Abstract

Advances in information and communication technology have succeeded in setting aside trade, the emergence of trade with new systems has created a view towards trade with the emergence of digital trade or e-commerce. Information and communication technology produces internet technology, this technology provides various conveniences which not only provide benefits to copyright but also cause losses which have an impact on increasing violations of copyright law in Indonesia, especially digital copies properly. Violations of copyright law give rise to various problems that require legal protection. Legal protection regarding copyright is based on digital technology, this gives rise to Law Number 19 of 2012 concerning Copyright.

Abstract

The integration of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) has the potential to transform airline ticketing and travel distribution by combining structured fare management with real-time pricing and enhanced flexibility. Traditional GDS platforms, such as Amadeus, Sabre, and Travelport, provide comprehensive access to full-service carriers (FSCs), corporate travel support, and multi-city itinerary management, but they are limited by high transaction costs, rigid booking structures, and slower fare updates. APIs, on the other hand, offer direct airline connectivity, real-time pricing, and enhanced customization, but they lack structured fare agreements and full access to FSCs. This paper explores whether a hybrid GDS-API model can address these limitations by offering cost efficiency, dynamic pricing, and broader airline coverage while integrating AI-driven automation. This study employs a systematic review, comparative analysis, and case study evaluation, focusing on platforms like Kiwi.com, eDreams ODIGEO, Traveloka, and Mystifly to assess how hybrid GDS-API integration improves pricing accuracy, ancillary service management, and operational efficiency. Additionally, the paper examines the challenges of implementation, including integration complexity, regulatory constraints, cybersecurity risks, and the initial investment required for API and AI infrastructure. Finally, future advancements in predictive analytics, blockchain-based ticketing, voice-enabled search, and New Distribution Capability (NDC) standards are discussed to determine their role in further enhancing hybrid travel platforms. This study aims to evaluate the feasibility, benefits, and potential limitations of the hybrid model, providing insights into whether it can serve as a sustainable and scalable solution for modern airline distribution.

Abstract

This comprehensive assessment examines the rising energy usage and environmental risks linked with the rapid growth of cloud computing. It investigates a variety of technologies and tactics targeted at enhancing cloud computing's energy efficiency and sustainability. The research looks at the complexities of cloud computing, examining how diverse applications, workloads, and server designs affect performance and energy consumption. It emphasizes virtualization and consolidation as major strategies for optimizing energy utilization. The notion of "green cloud computing", which combines server virtualization, liquid cooling, and renewable energy sources, is investigated for its ability to minimize carbon emissions and promote sustainability. The review also goes into software-level strategies to improve energy efficiency, such as power-awareness, bio-inspired methodologies, and thermal management. The study underlines the growing importance of energy efficiency in information technology, as well as the role of cloud computing in lowering overall energy usage. It describes numerous energy-saving solutions, particularly those optimized for integrated systems that include both computer systems and networks, with the potential to minimize software and hardware expenses across data centers running cloud applications. Improving load balance is also stressed for improved service quality and performance. However, implementing energy-efficient solutions in cloud computing systems is not without its difficulties. Infrastructure management becomes more complicated, certain strategies may necessitate additional resources, and switching to energy-efficient technologies can be intimidating, particularly for organizations with existing infrastructures. Integrating new energy-saving technologies into existing systems and networks can take time, since rigorous trade-off analysis is required to balance energy efficiency with performance and service quality. In conclusion, this paper provides a thorough overview of the cloud computing energy-efficiency landscape, emphasizing the importance of energy-efficient solutions in mitigating environmental issues and promoting sustainability within the cloud computing sector while acknowledging the complexities and challenges associated with their implementation.
