Abstract

Abstract

This study aimed to explore the novice teachers’ perception of gaps between theory and practice. Novice teachers’ perceptions were further explored based on teachers’ gender. The survey method was used to collect the data. A questionnaire was developed by the researcher consisted of 39 items with 5 points Likert rating scale to collect data from randomly selected 600 teachers including male and female. The data were analyzed by using the mean, standard deviation, and percentage of each five points of the Likert rating scale. The results revealed that most novice teachers were applying their learned theory in their practice regarding lesson planning & delivery, classroom management, and students’ active involvement. They were not only willing to but also were applying learned theories in their practice. It also came into the knowledge that there were fewer gaps between novice teachers’ theory and practice. It is recommended by the researchers suggested that these pre-service training centers should develop a strong and viable link to make the theory more practical, operational and up-to-date

Abstract

The status of Jerusalem lies at the heart of Palestine-Israel conundrum. Its disputed status is pelagus forsit for the resolution of the intractable Palestine conflict. The Palestinians have always regarded Eastern Jerusalem as capital of their future state under Two-nation solution. On the other side, Israel declared in 1998 to further expand Jerusalem by annexing the surrounding areas as well. This paper investigates the Trump administration’s stance on relocating the US embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem, its implications for Palestinian state and broad reactions of the world community.

Abstract

This Paper sheds shed light on the requirements for patients with chronic disease as well as describe the changes necessary for current health systems to meet these needs and tackle the chronic disease burden. The Author discusses list and explain some of the models used currently to manage chronic disease, such as the Chronic Care Model (CCM), Innovative Care for Chronic Conditions (ICCC) framework, and Kaiser Pyramid. By describing these requirements, the paper formulate the business model of the traditional health system. Finally, I will connect each section with the new business model proposed in this chapter to assess its efforts towards changing the health system in order to tackle the chronic disease burden.
