Journal of ICT, Design, Engineering and Technological Science (JITDETS) focuses on the logical ramifications of advances in information and communications technology. It is expected for all sorts of experts, be it scientists, academicians, industry, government or strategy producers. It, along these lines, gives an exceptional discussion to papers covering application-based research subjects significant to assembling procedures, machines, and process reconciliation. JITDETS maintains the high standard of excellence of publishing. This is guaranteed by subjecting each paper to a strict evaluation strategy by individuals from the universal publication counseling board. The goal is solid to set up that papers submitted do meet all the requirements, particularly with regards to demonstrated application-based research work. It is not satisfactory that papers have a hypothetical substance alone; papers must exhibit producing applications.

Abstract

As the entire world shifts from the use of normal vehicles, which consumes fuel, to the use of electric vehicles; this project aims to help the customers choose the best Electric Vehicle (EV) to use for the courier logistics in the Jordanian market, using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). This decision-making methodology, AHP, has been extensively used to make decisions in different logistics branches. The main phases of using this tool in this research are to select the alternatives, which are the EVs, choose appropriate criteria for selection, and construct a realistic comparison matrix based on technical data or experts’ opinions. To apply this methodology, four quantitative criteria and six qualitative criteria for selection were used, βive types of electrical and/or hybrid vehicles are considered because they are available in the Jordanian market, and both technical data and experts’ opinions were used to construct the comparison matrices. It is found in the results that consistency ratios are less than 10%, which means that the data are acceptable. Additionally, it is found that the reliability criterion gets the highest interest among participants who βilled out the survey. Finally, Tesla S is found to be the best choice based on different criteria and its economically feasible to be used.

Abstract

There will still be factory accidents in today's life, such as a machine operation inadvertently causing the person crushed to death, the arm twisted, and machine electric leakage caused personnel to be killed by an electric shock. In addition to the above, there are many high-risk and not conducive to manual operation of the environment exists. If you can take a remote control for the robotic arm to replace the work of professional personnel, reduce the occurrence of danger and improve the efβiciency of production. Therefore, this paper explores the use of virtual reality and remote control robotic arm to perform more precise, complex and dangerous work. The design combines a VR device, the multi-axis robotic arm and synchronizing video to VR environment for the user using the head-mounted display and real manipulation operation. We are mainly divided into two parts to discuss. The βirst part is the image synchronization, how to capture the camera image to display on the headset achieved image synchronization. The second part is the synchronization of operation and control, how to perfectly synchronize the robotic arm's movements and the controller to facilitate complex, precise and dangerous operation. Through virtual interaction and stability of the arm, it can reduce the occurrence of errors and improve the accuracy of the calibration. It is hoped that this method can effectively reduce industrial safety accidents.

Abstract

Hyper Text Transfer Protocol (HTTP) Get attack is the most common type of Denial of Service attacks (DOS) found today. It is common because it is very easy to implement/set up. It disallows the services of an organization to be offered to users by flooding the server with a legitimate request, thus exhausting the server. This prevents the server from providing services to legitimate users, which leads to organizations and businesses losing millions of dollars. Several mitigation techniques are available, but these techniques are still insufficient to detect and combat malicious requests. The objective of this review paper is to provide the readers with information on DoS attacks and the attackers’ intention behind these illegal activities. The critical analysis of the current literature provides insights on how to mitigate and prevent these types of attacks. This article suggests limiting the response time for each request from the server, and in dealing with the response, it can use the latest verification system. This research can help the organizations and the solution developers in mitigating and preventing the flooding attack thus, allowing organisations to flourish as information is readily available to the users.

Abstract

Generally, energy conservation is carried out on a building as a whole, but in this research the energy conservation is carried out dynamically based on the characteristics and the user of the room. In this research, the lux measurement has been taken at certain times. Based on the characteristics of the existing room at Polytechnic State of Pontianak, the lux measurements were taken at one of the electronics laboratory, one technician room, electrical engineering department library, one classroom for information technology students and one academic staff office. These rooms divided into three size: small, medium, and large. The data that has been taken was compared with the standard of room lighting according to the Indonesian National Standard SNI-03-6917-2000. Analysis in determining lux can be used with fuzzy logic based on room size, number of lights and electrical power. Lux can be obtained by 3 values, namely weak, medium, and strong. With fuzzy it is obtained that the value of output membership for Lux strong for library = 0.11, technician room = 0.10, and classroom IT 7 = 0.31 with the scale of 0 – 1. With 0 is the value of the minimum and 1 is the maximum value of the fuzzy membership. It can be seen between the 3 rooms that classroom It 7 is the room with better lighting, hence better lux value.
