Abstract

This research investigates the Impact of Health Facilities andlow death rate of COVID-19-in Germany compare to otherEuropean Countries. Data were collected from varioussecondary sources COVID-19 data base. According to resultsGerman health system with its up to 4 fold higher numberregional public hospitals and topic of many politicaldiscussions might have been one factor to keep mortalityrate -according to the given database- low. HoweverGerman doctors, without out any medicine like colleges allover the world were as helpless as everywhere.Oneessential fact according the statements of reputedvirologists might be an early discovery of Corona infectionby sincere attention, focussed testing and early start oftreatment. In Germany with its the easy access to healthservice in combination with the large number of hospitalsmight be the reason for the „lower“ death rate. Not toforget the tremendous engagement of highly qualifieddoctors and nurses who were willing and able to workbeyond imagination of a routine work.

Abstract

The current research investigated the COVID-19 is spreadvigorously in China, USA, France, Italy, Germany, andEuropean countries and Iran Pakistan being as a neighborcountry of china & Iran One was for the incoming Pakistanifrom various countries, such as Iran, China, Afghanistan, andIndia. The other was arranged inside various hospitals forCOVID-19 positive cases. As hundreds and thousands ofPakistani were in Iran for religious purposes, they were. Mostof the students and businessmen, inside China, were notallowed to come back. Handling of large scale influx from Iranwas the main problem. Out of the total COVID-19 cases, 78percent of cases were reported from visitors coming from Iran.Pakistan announced the closure of all schools, colleges &universities with a partial lockdown across the country formajor cities

Zahroh, Mona. 2018.Influence Of Sunset Policy, Tax Amnesty, and Tax Sanction on Taxpayer Compliance Case Study in the West Sidoarjo Tax Sevice Office.This thesis is not published Faculty of Economics and Business of Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Sunset Policy, Tax Amnesty, and Tax Sanctions on Taxpayer Compliance Case Study in the West Sidoarjo Tax Service Office. Sunset Policy, Tax Amnesty, and Tax Sanctions became the independent variables in this study, while Taxpayer Compliance became the dependent variable.The population taken in this study is Taxpayers at the Primary Sidoarjo Tax Service Office as many as 68 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling from 73 questionnaires distributed, obtained 68 respondents who could be include in data processing. Data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS program (Statistical Program for Social Science) version 16 software to process questionnaire data.The results showed that Sunset Policy has an influence on Taxpayer Compliance with a Significant value of 0,001, Tax Amnesty has an influence on Taxpayer Compliance with a significant value of 0,000, Tax Sanctions have an influence on Taxpayer Compliance with a significant value of 0,016.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of brand, internet promotion and relationship marketing to distributor loyalty on PT.Ekosjaya Abadi Lestari, either partially or simultaneously.The research uses a quantitative approach. The research method used is non probability sampling with simple purposive sampling technique. The instrument of this used questionnaire and analyzed using multiply linear regression. The result of hypothesis tesiting shows that simultaneously brand variable, internet promotion, and relationship marketing have a significant effect on distributor loyalty. Partially on brand variable has no significant effect on distributor loyalty, partially internet promotion variable has no significant effect on distributor loyalty, and partially relationship marketing variable significant influence on distributor loyalty. Among the variables affecting distributor loyalty, relationship marketing variable has the most significant influence on distributor loyalty

Abstract

This study uses the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods. From the result of research using Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) produced 27 KPI where for plan perspective there are 4 KPI consisting of reliability 2 KPI, responsiveness 2 KPI. For a source perspective there are 8 KPI consisting of reliability 4 KPI, responsiveness 2 KPI, Flexibility 2 KPI. Make perspective there are 7 KPI consisting of reliability 3 KPI, responsiveness 2 KPI, flexibility 2 KPI. For a delivery perspective there are 5 KPIs that consist of 3 KPI reliability, 2 KPI responsiveness. Then for the return perspective there are 4 KPI consisting of 2 KPI reliability, 2 KPI responsiveness. Then with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method produced a delivery perspective is the perspective with the highest level of importance on the supply chain performance of PT. MSM. With the results of this performance measurement can be used as a benchmark for the company to get optimal performance.

Abstract

Human resources are seen as vary important in the success of the organization because of human resources is not merely about what defined the human resource, but what is produced by these resources. In this study, the initial observations of the researchers they that transformational leadership style, organizational commitment and discipline work already influential significantly to achievement of work. However, there are indications of employee accomplishments is dwon. This type of research using a quantitative approach. The population in this research is the existing employees at PT. Valupak Oli Singer Sidoarjo Gedangan. With the sampling techniques used in this research is a probability sampling method using random sampling. Analytical techniques used in this research is the analysis of multiple regression. As for the goal in this research is to find out whether Transformational Leadership, organizational commitment and discipline Work Against Accomplishment of work. Both simulta or partial.. Abstract

The research was conducted to determine the effect of production costs and sales volume on net income on food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2012-2016 period. In this study researchers used the population, namely food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a sample of the company`s financial statements with a total of 15 companies in the 2012-2016 period and only 10 companies that had criteria according to the variables chosen by the determining the sample is type of research is quantitative research, and the technique of determinating the sample is sampling purposives which numbered 10 company financial statments and the data analysis used was SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). The result showed that the Production Cost variables had a significant positive effect on Net Profit with a significance value 0f 0,000 and the Sales Volume variable also had a significant positive effect on Net Income with asignificance value of 0,009.

Abstract

This study conducted to analyze the effect of variable Return On Asset (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS), Current Ratio (CR) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) to the Stock Prices on company Building Construction Sector Sub companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2016, either partially or simultaneously. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and number of samples used by 7 companies. Variables used in this study are variable Return On Asset (ROA), Earning Per Share (EPS), Current Ratio (CR) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) as an independent and variable Stock Prices as an dependent variable. The analysis technique used panel data analysis. The result showed that Return On Asset (ROA) has negative significant effect on stock prices, Earning Per Share (EPS) has significant effect on stock prices. Current Ratio (CR) has negative significant effect on stock prices. Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) hasn`t significantly effect on stock prices.
