Abstract

INTISARI Penelitian yang dilakukan di sentra industri keramik kasongan kabupaten Jogjakarta ini bertujuan untuk mengindentifikasi dan mengetahui faktor – faktor marketing mix yang berpengaruh terhadap penjualan keramik serta untuk mengetahui sejauh mana dan seberapa besar pengaruh masing – masing variabel marketing mix yang berkaitan dengan upaya untuk meningkatkan penjualan dengan memperbaiki faktor – faktor marketing mix yang paling berpengaruh terhadap penjualan. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan cara penyebaran kuisioner kepada pimpinan perusahaan atau pihak yang berkompeten sehingga diperoleh data yang bersifat kualitatif. Pada penelitian ini pengolahan data dilakukan dengan cara perhitungan komputasi untuk menganalisis secara kualitatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda, yang menjadi variabel tak bebas adalah penjualan keramik, dan variabel bebasnya adalah produk sebagai variabel X1, harga sebagai variabel X2, saluran distribusi sebagai X3, dan promosi sebagai variabel X4 Dari pengolahan data diperoleh hasil bahwa secara bersama – sama produk, harga, saluran distribusi dan promosi ( marketing mix ) berpengaruh secara positif signifikan terhadap penjualan keramik sebesar 0,428 atau 42,8 %. Sedangkan untuk masing – masing variabel ternyata hanya produk, harga dan saluran distribusi yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penjualan keramik. Dengan demikian untuk meningkatkan penjualan faktor – faktor marketing mix yang lebih ditingkatkan adalah produk, harga dan saluran distribusi.   Kata kunci : marketing mix, harga, promosi, regresi berganda

Abstract

Company that will conduct business development needs identification of technology needed, so that development can be in accordance with company objectives. Therefore it is necessary to evaluate the existing technological sophistication.The purpose of this study was to determine the level of sophistication of the individual components of the technology (technoware, humanware, infoware, orgaware) and determine which technology components into a development priority. This study used Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and technometric. Based on the results obtained after performing calculations with AHP and technometric, found that the level of technology component sophistication in the company according to technoware is 0.650, humanware is 0.557, infoware is 0.637, orgaware is 0.693 and the overall level of sophistication or Total Contribution Coefficient (TCC) is approximately 62%. At the current, level of technology at PT XYZ is semi-modern. While the most important technological components to be developed are technoware and lowest component technologies are humanware.

Abstract

Quality of service is an important element to realize people's satisfaction. It is also a driving force for the community to meet its administrative completeness as a citizen. Therefore, this community service activity aims to improve the quality of service through the design of population information system. This activity was held in February to June 2018 in RW 5 Ddesa Gelam region, Kec Candi, Sidoarjo regency. The method of conducting the activity is done through observation, interview, data collection, verification, information system design and graphic flow graph document. The results of community service activities are evidenced through the availability of easy-to-use residence information system and the availability of graphic flow of documents, identity cards, KK, death certificate, marriage certificate, business certificate, domicile letter and birth certificate

Abstract

Perguruan Tinggi Swasta (PTS) merupakan unsur penting dalam menghasilkan sumebr daya manusia yang berkualitas melalui jenjang pendidikan tinggi. Kualitas layanan PTS perlu diperhatikan, karena berhubungan erat dengan tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prioritas perbaikan kualitas layanan pada perguruan tinggi swasta (PTS) berdasarkan metode Servqual (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empahty). Teknik pengolahan data dilakukan dengan mencari gap antara nilai kualitas layanan yang diterima (Persepsi/P) dengan yang diharapkan (Expected/ E). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan agar terjadi peningkatan kepuasan mahasiswa, maka prioritas perbaikan perlu dilakukan pada dimensi tangibles

Abstract

AbstrakTerjadinya berbagai macam penyakit yang bersumber dari makanan menyebabkan masyarakat semakin  sadar akan pentingnya mengkonsumsi makanan yang aman. Pengelolaan keamanan pangan harus dilakukan secara terintegrasi di sepanjang rantai pasok, agar tidak terjadi perubahan status pangan dari aman menjadi tidak aman. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengantisipasi perubahan tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan analisa risiko keamanan pangan pada rantai pasok agar dapat dirumuskan langkah- langkah strategis untuk meminimalisir risiko yang terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) melakukan identifikasi kegiatan-kegiatan pada rantai pasok yang mengandung risiko terhadap keamanan pangan, (2)  melakukan pengukuran risiko keamanan pangan  yang terjadi pada rantai pasok pangan, (3) mengetahui kegiatan pada rantai pasok yang paling berisiko terhadap keamanan pangan. Obyek penelitian yang digunakan adalah rantai pasok ikan segar di wilayah Kab Sidoarjo. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode risk FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 11 kegiatan yang berisiko pada sistem keamanan pangan, yaitu: (1) pemberian makanan pada ikan; (2) pengelolan sistem kebersihan kolam/ tambak; (3) proses memanen ikan; (4) cara pemilahan ikan; (5) cara penyimpanan ikan; (6) cara pemasaran ikan; (7) jenis kendaran yng digunakan untuk pengiriman ikan; (8) cara penyimpanan saat pengiriman ikan; (9) cara memindahkan ikan; (10) cara penangganan ikan yang tidak terjual; (11) cara penangganan ikan tidak layak jual. Dari 11 kegiatan berisiko tersebut, skor resiko tertinggi terdapat pada cara penyimpanan ikan, cara pemasaran ikan, jenis kendaraan yang digunakan untuk pengiriman ikan dan cara pengemasan ikan pada saat distribusi.  AbstractThe occurrence of various diseases that are sourced from food cause the public increasingly aware of the importance of consuming safe foods. Food safety management must be integrated throughout the supply chain, in order to avoid the change of food status from safe to unsafe. Therefore, to anticipate the change, it is necessary to analyze food security risk in supply chain in order to formulate strategic steps to minimize the risk that happened. This research aims to (1) identify activities in supply chains that contain risks to food security, (2) measuring food safety risks that occur in the food supply chain, (3) to know the activities in the supply chain that are most at risk to food security. The research object used is fresh fish supply chain in Sidoarjo regency. Data processing is done by using risk method FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis). The results show that there are 11 activities that are at risk to food safety system, namely: (1) feeding on fish; (2) management of pond cleanliness system; (3) the process of harvesting fish; (4) how to sort fish; (5) how to store fish; (6) how to fish marketing; (7) type of vehicle used for fish delivery; (8) how to store when shipping fish; (9) how to move fish; (10) unsubscriptions of unsold fish; (11) the way a fish subscription is not worth selling. Of the 11 risk activities, the highest risk score is in the way of fish storage, the way of fish marketing, the type of vehicle used for fish delivery and the way of fish packaging at the time of distribution. Keyword: Shain Supply; Safety Food; FMEA; Fish; Risk

Abstract

Adanya peningkatan persaingan dalam industri jasa menyebabkan industri jasa berlomba-lomba dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan untuk kepuasan kepada konsumennya. Secara sederhana, kepuasan adalah perasaan seseorang dimana persepsinya terhadap suatu produk atau jasa tertentu  telah sesuai dengan harapannya. Jika persepsi terhadap suatu produk atau jasa tadi melebihi apa yang diharapkan tentu saja konsumen puas akan tetapi jika sebaliknya, konsumen akan merasa tidak puas.Training Centre merupakan tempat pelatihan skilldi sebuah perusahaan sepatu. Dan untuk menganalisa dan meningkatkan kepuasan karyawan dalam pelatihan tersebut, serta memberikan usulan perbaikan atribut dan respon teknis pelayanan maka dapat menggunakan metode integrasi Service Quality dan Quality Function Deployment Berdasarkan rumah kualitas dan analisanya didapatkan kualitas layanan Training Centre masih kurang memuaskan jika dibandingkan dengan apa yang diharapkan oleh karyawan. Sesuai analisa prioritas kebutuhan pelanggan berdasarkan nilai raw weight, nilai kepentingan, maka diketahui atribut-atribut yang perlu diperhatikan berdasarkan 3 ( tiga ) prioritas utama adalah Kondisi mesin untuk latihan skill baik dengan nilai prioritas raw weight (8,932), Jumlah mesin memadai dalam pelatihan dengan nilai prioritas raw weight ( 8,886 ), Kesigapan seluruh trainermembantu trainee setiap waktu  dengan nilai prioritas raw weight ( 7,937 ). Prioritas pelayanan yang membutuhkan perhatian lebih dari pihak perusahaan untuk segera diperbaiki berdasarkan 3 ( tiga ) prioritas respon teknis adalah Melakukan pengawasan keseluruhan pelatihan dengan nilai ( 0,184 ), Meningkatkan keahlian trainer dalam program pelatihan dengan nilai (0,137), Penambahan fasilitas-fasilitas dengan nilai ( 0,129 ).   ABSTRACT There is an increasing competition in service industries, causing the service industry are competing in improving service quality to satisfaction to customers. In simple terms, satisfaction is a feeling or state of a person in which perceptions of a particular product or service in accordance with expectations. If the perception of a product or service was beyond what was expected of course, consumers are satisfied but if otherwise, consumers will feel dissatisfied.Training Centre is venue training skill in the shoe company. To analyse and improve employee satisfaction in the training , then provide technical service and response attributes, then using integration methods Servqual and Quality Function Deployment.Based on the analysis found the house of quality and service quality Training Centre still less satisfactory when compared with what is expected by its employee. Appropriate analysis of the priority needs of the customer based on raw weight value, the value of the interest, then unknown attributes to be considered on the terms of 3 (three) top priority is condition of machines is good a priority value raw weight (8.932), a sufficient number of machine with a priority value raw weight (8.886), alacrity all trainer in helping trainees every time with a priority value raw weight (7.937). Priority services desperately need more attention from the company to immediately repaired by 3 (three) priority technical response is to supervise the overall training with the value (0.184), improve skills trainers in the training program with the value (0.137), additional facilities with a value of ( 0.129).

Abstract

Dalam proyek konstruksi perencanaan dan pengendalian merupakan fungsi yang paling pokok dalam mewujudkan keberhasilan suatu kegiatan di proyek konstruksi. Keberhasilan suatu proyek tidak lepas dengan serangkaian aktivitas yang meliputi tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan. Pengendalian, pengawasan serta pengukuran kinerja perlu dilakukan karena untuk mengetahui apakah dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan terdapat penyimpangan dengan apa yang sudah ditetapkan. Maka dalam hal ini perlu dilakukan analisa untuk mengetahui indikator pengaruh pengendalian kinerja proyek (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja, Biaya, dan Waktu) terhadap Mutu proyek konstruksi menggunakan uji statistika.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara simultan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (X1), variabel Biaya (X2), dan variabel Waktu (X3) secara simultan terhadap Mutu (Y1) ditunjukkan nilai Fhitung sebesar (25.755) lebih besar dari Ftabel (2.71) dengan tingkat signifikasi sebesar 0.000 yang lebih kecil dari sig. (α) sebesar 0.05.Untuk secara parsial variabel Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (X1) menunjukkan nilai thitung sebesar 3.672 dengan tingkat signifikasi sebesar 0.000 lebih besar dari ttabel 1.98667 dan prosentase sebesar (37%), variabel Biaya (X2) menunjukkan nilai thitung sebesar 1.705 dengan tingkat signifikasi sebesar 0.092 lebih kecil dari ttabel 1.98667 dan prosentase sebesar (17%), dan variabel Waktu (X3) menunjukkan nilai thitung sebesar 1.705 dengan tingkat signifikasi sebesar 0.334 lebih kecil dari ttabel 1.98667 dan prosentase sebesar (17%). AbstractIn the construction project planning and controlling is the most basic function in realizing the success of an activity in construction project. A success a project cannot be separated by a series of activities which is included the stages of planning, implementation and controlling. Controlling, monitoring and performance measurement needs to be done as to determine whether there are deviation in the work implementation of what has been set. Then, in this case needs to be analyzed to know the effect of controlling project performance indicators (Occupational Safety and Health, Cost and Time) toward the quality of construction project.The result of the research shows there is simultaneously a positive and significant influence between the variables of Occupational Safety and Health (X1), a Cost variable (X2) and a Time variable (X3) simultaneously toward Quality (Y1) is showed the value Fcount (25.755) is larger than Ftable (2.71) with significance level of 0.000 is smaller than sig. (α) of 0.05.For the partial variable of Occupational Safety and Health (X1) indicates tcount amounted to 3.672 with significance level amount of 0.000 is larger than ttable 1.98667 and a percentage of (37%), a cost variable (X2) indicates tcount amounted to 1.705 with significance level amount of 0.092 is smaller than ttable 1.98667 and a percentage of (17%), and a time variable (X3) is showed value of tcount amounted to 1.705 with significance level amount of 0.334 is smaller than ttable 1.98667 and a percentage amount of (17%).

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a food manufacturing company withshrimp crackers as its main product. Thisresearch aims to analyze and make improvementsto the food safety traceability system that hasbeen applied previously and to develop productsof PT. XYZ using Quality Function DeploymentMethod (QFD). This research uses paper-basedtraceability and Quality Function DeploymentMethod (QFD).After analyzing the food safetytraceability system and analyzing consumerneeds using the QFD method, the results of theanalysis show that the food safety traceabilitysystem is improved by integrating coding alongthe supply chain and improving documentation.Improvements using QFD method is based onthree main priorities, those are maintainingconsistency in the aspect of packaging accordingto prevailing standards, packaging product that isinformative, as well as maintaining andimproving the aspects of color, taste, and smell ofthe product.

Abstract

Gelam Village is located in Kec Candi, Sidoarjo Regency, ± 5 km from the center of Sidoarjo city. Gelam Village is one of the settlement destinations for Sidoarjo mudflow victims. Most of the residents of Gelam village have a search for factory employees and entrepreneurs. The field of entrepreneurship that most of the villagers in Gelam are involved in is the food sector, one of which is the manufacture of banana chips. In its development there were problems related to the production, administration and marketing processes. These three factors currently hamper the development of banana chips business in Gelam village, especially experienced by IbM partners, the targets and outcomes expected from the implementation of community service programs are: the availability of banana cutting machines for the production process of banana chips in Gelam village, Sidoarjo Regency. , the availability of an administration system so that it can be used to find out the business development of banana chips. Therefore, to overcome these problems, the solution offered through the implementation of IbM is: the solution to the problem of the production process is through IbM will be made a banana cutting machine, the solution to administrative problems is through the preparation of a good and correct financial administration, so that it can be used to see the development of businesses and access to funds to banks, the solution to the problem of marketing is through label making that attracts consumers.
