Abstract

This study aims to examine the information content by looking at the market reaction to the publication of unqualified opinion with the paragraph emphasizing a matter as measured by abnormal returns and trading volume activity. This research is an event study with an observation period of 7 stock exchange days. The population in this study were manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2016-2018, totaling 177 companies. The sampling method used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique, in order to obtain a sample of 23 companies with 33 audited financial reports. The data analysis technique used paired samplesxt-test. The results of this study indicate that there is no difference in average abnormal return and average trading volume activity before and after the publication of unqualified opinion with an emphasis on a paragraph. This indicates that the publication of an unqualified opinion with an emphasis on a subject paragraph does not cause a market reaction because there is no information content on the event. Abstract

The company's financial performance can be used as a tool to measure the overall level of health of a company. One indicator that is often used to measure a company's financial performance is profitability. Profitability is the level of a company's ability to generate profits and measure operational efficiency and the efficiency of the use of its assets. There are several factors that are thought to affect profitability including intellectual capital and leverage. This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital and leverage on company profitability. This research was conducted on 11 insurance sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling with the purpose sampling method. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The final results show that intellectual capital has a positive effect on profitability and leverage has a negative effect on company profitability. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the potential, effectiveness of collection, and hotel tax contributions in the District of South Kuta as a source of PAD in Badung Regency. This research was conducted at 54 star hotels, 50 jasmine hotels, and 88 tourist lodges in South Kuta District with the method of determining the sample of simple random sampling. Data collection was carried out through non-participant observation and surveys. The analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive. Based on the results of the study found the magnitude of the hotel tax potential in the District of South Kuta, amounting to 1,857,185,535,800 rupiah. The effectiveness of tax collection is 66 percent and classified as less effective. The contribution of hotel taxes in Kuta Selatan District is 10 percent of Badung Regency's PAD revenue. Abstract

The research’s objective is to figure out and find empirical evidence regarding the influence of institutional ownership, foreign ownership, independent board of commissioners, and audit committee as Good Corporate Governance proxies on Carbon Emission Disclosure in mining sector companies registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2014-2019. This research analyzed the data by multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the data that has been analyzed, institutional ownership has no impact on Carbon Emission Disclosure, foreign ownership has no impact on Carbon Emission Disclosure, the independent board of commissioners has no impact on Carbon Emission Disclosure, and the audit committee has a positive impact on Carbon Emission Disclosure. Abstract

The purpose this study was determine effect of audit opinion on the financial performance District / City Governments in Bali Province with local revenue as mediator based on legitimacy theory. This research was conducted at Provincial Government of Bali in 2013-2017 using the saturated sample method. Data analysis technique used path analysis. Analysis found that audit opinion had a positive effect on local own-source revenue. Shows that good audit opinion tends to increase the resources provided by local community specifically regional original income. Audit opinion has positive effect on the financial performance of District / City Governments in Bali Province in 2013-2017. Realization PAD has positive effect on financial performance of District / City Governments in Bali Province in 2013-2017. The realization of regional own-source revenue mediating variable in the relationship between audit opinion and local government financial performance. Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure is a form of corporate responsibility and commitment in making a positive contribution to the environment, social and economy that is integrated in the company's activities. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the effect of environmental performance, management ownership, and media exposure on corporate social responsibility disclosure. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the IDX and registered as participants in the 2016-2018 PROPER period. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Data collection methods used in this study are non-participant observation methods and documentation. This study uses data analysis techniques in the form of multiple linear regression analysis.The analysis shows that environmental performance, management ownership, and media exposure partially have a positive effect on corporate social responsibility disclosure. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the implementation of green accounting, profitability, and corporate social responsibility on firm value. The sample of this study is mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2015 - 2019. The data used are secondary data in the form of environmental cost, return on equity, CSR Index, and Tobins'Q. The data is obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website and related company websites. The results of this study indicate that the effect on green accounting has a positive effect on firm value, this is obtained from a significance value of 0.003 with a beta coefficient value of 0.228. Profitability also has a positive influence on firm value is a positive influence, this is indicated by a significance value of 0.000 with a beta coefficient value of 0.724. The effect of corporate social responsibility on firm value also shows a positive direction, as indicated by a significance value of 0.011 with a positive beta coefficient value of 0.210. Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of Profitability, Operating Leverage, Company Size and Sales Growth on the Capital Structure of Banking Companies. This research uses nonparticipant observation method. The sample used is 23 companies with a total sample of 115 observations in 5 years, through nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling technique, and the number obtained is 115 observations. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that profitability has a negative effect on the capital structure of banks. Operating leverage has a negative effect on the capital structure of banks. Firm size has a positive effect on banking capital structure. Sales growth has no effect on the banking capital structure. Keywords: Profitability; Operating Leverage; Company Size; Sales Growth.

Abstract

Firm value is defined as market value because firm value is able to provide prosperity for shareholders if the company's share price increases. The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of dividend policy on firm value and moderation of debt policy on dividend policy on firm value. The study used companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2018 period with a sample of 37 samples. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results, it is known that dividend policy has a negative effect on firm value, debt policy moderates the positive effect of dividend policy on firm value. Dividend policy has succeeded in improving company management. Debt policy can moderate dividend policy, because at the time of distributing dividends the dividend decision is determined by the amount of debt. Abstract

The purpose of the research is to know and analyze the influence of liquidity, profitability, capital structure and share price on dividend policy on Consumer Goods Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2018. This research uses quantitative research. Quantitative research approach. The nature of research is a causal relationship. The collection of this research data by means of documentation. The population of this study is 51 Consumer Goods Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018. A research sample of 16 Consumer Goods Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2018. The research model is multiple linear regressions. The results of this study are Liquidity, profitability, capital structure and share price simultaneously and partially affect the dividend policy on Consumer Goods Companies.
