ANTHOR Education and Learning Journal is a scientific publication medium for research studies, academic thoughts, and critical-analytical studies in the field of science and technology, particularly in education and learning, with e-ISSN: 2963-198X and p-ISSN: 2963-2498. This journal aims to disseminate scientific knowledge derived from research and serve as a reference for academics. This study aims to determine the school's efforts in forming students' attitudes of humility towards teachers at MTs 3 Ponorogo. The method in this study uses a qualitative descriptive research type. The data in this study were in the form of systematic observations and recordings of the symptoms that appeared in the research object, as well as interviews with teachers at MTs 03 Ponorogo. The results of the discussion in this study indicate that forming a humble attitude of students through habituation activities and giving advice includes; First, by exemplary, what is meant is what has been exemplified by the teacher when the teachers are humble towards the school principal as the leader of the institution and piety in worship and piety to Allah SWT. Second Habituation, through handshake habituation activities, students are taught to be istiqomah and get used to shaking hands so that they always humble themselves to their teachers who have given them knowledge. Third, Advice, with the method of giving advice conveyed by the head of the madrasa in morning cult activities, so that it is increasingly embedded in the hearts and souls of students to always be humble towards the teacher.

This research is motivated by the problems that occurred when the covid-19 pandemic attacked Indonesia. Schools were transferred to study at home during covid-19 by the government to prevent transmission of the covid-19 virus. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference in student learning outcomes by using cisco Webex learning media and without using cisco Webex learning media in class XI ICT subjects at SMAN 2 Mandau. Respondents or samples in this study were class XI MIPA 1 and class XI MIPA 2. With the type of experimental research with the research design True experimental design and the type of research, the design used a Posttest-only Control group design. The technique in sampling is purposive sampling. Purposive sampling is a sampling technique thatresearchers consider when taking samples. After research from all the tests that have been carried out and the results are the effect of using cisco Webex learning media can improve student learning outcomes in the experimental class the hypothesis is proven by statistical analysis which states that the sig value < α is 0.000 ≤ 0.05 which states that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted and the T Count value is 8.078 and the table value with degree N-2 (50-2 = 48) the value of dk (0.05) = 2,021. So, t.count ≥ T table (8.078 ≥ 2.021) indicates that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. Andaccording to the hypothesis test conducted, there is a significant difference in the learning outcomes of class XI students in ICT subjects at SMAN 2 Mandau between those using cisco Webex learning media and those who do not use cisco Webex learning media.

The creativity of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers is very important in increasing student activity. PAI is now losing its moral level because interest in religious studies has decreased greatly. Therefore, creating a creative learning atmosphere through the use of creative learning media can increase student activity in learning PAI. The purpose of this research is to 1) Describe the learning media used by PAI teachers. 2) Describe the creativity of PAI teachers in the use of classroom student learning media. 3) Describestudents' responses to the creativity of PAI teachers in the use of learning media. To achievethe above objectives, a qualitative approach is used with this type of descriptive research,with data collection techniques used in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that: 1) The media used at Madrasa Alyah Al Madinah Global School is auditive media such as recordings of the Koran and prayers. Visual media such as blackboards and globes. Audiovisual media such as Learning Videos. 2) Forms of creativity of PAI teachers in using learning media in class VII Madrasah AlyahAl Madinah Global School are the use of power points, pieces of letters (groups), learningvideos, and media of the surrounding environment. 3) Student responses to the creativity of PAI teachers in using learning media in class VII Madrasah Alyah Al Madinah GlobalSchool were quite good, some students actively paid attention, explained, took notes, and asked questions.

This study aims to see how the relationship between finansial literacy and financial knowledge on the style of hedonism among students. The method used is descriptive qualitative by distributing questionnaires via google form to 100 students throughout Indonesia. The results showed that financial literacy and financial knowledge can affect financial management, while technology and the environment are supporting factors for the financial literacy process of students. Thus, hedonistic behaviour is not always influenced by the student's living environment, this is because literacy and financial knowledge affect financial management more than technology and student living environment which are only supporting factors for student finansial management.

This study aims to determine the effect of using e-book teaching materials on the learning outcomes of class VIII students of SMP Negeri Limboro. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental research design in the form of a nonequivalent control group design. The sample in this study were students in class VIII A and class VIII B, totaling 58 students using the sampling technique, namely saturated sampling. The instrument used in this study is a test. The data analysis technique used in this study was the t-test, the collected data was processed and analyzed using the N-Gain test and the independent sample t-test through SPSS 24. The results of this study indicate that there is aneffect of using e-book teaching materials on results student learning, this is evidenced bystatistical analysis which states that the tcount > ttable (3.749 > 2.003) and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.

The background of this research is that schools still carry out the administrative registrationprocess manually which requires a lot of paper, there are quite a number of prospective newstudent applicants, so there are many errors in recording prospective student data. This causes the registration process to be less effective and efficient, so it is necessary to have a new student registration information system at MTsN 6 Agam. The method used in this research is the Research and Development (R&D) Research Method, which is a method used to produce a product, the system development model uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using the waterfall model which consists of Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction, and Deployment. Product testing uses the ISO/IEC 25010 standard, which consists of Functional usability, Compatibility, and Usability testing. Language testing and black box testing are also carried out Based on the results of the research that the author did, the author was able to create a new student registration information system product at MTsN 6 Agam using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results of the functional suitability test obtained a score of 100% very feasible, compatibility 100% very feasible, usability score 91.52% very feasible, language testing results 95% very feasible, andblack box testing results 100%.

Talking about masculinity means examining the ideas, norms and structures formed in social lives. Masculinity does not have a fixed form and applies the same in every region, but is closely linked to the patriarchal system which prioritizes domination over a particular gender. Hegemonic masculinity is the practice of how to be a man who conforms to standards and then becomes a role model for others in order to maintain hierarchical integrity. This research examines how hegemonic masculinity develops in the novel Natisha Persembahan Terakhir by Khrisna Pabichara. Using the lens of hegemonic masculinity in the style of R. W. Connell, three types of hegemonic masculinity are found embedded in the male characters or characters in the novel. First, fighting muscle power or fighting is a manifestation of a man's courage and on the other hand, is an expression of shame. Second, men are still never satisfied even though they have achieved success in the form of a spouse, children or property. Third, hegemonic masculinity is related to violence or domination of women's bodies. Characters who practice masculinity actually become victims of the absurd criteria of being men because they still experience losses from psychological and physical aspects.

The purpose of this study was to see the results of the initial writing analysis of the secondgrade students of SD Negeri 01 Lubai Ulu. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The objects and informants in this study were second-grade elementary school students and second-grade elementary school teachers. The results of the preliminary writing research are divided into 5 categories, namely very good category, good category, sufficient category, poor category, and very poor category. Students who have a very good category are 17 students or 80.95%, students who have a good category are 1 student or 4.76%, and students who have a sufficient category are 3 students or 14.28%. and there are no students who have poor and very poor categories. The average value of students' initial writing using the picture word inductive learning model in second-grade elementary school students is 92.85% or is included in the very good category. So it can be concluded that the Picture Word Inductive Learning Model can overcome this initial writing difficulty as evidenced by the student test results using the Picture Word Inductive Learning Model. It is hoped that during the learning process, the teacher can create a pleasant learning atmosphere and involve the activities of all students.

This research is motivated by the fact that in MAN 1 Padangsidimpuan, various information related to the school is still delivered in a simple way using two-dimensional media such as banners, posters, announcement papers, and brochures affixed to the making or delivered via microphone. This makes some students less informed with the media used can be damaged, and lost. The purpose of this study, among others, is to make it easier for students to get information, and make it easier for teachers to convey information to be conveyed. The research method used in this research is a research and development method known as Research And Development (R&D) The development model used by Waterfall Pressmanconsists of 5 stages, namely communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction, and Deployment. The research was tested through three stages, namely the validity test was carried out with several experts in their fields such as content, construct, and language using Aiken's V formula. Second, the practicality test was carried out with teachers at the research location using the Moment Kappa (k) formula, and the effectiveness test was carried out with several students using the G-Score formula (). The results of research on media promotion of educational institutions that can be used by schools. The form of this media is a website-based digital information board. The validity product test was 0.88 which was declared valid, the practicality test result of 0.93 was declared very practical, and the effectiveness test result of 0.94 was declared effective. So it can be concluded that the promotional media for educational institutions using digital information boards are valid, practical, and effective.

The problem in this study was learning that was found to jump far which still had not been completed learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the effect of the two by two stray method on the long jump learning outcomes of class VII students of MTS Al-Ikhsan Betung. The research method used in this study is an experimental method with the type of one-group pretest-posttest design. The research sampleconsisted of 22 people using the total population technique. The data collection technique was carried out using a psychomotor performance test. Research data analysis techniques using paired-samples t-test. Based on the research findings and analysis of research data, this study concludes that there is an effect of the two staytwo stray methods on the long jump learning outcomes of class VII MTS Al-Ikhsan Betung because t-count > t-table (6.548 > 1.72).
