly to achieve good performance. One of the factors influencing this performance is work discipline. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work discipline on the performance of employees at the Food Security Agency of Sinjai Regency. The research population consists of all 32 employees of the Food Security Agency of Sinjai Regency. The sampling method used is saturated sampling, where all 32 employees are taken as samples. The data from the questionnaires were processed using SPSS version 26.0 software.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality on customer loyalty in the Bumma Food Makassar City business. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires distributed and related to the problem under study with a sample size of 100 people. The data were analyzed using a simple regression analysis method with the help of SPSS data processing to prove the hypothesis. The results showed that the product quality variable had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. This means that the better and more quality the products offered at Bumma Food Makassar city to customers will be able to create customer loyalty for the products offered.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of motivation on the productivity of Makassar Akhwat sewing house employees. The source of data in this study is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population is 118 employees with a sample of 26 production employees. This study uses a simple linear regression method. T test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the variable Work Motivation (X) has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity (Y). This is shown from the results of the t test obtained by the Work Motivation variable which has a t count > t table and has a significance value that is less than the confidence level of 0.05 or has a t count of 2.520 > t table.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the quality of e-services and promotions on the PLN Mobile application on customer satisfaction at PLN ULP Sungguminasa in Gowa Regency using the PLN Mobile application. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling model with a purposive sampling method. The method used in this research is quantitative. Then for the analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing as a whole, it shows that the e-service quality and promotion variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction as users of the PLN Mobile application and the results of the partial hypothesis test show that the e-service quality variable has a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to (1) determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance, (2) determine the effect of compensation on employee performance, (3) determine the effect of work motivation and compensation jointly on employee performance at PT. Jujur Jaya Sakti Macassar. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data with a total sample of 61 respondents who are located as salespeople. This study used a quantitative approach and was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 data processing to prove the four hypotheses. The results of this study prove that the variable work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance by 0.005. The compensation variable has a significant effect on employee performance of 0.000. Based on the results of this study it is also known that the independent variables jointly or simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely the performance of employees at PT.Jujur Jaya Sakti Makassar. Therefore, if work motivation and compensation continue to be improved, then of course it will improve employee performance to be more optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the use of QRIS in improving UMKM in Makassar City. This study uses primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to 30 research respondents using simple random sampling techniques and quantitative research methods. Based on the results of the analysis conducted, it shows that the 2 indicators in transactions with preferences for using QRIS for UMKM in Makassar City are 30.44% convenience indicators, and 21% usefulness. The results of the research analysis also show that all research indicators have a very high level of satisfaction in the use of QRIS for UMKM in Makassar City

Abstract

In the highly competitive café and restaurant industry, meeting customer desires is paramount to success. To achieve this, offering unique and value-added experiences alongside technological advancements is essential. This research adopts a quantitative approach, with experiential marketing variables as independent factors and customer loyalty as the dependent variable. Questionnaires were used for data collection, and the study has a cross-sectional time dimension. The sample comprises customers who visited Kampoeng Popsa Makassar at least twice. The study results demonstrate a significant influence of experiential marketing on customer loyalty, as indicated by the high mean values in each experiential marketing dimension. Notably, the "sense" dimension is the most influential factor in driving customer loyalty among the variables. These findings provide Kampoeng Popsa Makassar with valuable insights to enhance customer loyalty and remain competitive. Focusing on enhancing sensory experiences can strengthen their market position, ensuring they continue to meet evolving customer expectations. In a rapidly evolving industry, leveraging experiential marketing strategies is crucial to thrive and differentiate oneself.
