Retail business is a business which sells goods and services. This business prioritizes service quality and customer satisfaction to get loyalty from the customer. This study was conducted in PamellaEnam Yogyakarta from December 2019 up to January 2020. This study aimed to analyze the effect of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. Samples were taken with a Non-probability Sampling Method and a Purposive Sampling Technique. The number of the samples is 166 people.All of the 166 people are customers who have made transactions at least three times in Pamela Enam. Secondary data obtained from Government and non-Governmental publications. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire as the instrument. Google form was used as a media to collect the data. All the data, instrument, and results are valid and reliable. The data were analyzed using a path analysis with IBM SPSS 22.00 software with σ= 5%. The Sobel Test was conducted to decide the indirect effect of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. The results of the Sobel Test show that customer satisfaction has a significant indirect effect. The results of the path analysis show that: service quality and customer satisfaction have a direct effect on customer loyalty and; service quality has a direct effect on customer satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of coupons, discounts and marketing events on impulse buying on the Grabfood online delivery platform in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique uses the Non-Probability Sampling model with the purposive sampling method, which is to determine the sample with the consideration that consumers have made transactions at least 1 (one) time a week on the Grabfood application in Yogyakarta. The number of samples in this study were 120 respondents. The tests used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, multiple linear regression test, t test, coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that the variables of coupons, discounts and marketing events have a positive and significant effect on impulsive purchases on the Grabfood online delivery platform in Yogyakarta.

This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of lifestyle, price, and product quality on converse shoe purchase decisions in YKPN Yogyakarta students. This study uses quantitative methods. The type of data used in this study is primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained based on the dissemination of questionnaires to 205 respondents and secondary data retrieved via text books, journals, and sources from the research-related internet. Samples are taken using purposive sampling. The data is analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The findings obtained from the research are lifestyles have a significant positive effect on the decision to buy converse shoes in YKPN Yogyakarta students. The price did not have a significant effect on the decision to buy converse shoes in YKPN Yogyakarta students. Product quality has a significant positive effect on the decision to purchase converse shoes in YKPN Yogyakarta students. Adjusted R2 of 0.526 or 52.6% which means lifestyle, price, and product quality have an effect of 52.6% on dependent variables of purchasing decisions, while 47.4% are caused by another independent variable that is not yet in the independent variables studied.

This study aims to examine the influence of lifestyle, online festivals, and beauty influencers on purchasing decisions for Innisfree products. This study is a quantitative study with a population of consumers who have used beauty products. The samples in this study were (1) respondents who were at least 17 years old (2) respondents who had heard of Innisfree products and used beauty products. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, the sample in this study amounted to 187 respondents. The analytical method used in this research is binary logistic regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) lifestyle has no significant effect on purchasing decisions. (2) online festival has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. (3) the beauty of life has no significant effect on purchasing decisions.

This study is related to how the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment as an intervening variable at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Operation Area VI Yogyakarta. Respondents in this study were 50 employees of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Operation Area VI Yogyakarta. Data collection using a questionnaire and the analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The results showed that the job satisfaction variable had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, the job satisfaction variable had a positive but not significant effect on the organizational commitment variable, and the organizational commitment variable had a positive but not significant effect on the organizational citizenship behavior variable. This study also found that organizational commitment could not mediate the relationship between job satisfaction variables and organizational citizenship behavior variables.

The prospect of growth in the consumer goods industry sector tends to increase from year to year, attracting the attention of investors to invest their money in companies in the consumer goods industry sector. This can happen because the consumption of people’s daily needs also increases every year. However, in investing, investors must also pay attention to the financial health condition of a company. In general, the financial condition of a healthy company can be seen from its capital structure. The company’s capital structure in several studies conducted is influenced by profitability, sales growth and liquidity, the effect of the three variables on the capital structure varies, there is a significant negative or insignificant negative effect, there is even a significant positive effect. In this study, there is a negative and significant influence between Profitability and Capital Structure, there is a negative and insignificant effect between Sales Growth and Capital Structure, and there is a negative and significant effect between Liquidity and Capital Structure in Consumer Goods Industrial Sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017 -2019.

One way to rapidly develop the current buying and selling business is to sell products online, both from social media and on e-commerce trading platforms. The development of e-commerce in Indonesia is currently so fast, this is influenced by the increasing number of internet users. The consumer experience begins when the consumer sees a promotion about a product or service until finally the consumer decides to buy a product or use a service. If consumers are satisfied with the service or experience they get from a product, it is likely that consumers will make repeat purchases. In this study the authors use quantitative research with descriptive methods because the data obtained will be processed quantitatively. The results of this study are in accordance with the first hypothesis, the t value of X1 is 2,920 > t table 1,983 and a significant value (Sig) 0.004 < 0.05, it can be stated that the consumer experience variable has a significant positive effect on repurchase interest in purchasing skincare products at e-commerce shopee. . From the results of the second hypothesis test, the t-count value is 4.809 > t table 1.983 and a significant value (Sig) 0.000 <0.05, it can be stated that consumer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on repurchase intention.

This study aims to analyze the effect of e-service quality (electronic service quality) on online seller’s satisfaction on the Bukalapak.com site. The population of this study is the site customers who are online sellers with a total of 70 sellers as respondents. Data was obtained through a questionnaire using Google form. Multiple linear regression equation was used to determine the effect between the independent and dependent variables. Prior to data processing, validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and goodness-of-fit tests were conducted. Hypothesis testing is done by t test and R2 termination test. The results showed that the variables of efficiency, reliability, privacy and responsiveness had a positive and significant effect on online seller’s satisfaction on the Bukalapak.com site.

This study aims to determine the effect of the fingerprint attendance model on the work productivity of PT. Komitrando Gunungkidul with work discipline as a moderating variable. This research was conducted in January 2021 at PT. Komitrando Gunungkidul. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The population in this study were employees of PT Komitrando Gunungkidul. The sample in this research is only production employees (sewing) and those who have worked at least 6 months because what can be measured the work productivity is only employees in the sewing section. Thus the sample in this study was a sewing employee at PT. Komitrando Gunungkidul. Of the 100 existing permanent employees, only employees who have worked for at least 6 months, so the number of respondents taken is 60 sewing employees, and the collection uses the purposive sampling method, namely determining the sample with the consideration that employees whose productivity can be measured are only sewing. The results of this study indicate that partially, leadership has a negative effect on employee productivity, the application of the fingerprint absentee model affects employee performance, work discipline has a negative and significant effect on leadership and work productivity, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the application of the fingerprint absence model and work productivity. employees.

This study aims to analyze the effect of experiential marketing on consumer repurchase intention in a café, either directly or mediated by customer satisfaction. Sampling with non probability sampling method using purposive sampling technique. The number of respondents as many as 135 people who are consumers of Cafe MJ in Purwokerto. The data analysis method in this research is Path Analysis. The results showed that experiential marketing has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, experiential marketing has no effect on repurchase intention, customer satisfaction has a positive effect on repurchase intention, and experiential marketing has an indirect effect on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction.
