Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of ease of use, information quality, and service quality on purchasing decisions at Shopee marketplace. This research is a quantitative one using non-probability sampling method completed by a purposive sampling technique. The number of samples used in this research are 100 respondents aged of over 18 years old and live in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and had made a purchase transaction at Shopee marketplace. The analytical method used is logistic regression analysis. The results of the study show that ease of use and service quality have positive and significant effects on purchasing decisions at Shopee marketplace, while information quality has no effect on purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace.

Abstract

Retail business is a business which sells goods and services. This business prioritizes service quality and customer satisfaction to get loyalty from the customer. This study was conducted in PamellaEnam Yogyakarta from December 2019 up to January 2020. This study aimed to analyze the effect of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. Samples were taken with a Non-probability Sampling Method and a Purposive Sampling Technique. The number of the samples is 166 people.All of the 166 people are customers who have made transactions at least three times in Pamela Enam. Secondary data obtained from Government and non-Governmental publications. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as the instrument. Google form was used as a media to collect the data. All the data, instrument, and results are valid and reliable. The data were analyzed using a path analysis with IBM SPSS 22.00 software with σ= 5%. The Sobel Test was conducted to decide the indirect effect of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. The results of the Sobel Test show that customer satisfaction has a significant indirect effect. The results of the path analysis show that: service quality and customer satisfaction have a direct effect on customer loyalty and; service quality has a direct effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Para manajer perbankan berupaya memenangkan persaingan dengan mengurangi biaya dan memperbaiki  fleksibilitas. Tindakan strategis yang dilakukan oleh manajer guna mengurangi biaya dan meningkatkan fleksibilitas adalah mempekerjakan karyawan tetap dan karyawan kontrak. Peneliti bermaksud  untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan kinerja antara karyawan tetap dengan karyawan kontrak. Riset  ini dilakukan di BPR Bank Daerah Gunungkidul. Seluruh karyawan baik berstatus tetap maupun kontrak  dijadikan responden. Riset ini termasuk kategori penelitian survei. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas dipakai terhadap kuesioner dengan hasil semua kuesioner valid dan reliabel. Uji normalitas data dan uji homogenitas varians dilakukan untuk uji asumsi sebelum uji hipotesis. Dari hasil uji  asumsi diketahui bahwa data bersifat normal dan varians bersifat homogen sehingga memenuhi asumsi yang diperlukan. Statistik parametrik dengan uji  independent sample t-test dipakai untuk uji hipotesis. Program SPSSVersi25 dipakai guna membantu melakukan uji dan analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya perbedaan kinerja yang signifikan antara   karyawan  tetap  dan  karyawan  kontrak  pada  BPR  Bank  Daerah Gunungkidul.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyse the effect of celebrity endorsers, product quality, and price on purchasing decisions for Azarine sunscreen products in Yogyakarta. This research is quantitative research, the sample in this study were consumers who live in Yogyakarta and have purchased Azarine sunscreen with respondents aged 17 years and over. With purposive sampling technique, the sample in this study amounted to 120. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) celebrity endorsers have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (2) product quality has an insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, (3) price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of service quality and price on the decision to use GoRide and GrabBike in Yogyakarta. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all GoRide or GrabBike users in Yogyakarta. The samples in this study were 130 GoRide users and 130 GrabBike users, which were taken using a simple random sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and compare means. The results showed that partially, service quality had a positive and significant effect on the decision to use GoRide, but had no effect on GrabBike users. Price has a positive and significant effect on decisions to use GoRide and GrabBike. The results of the compare means test show that there are no differences in the factors that influence the decision to use GoRide or GrabBike in Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of work stress on turnover intention with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The sample in this research are employees of PT. Victory International Futures Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used in this research is the nonprobability sampling technique. The method used is saturated sampling method with a total of 69 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 Program. The results showed that work stress has a positive effect on job satisfaction, work stress has a positive effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention and job satisfaction cannot mediate between variables work stress on turnover intention variable

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of servant leadership on organizational citizenship behavior with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The sample in this study were all employees of BKPSDM Klaten Regency totaling 39 employees. The sampling technique used non probability sampling technique with saturated sample method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents. Hypothesis testing using path analysis with IBM SPSS Statistics 26 analysis tools. The results showed that servant leadership has a positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, servant leadership has a positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has no effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of servant leadership on organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze organizational commitment, job satisfaction, transformational leadership, and its effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at the regional water company (PDAM). This company is a source of local revenue that is engaged in providing clean water for the community. Data were taken using a questionnaire from a sample of 130 permanent employees who were determined by purposive sampling using the Slovin method. Data analysis used t test, multiple linear regression, and F test. Partially, organizational commitment had no effect on OCB, while job satisfaction had a positive effect (0.234) and significant (0.018) on OCB. Transformational leadership has a positive (0.497) and significant (0.000) effect on OCB. Simultaneously organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and transformational leadership affect OCB.

Abstract

The development of Muslim fashion is currently so fast, many Muslim fashion trends are currently developing, one of which is the hijab trend. Because nowadays the hijab is no longer about religion but has started to become a part of everyday life or to support one's appearance. The number of models with different qualities, varying prices, and also the usefulness of these hijab models make the hijab even more in demand. The purpose of this study was to examine the factors that influence consumer decisions to buy hijab products at Nadiraa Hijab, including price, product quality, and lifestyle. This research is quantitative survey research, by distributing questionnaires to respondents who are buyers of Nadiraa Hijab products. The sample size is 170 respondents who are determined by the non-probability-purposive sampling technique. By using multiple linear analysis, it is found that consumers' decisions to buy hijab products are influenced by price and consumer lifestyle variables, and are not influenced by product quality. Another finding shows that 47.4% of the purchasing decision variable can be explained by the independent variable, namely the variable price, product quality, and lifestyle, and the rest is influenced by other variables outside the research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotions, online customer reviews, and online customer ratings on purchasing decisions for food products at Shopee Food services in D.I. Yogyakarta. This type of research is a quantitative research that is descriptive in nature. The population in this study are all people who live in D.I. Yogyakarta, which has purchased food products on the Shopee Food service. The sampling technique was carried out using non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. The number of samples is 150 respondents. The data collection method uses a questionnaire distributed through the Google form. Data analysis in this study includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, F test (goodness of fit test), multiple linear regression analysis, t test and coefficient of determination test (R²). The results of this study indicate that 1) promotions have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, 2) online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and 3) online customer ratings have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
