Abstract

This study aims to find and analyze the income of Pontianak City Waterfront traders before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, and the efforts made by Pontianak City Waterfront traders in overcoming obstacles during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a descriptive method and a qualitative approach. Sources of data come from primary and secondary data. Primary data are the Waterfront traders in Pontianak City and secondary data are obtained from books, journals, and articles related to research. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, direct interviews, and documentation. The results obtained from the research include: before the Covid-19 pandemic, the average income of Waterfront traders was IDR 100,000 to IDR 700,000 per day. The income of Pontianak City Waterfront traders during the Covid-19 pandemic is divided into three parts of time, namely income during PSBB, New Normal, and PPKM. During the PSBB, the income of traders was Rp. 0. During the New Normal and PPKM, it fell to an average of Rp. 80,000-Rp. 400,000. During the New Normal and PPKM, there was a decrease in the income of traders with an average decrease of 20-75% per day. The decline in income has an impact on the daily life of traders. There are various efforts by traders to overcome obstacles during the Covid-19 pandemic, this is done by traders so that they can still sell during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of income diversification (DIVPEN) on the performance of banks using return on assets (ROA) proxies and liquidity risk using non-performing financing (NPF) proxies at Indonesian Islamic Banks. Observations were made on all Indonesian Islamic Banks, both in the form of Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia Business Units registered with the Financial Services Authority during the 2009-2018 period. The analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that DIVPEN had a significant positive effect on ROA and a negative effect on NPF.

Abstract

Human resources are one of the most important factors in determining the success and sustainability of the company. If the employee's performance is good, the company's goals will be easily achieved. Therefore, the company must need a leader who is able to influence the movement of employees in order to produce a good performance. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of leadership, motivation, and work environment on employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population of this research is the employees of Java In Coffee & Resto Sumenep. The sample used was 31 respondents with a saturated sample approach. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 21.0 program. The results showed that the leadership variable, motivation, had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment had a negative and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

BAZNAS as zakat manager made a new breakthrough in the zakat program by utilizing digital technology, namely digital marketing and digital fundraising which can be done online. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of digital marketing and digital fundraising in increasing public interest in paying zakat at BAZNAS Sumenep Regency. This research approach uses a qualitative approach, which aims to describe in detail certain phenomena and then analyze them so as to produce descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from the people or observed behavior. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative analysis. The result of this study is that the digitization of zakat acts as a digital collection and zakat method that makes it easier for BAZNAS Sumenep and Muzakki to save time and costs. In addition, digitalization can facilitate the collection of zakat funds to be more transparent, effective, and efficient. For the implementation of digitization at BAZNAS Sumenep, namely through bank transfers, websites, QR code scans, and social media (Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram). The benefits of the Sumenep BAZNAS digitization system are still not felt by the public. This is due to the lack of socialization and promotion carried out by BAZNAS Sumenep to the public regarding the digital system, in addition to the public not having the desire or interest to pay zakat digitally.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is the emotional response that customers feel when they enjoy the experience of using a product/service. In increasing customer satisfaction, the banking industry is required to provide m-banking facilities. Achievement of increased customer satisfaction can be influenced by various factors, including usability, ease of use, features, and security. The independent variable other than the feature variable is a variable derived from TAM theory. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to test and analyze the influence of these four factors on customer satisfaction at BSI KCP Sumenep. This research is a survey research with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire. The research sample is the customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sumenep, who use m-banking Bank Syariah Indonesia as many as 100 respondents. The type of sample is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression using SPSS version 22.0. The results of this study indicate that the usefulness, ease of use, features, and security of m-banking have a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Promotions using digital marketing are expected to reach more customers. The increasingly massive use of digital marketing aims to measure the increase in the consumer movement from various digital platforms. The tool to measure digital marketing performance in this research is by using Search Engine Optimization (SEO). It is an approach used by companies to increase position or sales in natural or organic results listings to search for selected keywords or phrases. This research is exploratory qualitative research with secondary data sources through the digital marketing network of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia. The data collection technique is documentation, while the data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model which uses the stages: a) data reduction; b) data presentation; and c) drawing conclusions or verification. The findings of this study are PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia carries out digital promotions with several concepts such as digital devices, digital platforms, digital media, digital data, and digital technology. Digital marketing conducted by PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia through the search engine optimization (SEO) approach is said to be successful based on observations over the last three months, which shows that there has been a significant increase in marketing. This indicates that digital marketing campaigns are getting a good response from internet user customers. Thus, PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia through digital marketing can meet customer expectations and satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy of digital product financing for gold installments at Bank Syariah Indonesia sub-branch office Surabaya Diponogoro. The subjects of this study were employees of BSI KCP Surabaya Diponegoro. This study uses a descriptive analysis method using primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from the first field source through direct interviews with the BSI KCP Surabaya Diponegoro. And secondary data was obtained from books, journals, research reports, and websites. Based on the results of research on Digital Product Marketing Strategies for Gold Installment Financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia Sub-Branch Office Surabaya Diponegoro uses several strategies, namely STP (segmentation, targeting, positioning), 4P: Product (product), Price (price), Place (place/distribution channel ) and Promotion (promotion) and SWOT (strengths (strengths), weaknesses (weaknesses), opportunities (opportunities), and threats (threats).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the Islamic Marketing mix marketing strategy on local products Rengginang Cap Jempol UD Practical Sumenep Regency. This type of research uses qualitative research. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The result of this research is that the Islamic Marketing mix applied by Rengginang Cap thumb UD Practical can increase its sales. What was originally only sold to ordinary consumers has now achieved international sales, providing innovative products, at prices that are in accordance with Islamic law, HR actors who also follow Islamic laws, and polite in providing services to consumers.

Abstract

In the working environment, the use of technology today is very beneficial for marketing activities. Companies can sell goods and services through a variety of platforms with good technology. Marketing campaigns use digital technology, or "digital marketing". This research aims to determine the development strategy of digital marketing and personal selling of halal food in Kopi Telu Sawah. View Pandaan Pasuruan and the supportive and inhibiting factors of the strategy of development of digital Marketing and personal sales of halal food at Kopi Telu Sawah. The type of research that researchers use is qualitative research using descriptive approaches. The research tools used by the researchers in this study are observations, interviews, and documentation. From the results of this research, it is explained that the strategy implemented for the development of the halal food business in Coffee Telu is to provide a good service, maintain the quality of products, use social media, and cooperate with influencers. This provides a great opportunity to attract consumers to visit and enjoy the products and facilities provided.

Abstract

Production is an activity carried out by humans in order to meet basic needs in their lives. UD H. Nur is one of the businesses in Potoan Daja Village, Palengaan Pamekasan. The business activities carried out are processing raw materials such as wood in the process into products that have a higher value and a different benefit value after being produced. The purpose of this paper is to determine the implementation of UD H. Nur's production factors in Potoan Daja Village, Palengaan, Pamekasan and to determine the implementation of UD H. Nur's production factors in Potoan Daja Village, Palengaan, Pamekasan in an Islamic economic perspective. This research is included in the qualitative research. The approach used in this research is a descriptive approach. Data and data sources in this study are divided into two, namely primary data and secondary data. Techniques in collecting data authors use three ways, namely by observing, interviewing and documentation. After conducting research, it can be understood that the implementation of UD H.Nur's industrial production factors in Potoan Daja Village, Palengaan, Pamekasan, namely natural factors, labor factors, capital factors, technological factors and entrepreneurial or management factors.
