Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of work stress on turnover intention with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The sample in this research are employees of PT. Victory International Futures Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used in this research is the nonprobability sampling technique. The method used is saturated sampling method with a total of 69 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 Program. The results showed that work stress has a positive effect on job satisfaction, work stress has a positive effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention and job satisfaction cannot mediate between variables work stress on turnover intention variable

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product diversity, price perception, location, and service quality on repurchase intention of Kopi Njongke Yogyakarta consumers. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 121 respondents. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression method. Before the regression was carried out, the instrument was tested, namely the validity and reliability test, the basic assumption test was the normality test, the classical assumption test which included the multicollinearity test and the heteroscedasticity test. and data analysis using f test (Goodness of Fit), t test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that there was no significant effect of product diversity and location on repurchase intention, while price perception and service quality had a positive effect on repurchase intention. The coefficient of determination of the results of this study was 0.550, indicating that the product diversity, price perception, location, and service quality variables contributed 55% to the repurchase intention variable. The results of this study can enrich references related to the variables studied and can also be a consideration for businesses in the culinary field to increase consumer repurchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing, product image, and consumer behavior on purchasing decisions for Mie Gacoan in Yogyakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic. Samples were taken using a non-probability sampling technique using a purposive sampling method, who had bought gacoan noodles in Yogyakarta during the Covid-19 pandemic. 165 respondents in this study filled out a questionnaire via a google form. After the data has been collected, instrument tests, basic assumption tests, and classical assumption tests are carried out. All data pass the test, the proceed with hypothesis testing. The results of the t-test and multiple linear regression show that digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product image variables, and consumer behavior. Based on the coefficient of determination test (Adjusted ) it was found that 46.6% of purchasing decisions for gacoan noodles in Yogyakarta can be explained by digital marketing, product image, and consumer behavior, while the remaining 53.4% is explained by other variables which were not included in this study.

Abstract

Macrame craft is a form of craft that is being loved by interior design lovers. Because handicrafts are a unique product, it is necessary to know the things that influence a person’s buying interest in these products. This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality and promotion on the intention to buy macrame products. The research data was collected using an online questionnaire which was distributed via social media. The samples used in this study are potential customers who have interacted with Taritali Macrame. Obtained a total sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that price, promotion and product quality influence purchase intention positively and significantly, especially for macrame craft products. Based on the test results of the coefficient of determination, it is 56.2% of the variable in this study that influences the intention to buy macrame craft products.

Abstract

Many factors can affect employee performance, such as work environment, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the work environment on employee performance, the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance, the effect of the work environment on organizational citizenship behavior, the effect of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior, the effect of organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance, the indirect effect of work environment on performance employees through organizational citizenship behavior, and the indirect effect of organizational commitment on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior. The sampling technique uses the saturated sample method. The number of samples used were 34 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that is distributed using the Google form. The analysis technique used in this study is path analysis, which was processed using SPSS version 26. The results showed that all hypotheses were proven, both hypothesis 1 to hypothesis 7 were proven. All variables both work environment, organizational commitment, work environment have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Meanwhile organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational citizenship behavior has been shown to mediate the relationship between work environment and employee performance, and organizational citizenship behavior mediates the relationship between organizational commitment and employee performance.

Abstract

Online transactions are buying and selling through internet media, so buyers and sellers do not meet face to face. The easier it is to make transactions, it will also affect people’s views, this is inseparable from the many cases of online crimes such as credit card hackers, illegal transactions and fraud. This research seeks to find out the public’s view of online transactions, in terms of security, risk, and also the perception of product risk on online buying interest. This research was conducted in Yogyakarta to analyze the effect of security, convenience risk, and perceived product risk on online purchase intention on the Shopee buying and selling site. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, the conclusions of this study are as follows: Security (X1) has no effect on online buying interest. Convenience risk (X2) has a positive and significant effect on online buying interest. Perceived Product Risk (X3) has a positive and significant effect on online buying interest.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effect of Liquidity, Leverage and Pfitability on Financial Distress. Meanwhile, Liquidity is proxied by Current Ratio (CR), Leverage is proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Profitability is proxied by Return On Assets (ROA), and Financial Distress is proxied by Interest Coverage Ratio (ICR). The population in this research is property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018- 2020 period. The mechanism for collecting research samples applies purposive sampling, the total sample in this research is 21 companies with a total of 63 exploratory materials. The data analysis method applied is panel data regression estimation, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression, F test, t test, coefficient of determination. Regarding the conclusions of this study, it proves that Liquidity has a significant positive impact on Financial Distress, Leverage has a significant negative impact on Financial Distress, and Profitability has a significant positive impact on Financial Distress.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price, and location on purchasing decisions on gacoan noodles in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The sampling method used non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. The number of samples used in this study were 126 respondents. The data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, t test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, the goodness of fit test, coefficient of determination adjusted R square. The results of this study indicate that product quality and price have no effect on purchasing decisions, in contrast to location which has a positive effect on purchasing decisions on gacoan noodles in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Adjusted R² of 0.46 or 46% which means product quality, price, and location contribute 46% to the purchasing decision variable, while the remaining 54% is explained by other variables that are not included in this study.
