Abstract

Salah satu masalah terbesar dalam bidang ekonomi yang dialami di seluruh dunia adalah masalah inflasi. Inflasi disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor, seperti konsumsi masyarakat yang meningkat, spekulasi, dan adanya ketidak lancaran distribusi barang kepada masyarakat. Inflasi juga disebabkan oleh banyaknya uang yang beredar. Al-Maqrizi, seorang ekonom muslim memandang inflasi yang terjadi di zamannya dilihat dari sebab-sebabnya. Dalam kajian ini menggunakan methode kualitatif dan bersifat deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan pemikiran Al-Maqrizi tentang uang dan inflasi. Al-Maqrizi menyatakan bahwa mata uang yang menjadi harga barang-barang yang dijual dan nilai pekerjaan adalah hanya emas dan perak saja. Ia juga menyatakan bahwa inflasi yang terjadi tidak hanya terjadi karena sebab alamiah seperti turunnya penawaran dan peningkatan permintaan tapi juga disebabkan oleh kesalahan manusia. Kesalahan manusia yang dimaksud adalah seperti korupsi, administrasi negara yang buruk, pajak yang berlebihan, juga penciptaan mata uang yang tidak bernilai serta peningkatan sirkulasi uang.

Abstract

Uji Resistivitas Tanah merupakan suatu hal yang penting dalam proyek pembangunan pembangkit, dalam hal ini resistivitas diujikan untuk mengetahui kondisi tanah dan megetahui nilai hantar arus listrik untuk sistem grounding & lightning protection diproyek PLTGU Tambak Lorok CCPP 600-850 MW Blok 3 Semarang. Proyek ini merupakan unit pembangkit baru yang dimiliki oleh PT Indonesia Power Semarang, sehingga pengujian perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui kelayakan dari tanahan untuk pemasangan grounding & lightning protection. Pengujian resistivitas menggunakan elektroda bumi yang diukur menggunakan Earth Tester untuk mengetahui nilai tahanan dan dapat dianalisis untuk mengetahui kelayakan sesuai standar untuk pemasangan grounding & lightning protection. Analisis menggunakan sistem pengambilan data, pengolahan data, perhitungan nilai resistivitas dan uji validitas data sehingga dapat mengetahui nilai sesungguhnya dari data yang diambil.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the Transformational Leadership variable on employee performance at the DPRD Secretariat Office of West Sumatra Province. to examine the effect of work motivation variables on employee performance at the DPRD Secretariat Office of West Sumatra Province. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires to 94 respondents using saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population are sampled, using data processing techniques, namely instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression testing and t-test with the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Risk management disclosure is very important in decision making for both companies and investors. The risks faced by companies in running their business need to be managed through risk management, so that risk disclosure plays an important role. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence risk management disclosure in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2017-2020. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis. The number of samples used in the study were 19 companies. The results of this research show that Leverage, Profitability, and Company Size simultaneously affectrisk management disclosure. Partially, Leverage has no effect on risk management disclosure. While Profitability and Company Size have an effect on risk management disclosure.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to provide empirical evidence about the effect of financial rewards, work environment, and labor market considerations on the intention to become a government accountant (a case study on an undergraduate accounting student at Padang State University). This study used a quantitative research method. Data obtained from primary data by distributing questionnaires using incidental sampling techniques and using the slovin formula. The population in this study were active students of the Padang State University Bachelor of Accounting study program in 2018/2020 using 78 samples in this study consisting of Bachelor of Accounting students at Padang State University. The results of this study produce a coefficient of determination which indicates that the influence of financial rewards, work environment and labor market considerations have an effect on interest in becoming a government accountant by 52.1% while 47.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the largest food waste producing countries and has a high hunger value index. Public awareness and participation in reducing food disposal activities are needed to reduce the hunger value index in Indonesia. The focus of this research is the role of Garda Pangan in the eyes of its social media followers as a potentially wasted food collection organization to be distributed to people in need. The purpose of this research is to determine the role of the Food Rescue program carried out by Garda Pangan in increasing food waste awareness. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection in this study was obtained from interviews and literature review activities. The results showed that Garda Pangan organization helped increase awareness of its social media followers about food waste and took part in distributing potentially wasted food to people in need

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between conflict management and organizational performance through negotiations in the manufacturing industry. The study reviews the relevant theoretical and empirical literature. Survey research techniques are adopted as research designs. The data used was sourced from primary sources as many as five manufacturing companies as samples in this study. The resulting data were analyzed using frequency tables and percentage analysis. The results showed that all conflict management strategies studied, namely negotiation, collective bargaining, joint consultation and alternative dispute resolution were found to have a significant positive relationship with organizational performance. The study concluded that conflict management has a significant positive relationship with organizational performance in selected brewery companies in Southeast Nigeria. The study recommends that managers should adopt conflict management strategies as they prove effective in managing conflicts within the organization.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the preparation of Succession Planning and Career Planning at the Construction Company PT. Angkasa Engineers Indonesia is looking for a new Purchasing Manager position. Succession planning is creating a new paradigm for information, fostering loyalty among employees, and increasing employee morale as part of an employee engagement strategy. The existence of succession planning and career planning for construction companies is very important, namely to prepare new talent, and can help an individual to find out strengths, weaknesses, skills and abilities. The results showed that the succession planning at PT. Angkasa Engineers Indonesia to occupy the position of Purchasing Manager must have criteria and conditions such as: Minimum education S1 Accounting / Economics, has worked in the company for more than 5 years, experienced in the field, in accordance with the terms and conditions that apply.

Abstract

The electricity distribution system is distributed in two ways, namely aerial distribution channels and underground distribution channels. The choice to use underground distribution network cables is one alternative for security, and provides aesthetic value to buildings or cities that use underground cable channel distribution. In this plan, medium voltage and low voltage are planned by determining the type of cable in this study using NYFGbY and NYRGbY cables with protective steel cheeks, and steel wire. The construction of the cable installation is in accordance with the standard ground cable construction and is assisted by a layout drawn with Autocad software, this planning also calculates the voltage shrinkage with two methods, namely the manual method with the maximum voltage on the Main Distribution Panel (MDP) panel to the Sub Distribution Panel (SDP) based on the calculation obtained a value of 2.029 V with a percentage of 0.5% the calculation has met the SPLN No 72 Year 1987 Standard from the results of manual calculations not reaching 4%, then with the simulation method with ETAP 19 software. 0.1 maximum voltage on the Main Distribution Panel (MDP) panel to the Sub Distribution Panel (SDP) obtained voltage shrinkage at MDP to SDP, namely 1.75% of simulation results meet SPLN Standard No. 72 of 1987 from the results of manual calculations not reaching 4%.

Abstract

One of the leading sectors in the economic growth of West Sumatra Province is the agricultural sector. The purpose of this study is to see how the role of the agricultural sector in economic development in West Sumatra Province. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Economic growth in West Sumatra Province can increase, with the assistance of other commodities. Currently, its growth continues to increase, such as the plantation sub-sector, it is estimated that economic growth in West Sumatra this year will be higher than last year. This is of course supported by factors, one of which is technological advances that help the community in knowledge and information that can encourage business fields among the community.
