Abstract

Efficient and effective employee data management is key to assessing individual performance within a company. This study identifies that the manual methods currently used by PT XYZ are time-consuming and inefficient, potentially leading to damage, loss, or lack of information. Therefore, this study aims to develop a web-based personnel information system using an iterative method and data collection through interviews. The system is built using the React JS framework and MySQL for data storage. Available features include the management of attendance data, leave, transfers, promotions, assignments, rewards, and penalties. The final results of the study show that this system functions well and can enhance the company's performance through more efficient data processing.

Abstract

The employee information system is a collection of interconnected subsystems related to employee data within a company, aimed at providing information on planning, organizing, operations, and decision-making. With technological advancements, this system is designed to manage the collection, processing, storage, and reporting of employee data and can be implemented in various organizations. This research designs a web-based employee information system for PT ABC, a logistics company with 25 employees that currently manages its workforce manually. The system handles recruitment, attendance, leave, and resignation processes, improving data integrity and facilitating management. With differentiated access rights for administrators, directors, and employees, as well as specific features for prospective employees, the system is expected to enhance the company’s operational efficiency.

Abstract

Financial management is an important aspect of everyday life, but it is often challenging for many individuals and families. This article discusses the development of an Android-based financial management application using Android Studio, which aims to improve financial literacy and financial management efficiency. This application offers transaction recording, report generation, bill reminders, and visual analysis features to facilitate understanding of financial patterns. By utilizing modern technology, this application is expected to help users make better financial decisions and improve the financial well-being of the community. The development of this application uses the use case and class diagram design methods to ensure optimal system design.

Abstract

Dalam pembuatan perangkat lunak, pengembangan tidak dapat dilakukan begitu saja tanpa dilakukan pengujian oleh pengembang aplikasi. Pengujian pada perangkat lunak adalah salah satu cara mengidentifikasi bug dan error. Terdapat dua metode pengujian yang berbeda yaitu black box dan white box. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menguji portal Rosalia Indah pada fungsi masuk (login) dan fungsi pendaftaran. Pengujian ini dilakukan dengan teknik basis path yang termasuk dalam metode pengujian white box, pengujian akan memeriksa kemungkinan kesalahan yang terdapat pada portal Rosalia Indah. Untuk melakukan pengujian dengan teknik basis path, perlu dilakukan analisis dari alur program, lalu membuat flowchart, flowgraph, perhitungan cyclometic complexity, dan pembuatan tabel test case. Kesimpulan dari studi ini adalah fungsi masuk(login) dan fungsi pendaftaran berjalan sesuai yang diharapkan atau berhasil, artinya pengguna dapat dengan mudah mendaftar akun serta login ke akun tersebut untuk memesan tiket bis secara online tanpa adanya kendala pada website Rosalia Indah.

Abstract

LinkedIn, sebagai platform profesional terbesar, menghadapi tantangan dalam memastikan kualitas fitur-fitur utamanya untuk mendukung pengalaman pengguna yang optimal. Penelitian ini mengimplementasikan metode Black Box Testing untuk menguji kualitas perangkat lunak pada berbagai fitur utama LinkedIn, termasuk login, pendaftaran, lowongan kerja, pesan, profil, koneksi, beranda, dan notifikasi. Dengan menggunakan teknik pengujian berbasis grafik (graph-based), penelitian ini berfokus pada pengujian hubungan antar entitas serta validasi alur fungsi yang ada. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini mampu mendeteksi kesalahan fungsi secara efektif, memastikan fitur berjalan sesuai spesifikasi, dan meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna. Meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam menangani perubahan dinamis pada sistem, pengujian Black Box berbasis grafik terbukti relevan dan bermanfaat dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak modern.

Abstract

Perbandingan berbagai optimizer dalam klasifikasi gambar tas hitam dan putih menggunakan teknik deep learning. Dengan meningkatnya penggunaan teknologi deep learning dalam pengenalan pola, penting untuk mengevaluasi kinerja berbagai optimizer untuk meningkatkan akurasi klasifikasi. Dalam studi ini, model convolutional neural network (CNN) diterapkan dan diuji dengan optimizer seperti Stochastic Gradient Descent (SGD), Adam, dan RMSprop.
