Abstract

Perilaku bullying merupakan perilaku negatif yang mengakibatkan seseorang dalam keadaan tidak nyaman atau terluka dan biasanya terjadi berulang-ulang Menurut data WHO, bullying 8 hingga 50% di beberapa negara Asia, Amerika, dan Eropa. tindakan bullying menempati peringkat pertama dalam daftar hal-hal yang menimbulkan ketakutan di sekolah. Di Indonesia tahun 2011 hingga tahun 2017 kasus bullying 26.000, pada tahun 2018 161 kasus, 22,4% Pada awal tahun 2020 sebanyak 37 kasus. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap terhadap perilaku bullying di SMPN 6 Pariaman tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional Study. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 1 Juli- 31 Agustus di SMPN 6 Pariaman tahun 2022. Sampel penelitian 85 orang siswa dan siswi. Pengambilan sampel dengan cara total sampling. Uji statistik menggunakan Chi Square. Penelitian ini diharapkan Sebagai sumber informasi kepada pihak sekolah SMPN 6 Pariaman dalam permasalahan yang terjadi pada remaja di lingkungan sekolah agar dapat ditangani lebih maksimal lagi

Abstract

Asthma is a chronic inflammatory process of the respiratory tract which involves many cells and their elements. The prevalence of asthma according to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2016 is around 235 million with a mortality rate of more than 80% in developing countries. At the Pariaman City Health Office it was found that of the 7 puskesmas in Pariaman city where the Pariaman puskesmas had the most asthma in 2021. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of patient knowledge about disease management and readiness for recurrent attacks of bronchial asthma in the region. pariaman health center work. This type of descriptive analytic research with the research design used was cross sectional, this research was conducted in the working area of ​​the Pariaman Health Center, sampling was carried out using a porposive sampling technique with a sample size of 35 respondents. The data collection tool was carried out using a questionnaire, this statistical analysis used the chi-square test. The results showed that more than half of the respondents (54.3%) had poor knowledge about the management of bronchial asthma, almost half of the respondents (48.6%) were less prepared to deal with recurrent attacks of bronchial asthma, and there was a significant relationship between knowledge and readiness in dealing with recurrent attacks of bronchial asthma (p value = 0.000 <0.05). Knowledge greatly influences readiness for recurrent attacks of bronchial asthma, patients should further increase their knowledge of how to manage bronchial asthma, and in future researchers about the problem of asthma and be able to examine other factors that are more influential in managing asthma attacks. bronchial.

Abstract

TT immunization is a tetanus germ vaccine that has been weakened. This TT immunization is an activeartificial immunization by giving the complete Tetanus Toxoid vaccine which is expected to preventTetanus Neonatorum with >90% protection. In developing countries, most of the causes of neonatal deathare tanus neonaturum kanena, which are born in unclean and non-sterile places. The purpose of this studywas to determine the factors associated with the low coverage of tetanus toxoid (TT) immunization forprospective brides in the Working Area of the Kurai Taji Health Center in 2020. The research wasconducted in April 2020. This type of research was an analytical descriptive study with a cross sectionaldesign. The population in this study were all prospective brides/WUS in the working area of the KuraiTaji Health Center in 2020 as many as 1806 WUS, using a random sampling technique to obtain a sampleof 30 WUS. The data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using a computerized statistical testusing SPSS Ver.17 with a significance limit of α = 0.05 and a 95% degree of confidence. The results ofthe univariate analysis showed that 56.7% of the prospective brides had high knowledge, 53.3% had anegative attitude, 56.7% had low interest and 56.7% incomplete TT immunization coverage. Bivariateanalysis found a p value (p<0.05) meaning that there was a significant relationship between knowledge(p=0.002), attitude (p=0.011) and interest (p=0.033) with the coverage of TT immunization in theworking area of the Kurai Taji Health Center. 2020. It is recommended that health workers at the KuraiTaji Health Center be able to increase counseling and outreach about the importance of TT immunizationto prospective brides/mothers to prevent tetanus in the future and motivate them to continue to receivecomplete TT immunization.
