Abstract

The development of Muslim fashion is currently so fast, many Muslim fashion trends are currently developing, one of which is the hijab trend. Because nowadays the hijab is no longer about religion but has started to become a part of everyday life or to support one's appearance. The number of models with different qualities, varying prices, and also the usefulness of these hijab models make the hijab even more in demand. The purpose of this study was to examine the factors that influence consumer decisions to buy hijab products at Nadiraa Hijab, including price, product quality, and lifestyle. This research is quantitative survey research, by distributing questionnaires to respondents who are buyers of Nadiraa Hijab products. The sample size is 170 respondents who are determined by the non-probability-purposive sampling technique. By using multiple linear analysis, it is found that consumers' decisions to buy hijab products are influenced by price and consumer lifestyle variables, and are not influenced by product quality. Another finding shows that 47.4% of the purchasing decision variable can be explained by the independent variable, namely the variable price, product quality, and lifestyle, and the rest is influenced by other variables outside the research.

Abstract

This study aims to “analyze the effect of role conflict on organizational commitment, role conflict on job satisfaction, the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, and to analyze the effect of role conflict on organizational commitment through job satisfaction as an intervening variable for employees of STIM YKPN Yogyakarta.” The independent variable in this study is role conflict, the dependent variable is organizational commitment and the intervening variable is job satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods with linear regression data analysis, path analysis, and Sobel test.” The sampling technique uses non-probability with a saturated sampling method. The sample studied was 38 permanent employees of STIM YKPN Yogyakarta consisting of 18 administrative employees and 20 maid service employees. The results obtained from this study are role conflict does not affect employee organizational commitment, but role conflict affects job satisfaction, and job satisfaction affects organizational commitment. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influencejobstress, physical work environment and jobmotivationto the employee’sjobsatisfactionDinas Tenaga KerjaKabupatenSleman. This research was conducted on December 2019 Dinas Tenaga KerjaKabupatenSleman. The data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all employees of the Dinas Tenaga KerjaKabupatenSleman. The sample in this study were 35 employees of the Sleman Regency Manpower Office, and the sample was taken by census. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially, job stress has a negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

Organizational goals can be achieved with the helps of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Internal and external factors can influence OCB. Research aims to seek the effects of organizational commitment, work environment, and motivation on OCB on employees of PT Sport Glove Indonesia Wonosari branch. The research was conducted in November 2019 at PT Sport Glove Indonesia Wonosari branch. The research approach is quantitative. Data collection using questionnaires. All employees of the Needle Machine Production Section, PT Sport Glove Indonesia Wonosari branch as the population of this research. Non probability sampling techniques using census method is used to take the samples. A total of 48 employees of all employees of the Needle Machine Production Section, PT. Sport Glove Indonesia, Wonosari Branch participated as a respondent. Multiple linear regression technique is used to analize the data. The results of the research showed the organization’s commitment and work environment had no effect on OCB, while the motivation had a positive and significant impact on OCB. The benefits of this study add literature on the effects of organizational commitment, work environment, and motivation on OCB

Abstract

Competition.between the personal. care and cosmetics industry. markets is increasingly competitive. This is. evidenced by the many types of cosmetics in circulation both domestic and. foreign production.. The flood of cosmetic products on the market influences one’s attitude towards purchasing decisions and the use of goods. Purchase a product is no longer to meet the needs (needs), but because of the desire (want). Coupled with the discovery of consumers deciding to choose to use certain products (cosmetics) in order to clarify their identity so that it is seen well in certain communities. The research method uses quantitative methods .with sampling.techniques using. nonprobability. purposive sampling., sample size is 100. Using multiple .linear regression. .analysis and the. coefficient of .determination at. a significant level of.5%. Data collection techniques using questionnaire techniques. The .results showed that. price, .promotion., and. brand image variabels had.a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. The magnitude .of the effect of. price, promotion, and brand image on purchasing decisions 79.9% and the.remaining 20.1%..is influenced. by other. variabels not.included in.This. study.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of service quality variables on customer satisfaction at Warunk Gacoan Colombo, Yogyakarta. The variables used for service quality consist of: Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy. The sampling method used purposive sampling technique, namely sampling based on considerations in accordance with the purpose of the study, with a sample size of 130 respondents obtained by the Hair formula. The data analysis techniques used were instrument test, basic assumption test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Based on the analysis results that have been described, it can be concluded that the variables reliability, tangible, assurance, and empathy have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Responsiveness has a negative and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, the variables have a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. The contribution of this study is in terms of the finding that the quality of service in the restaurant business which is developing and becoming a trend for young people is that responsiveness is not so considered in determining service satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence of the variable capital structure and firm size on profitability. This study uses secondary data taken from the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the Manufacturing sector, Food and Beverage sub-sector in the period 2010 - 2015. The data analysis techniques used are basic assumption tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the analysis that has been described, it can be concluded that the DER variable with a significance value of 0.0042 is less than 0.05. accept the initial hypothesis H0. Total assets with a significance value of 0.0000 less than 0.05. reject the initial hypothesis, and accept the alternative hypothesis Ha2 is accepted.

Abstract

The increase in sales in the cosmetics industry, especially in the youth segment, is interesting to study more deeply, and has not been revealed much. Studies on the effect of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions have often been carried out, however, there are still not many teenagers making decisions about purchasing teen cosmetics. There are still some differences in research results, especially regarding the factors that affect purchasing decisions. This research was conducted on Emina’s teenage cosmetics consumers, especially on lipstick products. Want to know the price, product quality and advertisements affect the purchase decision of Emina lipstick products. A survey was conducted through distributing forms via google form, using purposive sampling method, to 110 consumers of Emina’s lipstick, who bought their own products for their own use. The results showed that only advertising had an effect on purchasing decisions, while product quality and price were partially insignificant with purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, the three independent variables have an effect on purchasing decisions. The results of this study provide input to Emina Cosmetics, especially Lipstick products, to continue to improve and improve their advertisements, because advertising is the most attractive to teenagers in product purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The turnover intention phenomenon is a threat to the company's operational sustainability. The high turnover rate will affect the cost of recruitment, selection and training. The high level of turnover intention can interfere with the company's operational processes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of several variables that could influence turnover intentions, namely job stress, organization and compensation. The sample in this study were permanent employees who worked in the culinary industry, namely SS sambal stalls in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique in this study was saturated samples, where all members of the population were used as samples. The number of samples is 120 employees using multiple linear regression to test the hypothesis. The result of this research is that work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, has a negative and insignificant effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of organizational culture, work ethics, and leadership on employee performance. Research using quantitative methods with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The sample in this study are 86 civil servants of the Regional Finance and Assets Agency (BKAD) Sleman Regency, the sampling technique method is using purposive sampling method. The data analyzed by the t-test, F-test (goodness of fit), and multiple linear regression using the SPSS 22.00 program. The results of this study shows that: (1) Organizational culture has a positive significant effect on employee performance, (2) Work ethics has a positive significant effect on employee performance, (3) Leadership has a positive significant effect on the performance of employees of the Sleman Regency Regional Financial and Asset Agency (BKAD)
