Abstract

This article discusses the business development strategy of Z Coffee & Roastery Coffee Shop. Coffee shops have become a thriving industry in this area, with increasing competition. To win the competition and achieve sustainable growth, Z Coffee & Roastery needs to design an effective strategy. Business development strategies that can be carried out by Z Coffee Maros in an effort to increase sales are first, carrying out business efficiency, and carrying out hygiene standard certification which is used as one of the advantages when promoting cafes on social media, second, namely increasing cafe promotions and services as a whole, third, namely communicating the attractiveness of the menu to consumers, fourthly improving taste quality as well as menu appearance and innovating regularly on the menu, fifthly improving service quality and existence on social media.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Non-Performing Finance and Financing to Deposit Ratio on Profitability with Capital Adequacy ratio as a moderating variable at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia for the 2020-2022 period. This research is a quantitative type of research that uses secondary data in the form of panel data. The sample used in this research is four banks registered with the Financial Services Authority and which have published their annual reports for the 2020-2022 period. The results of the tests conducted NPF has a significant effect on ROA in a positive direction, FDR has a positive but not significant effect on ROA, CAR has a significant positive effect on ROA, NPF has a significant effect on CAR with a negative correlation, FDR has a significant positive effect to CAR, CAR is not able to mediate the relationship between NPF and ROA, and CAR can be a variable mediating the relationship between FDR and ROA.

Abstract

Regulation of implementation of collection and management of money waqf on the Sharia Cooperatives/BMT is PERMEN number 16/Per/M-KUKM/IX/2015. Money Waqf is expected to be a source of funding to strengthen the cooperative capital and become cheap funds without any cost to be then disbursed for the community to be more productive. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the management of money waqf implemented aspect by KSPPS BMT NU of Ngasem Bojonegoro after the issuance of PERMEN No. 16/Per/M-KUKM/IX/2015. This study uses the descriptive method, by collecting the data in the field using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of collection and management of money waqf in KSPPS BMT NU Ngasem Bojonegoro in 2016-2017 amounted to Rp 438.242.000,00. With a total waqf of 34,302 people. The money waqf management is invested in the form of time deposits in Baitul Tanwil Division with an investment of Rp 38.242.000,00 with profit sharing of Rp 27.513.960,00. It is advised to KSPPS BMT NU Ngasem Bojonegoro to improve the quality and quantity of SDM kenazhiran through a waqf education program to develop the understanding of waqf management, utilization, and investment money waqf in the productive sector.

Abstract

In economic activities known as production activities, producers contribute to the creation of goods. This production activity's goals are to satisfy consumer demand and generate profits for the producers. In Islamic economics, production refers to any actions taken to achieve or enhance profits by utilizing the sources of gain supplied by Allah SWT to meet the requirements of the community. As a result, production efforts must be focused on meeting these demands. The main topic of this study is how "Muza Convection" applies Islamic economic ideas and production parameters. This study's methodology combines a qualitative descriptive approach with field research to learn more about the Muza Convection production process and determine whether or not it complies with Islamic economic principles. The data used as references in this study are actual field observations. Information gleaned via observations, interviews, and documentation it was discovered from the investigation that Muza Convection's manufacturing method involves several processes, including the stages of making designs, cutting, sewing, printing or embroidery, packing, and the last operation, which is distributing items. In addition, the production variables, starting with company capital, labor, land, and capacities and skills, are in line with Islamic Economics' production principles.

Abstract

In the current era, humans are facing technological advances as a result of globalization. This information and communication technology pushes to go global and create new style changes in society, especially in terms of payments. The existence of the cashless phenomenon in Indonesia The phenomenon of the existence of a cashless society has led to the emergence of many electronic wallets in Indonesia. With the ease with which you can make new style changes because there are promos, practicality, and convenience as a result of this phenomenon, the community, especially the DIY area, will experience an increase in digital wallets in 2022 accompanied by Millennials who contribute online shopping and transact using QRIS. This study aims to determine how much influence digital wallets (e-wallets) have on Islamic consumptive behavior in the Millennial Generation of the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This type of research is quantitative research with quantitative descriptive analysis with purposive sampling. The samples taken were 100 respondents. The data collection method is distributed using Google Forms. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between the two variables. And it means that Millennials are very consumptive when using QRIS because there are promos, convenience, practicality and it can be interpreted that DIY millennials do not apply Islamic consumption ethics because they buy not according to their needs but according to their wishes.

Abstract

Currently being a laying duck farmer is a profession that is in demand by the villagers to increase their income so that they can meet their daily needs. However, due to their incompetence in marketing their products, the farmers didn’t get the expected profit and even suffered loss, while marketing is the key to success in a business. Therefore, in this study, we analyzed the Islamic marketing mix factor as a determining factor in increasing income. This study used qualitative method to explore the Islamic marketing mix in increasing the income of the laying duck business in Lebeng Timur, Pasongsongan, Sumenep. The data is collected through observation, interviews, documentation, while the method of analysis used descriptive analysis. This research showed that before the pandemic the income of farmers was very good, so they could meet their needs, but due the covid-19 pandemic, the price of duck eggs has decreased and the price of animal feed has increased. It made the marketing was low and made their income so small. Using an Islamic marketing mix that applies the four properties of the Prophet, namely Shiddiq, Amanah, Fathonah and Tabligh can help farmers in marketing, namely the products are taken by subscription or continuous by the collector, making it easier for farmers in selling even in pandemic Covid-19 condition.
