Abstract

Sociology's attention to educational activities is increasingly intensive. This presupposes the creation of harmonious and peaceful social life, as well as the creation of values, norms, and social systems that bind social life and must be obeyed by each member of society. The sociological foundation of education in Indonesia adheres to an integralistic ideology that originates from the norms of social life: (1) kinship and cooperation, togetherness, deliberation for consensus, (2) mutual prosperity is the goal of social life, (3) the state protects its citizens, and (4) harmonious balance between rights and obligations. Therefore, education in Indonesia not only improves the human quality of individuals but also the quality of the structure of society. The four areas studied are essential as suggestions for understanding the education system about the whole life of society. Furthermore, as we all know, the development of science and technology is very rapid, and the rate of development is so broad that it almost covers all aspects of human life. Especially in the field of information and communication, this is the background for the need to apply science and technology in the field of educational curriculum development.

Abstract

Islamic religious education which is the main basis or main source is the holy book of the Al-Qur'an. Al-Qur'an is the word of Allah that was sent down to the prophet Muhammad SAW through the intermediary Ruhul Amin (Angel Jibril) and it is narrated to us by way of tawatur (continuous) which is from worship because of reading it. Starting with the letter Al-Fatihah and ending with the letter An-Nas. By just reading it, we have served Allah and get a reward. But the best among us are those who study it and teach it to others. The type used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative research method approach. In descriptive research that uses a qualitative research approach, the research report will contain data quotations to provide an overview of the report presentation. MTs Babul Futuh Pandaan is one of the institutions that applies Christian teaching to students in order to improve their memory and ability to translate verses of the Al-Qur'an. Using the An-Nasr method will make it easier for students to memorize the Al-Qur'an and its translation properly. The teaching and learning application of the An-Nashr method at MTs Babul Futuh pandaan uses a 3-2-1 pattern

Abstract

This research is motivated by a phenomenon of student delinquency which has recently become increasingly worrying, such as: brawls between students, promiscuity among teenagers, drug abuse and so on, from these problems teachers, especially Islamic religious education teachers, have a duty and role to improve behavior. Islamic students. The focus of the research in this case is knowing the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in the formation of Islamic character, knowing the formation of character education by Islamic Religious Education teachers, knowing the supporting and inhibiting factors for Islamic Religious Education teachers in forming the character of class VII-A MTs students. al Huriyah Rejoso Pasuruan. This research was prepared based on field data using a qualitative approach. Data collected using observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, for the analysis, the researcher used descriptive qualitative, namely in the form of a comprehensive description and description of the data collected about the actual situation. The results of this research indicate that Islamic religious education teachers play a role in shaping students' Islamic behavior. The role of teachers as educators in shaping students' Islamic behavior in class VII-A MTs students. al Huriyah Rejoso Pasuruan, namely by always guiding and developing students to behave Islamically on a daily basis.

Abstract

Islamic law regulates various life issues in detail. At the time it was revealed there was not a single human life that was not regulated. There are things that are regulated in a standard way and cannot change forever, namely regarding worship of Allah, but there are things that are regulated dynamically following developments in era, place and time, namely Muamalah, human relationships with other humans and the universe. Masail Fiqhiyah is known as a scientific discipline regarding the dynamics of Islamic law. Research on the urgency of Masail fiqhiyah in the modern world is normative research on how Islamic jurisprudence adapts to increasingly complex developments. The problem raised is: What is meant by Masail Fiqhiyah in Islamic terminology? How does Islamic Law solve contemporary problems in the modern world? The results of the research show that academically, Masail Fiqhiyah is a discipline of Fiqh related to legal issues in human life that is contemporary or does not yet have legal texts from various schools of thought. The solution to this matter is by using the Ijtihad method, not using Ijma' or agreement as existing in Islamic Fiqh.

Abstract

A school of thought is a certain view related to religious law which is believed to be the truth because it is obtained using the ijma or qiyas method. The school of thought has become a system and has even become a lifestyle inherent in the Nahdliyin of the Nahdlatul Ulama community. This paper is a qualitative-descriptive research with a historical approach. The data collection technique uses a literature review that is relevant to the research topic. Data analysis using a thematic approach. The results of the research show that the Nahdliyin Nahdlatul Ulama have implemented 4 schools of thought (Syafi'i, Hanafi, Maliki, Hanbali) in their lives, because the Ulama figures who founded these schools believed that these 4 schools of thought had historical closeness to the Prophet Muhammad. This means that the 4 schools of thought are in accordance with the Al-Qur'an and Hadith.

Abstract

Based on observations from the interface and questionnaires distributed to users, it is known that one of the supports in making efforts to reduce money losses at the Bayt Al-Hikmah Islamic Boarding School is with provide an interface that is easy to reach and operate. Seeing this background, the authors conducted a research that aims to analyze how effective e-tasbyh as a digital transaction media using fingerprints as the main transaction tool currently beingt implemented at the Bayt Al-Hikmah Islamic Boarding School Pasuruan. The research hypothesis is that e-tasbyh as a digital transaction application at the Bayt Al-Hikmah Islamic Boarding School is effective as a media that helps pesantren in reducing cases of losing money. The things analyzed are about the e-tasbyh interface and the level of effectiveness that are distributed through a quistionnare filled out by 50 respondents from students and 15 respondents from teachers who are currently and have used e-tasbyh in their daily transactions at the Bayt Al-Hikmah Islamic Boarding School. The results of data collection were than processed statistically. From the results of research data processing, it can be concluded that e-tasbyh has proven to be effective to reduce money losses at the Bayt Al-Hikmah Islamic Boarding School. Therefore, the suggestion put forward is that e-tasbyh can be developed again as a media that can be used widely, in an effort to reduce criminal cases, namely money theft.

Abstract

The existence of a leader in an educational institution is very important because it is one of the elements that will determine the preparation and process of realizing the institutional vision. Islamic, good and firm leadership is needed in every educational institution. because basically every educational institution needs a leader figure who masters various matters related to education. The success or failure of an educational institution is largely determined by the quality of leadership, because an outstanding school is a school that has effective leadership. This research includes library research, which is research that utilizes library sources to obtain research data, while the approach used is a qualitative research approach, namely systematic research used to study or research an object in a natural setting without any manipulation therein and without there is a hypothesis test. From this research, the concept of Islamic educational leadership is the art or skill of a leader influencing his subordinates in an effort to achieve educational goals in accordance with Islamic principles. The criteria for a leader who is the hope in Islamic education must be honest, fair and responsible, have a vision, and be able to provide inspiration, and be competent in their field.
