Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa pengaruh lingkungan kerja, pengembangan karir, motivasi kerja memediasi lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja memediasi pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai. Obyek penelitian dan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai pada Balai Guru Penggerak Provinsi Papua (BGPP). Teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh digunakan pada penelitian ini, oleh sebab itu jumlah sampel pada kajian ini yaitu sebanyak 71 orang yang berdinas pada Balai Guru Penggerak Provinsi Papua. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil uji hipotesis didapatkan bahwa 1) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh tapi tidak signifkan dan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai; 2) pengembangan karir tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai; 3) Komitmen Pegawai berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan Menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Kerom. Mengetahui diantara variabel yang mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Kerom. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai pada Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Kerom. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 73 orang pegawai tetap dengan menggunakan metode sensus karena jumlah populasi tidak banyak. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, Analisis Inferensial dengan model regresi dengan menggunakan Program SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Kerom. Dari ketiga variabel bebas yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, ternyata variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh dominan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Kerom

Abstract

This study explores the transformative impact of advanced technologies—blockchain, artificial intelligence (AI), and big data analytics—on the auditing profession, examining their benefits, challenges, and implications for auditing standards and practices. A mixed-methods approach was adopted, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews with audit professionals to gather comprehensive data on the integration and impact of these technologies in auditing. The findings reveal that blockchain enhances transparency and security, AI improves data analysis accuracy and risk assessment, and big data analytics provides deeper operational insights. However, these technologies also present challenges, including ethical concerns, the need for robust governance frameworks, and significant changes to workflows and skill requirements. Updated auditing standards and regulatory frameworks are crucial for effective technology integration. The study suggests actionable strategies for auditing firms to invest in advanced technologies, train auditors, and develop governance frameworks. These advancements can significantly enhance audit quality and reliability, shaping the future of auditing in an increasingly digital environment.

Abstract

Social life provides many lessons to every society or people in their life on earth and in the course of life humans are equipped with the ability to think to be able to understand the natural surroundings, but the ability to think is not enough without guidance that leads humans to live in an orderly manner and this is only can be obtained in an understanding of religiosity as a guide in living life. Humans certainly understand very well that thoughts that are not guided by religiosity or religion can become uncontrolled, which can result in damage to the natural environment and the social environment. To understand this, the author conducted research in the form of qualitative descriptive research to see how social life has a religious nuance by trying to understand religious inclusivism and pluralism which also touches on exclusivism. The results of the research show that the religious view of exclusivism states that the most correct is the group or the most correct religion is the religion or belief that one adheres to. However, Christians have a slightly different view of exclusivism and state that truth and salvation only exist in Christianity and religions other than them do not bring salvation therefore those of other religions must be Christianized. Furthermore, the inclusivism view was born to perfect the exclusivism view where the general understanding of inclusivism states that inclusivism is an understanding that considers truth to be shared by all groups. or understanding which assumes that truth is not only found in one group, this is based on a belief that every religion carries the teachings of salvation. The substance of all religions is the same, but they have different requirements and teachings. Likewise, religious pluralism is a concept that has a broad meaning, relating to the acceptance of different religions which are practiced in their own ways and respect each other.

Abstract

Pengaruh Karakteristik Pekerjaan, Strategi Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia dan Teknologi Informasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan CV MEC Indonesia(dibimbing oleh Misbahuddin dan Muhammad Tamrin). Penelitian ini Bertujuan untuk (1) Untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Karakteristik pekerjaan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan (2) Untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Strategi Pengembangan SDM terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan (3) Untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Teknologi Informasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian iini dilaksanakan pada CV MEC Indonesia Cabang Makassar mulai bulan Oktober hingga November 2021. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini seluruh karyawan yaitu 75 orang. Data yang dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner kemudian dianalisis dengan metode Analisis regresi Berganda menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari Karakteristik pekerjaan terhadapa kepuasan kerja karyawan dan tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia, teknologi informasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karwayan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Strategi Pengembangan dan Pengadaan Koleksi Bahan Pustaka di Perpustakaan Pascasarjana UIN Alauddin. Pokok permasalahan yang diangkat dalam Penelitian ini adalah bagaimana Strategi Pengembangan dan pengadaan koleksi bahan Pustaka di Perpustakaan Pascasarjana UIN Alauddin Makassar. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi Pengembangan dan pengadaan bahan pustaka dan dalam menerapkan strategi seleksi dan pengadaan bahan pustaka di perpustakaan Pascasarjana UIN Alauddin Makassar. Dalam penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (empiris). jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah obsevasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi informan adalah kepala perpustakaan dan pustakawan di Perpustakaan Pascasarjana UIN Alauddin Makassar.
