<![CDATA[Technological developments today have profoundly influenced aspects of human life, and communication is no exception. Whatsapp is one of the most widely used applications by society especially among college students. The study aims to find out how interpersonal communication and social interaction are using the whatsapp as an interpersonal communication media on the family of visiting students in the city of batam. The research used in this study is qualitative methods, the acquisition of these studies USES observation of interviews, and documentation. The Whatsapp server to convey information and as a medium a long-distance communication link using communication interpersonal in the riau islands university student ward. App for an interpersonal communication media on the oiling students in batam city is the interpersonal communication children have with their parents has differences, some who regularly communicate and some who only do communications once a week. Interpersonal communication is strongly influenced by social interactions in an attitude of openness, empathy, supportive behavior, and positive behavior as a form of interpersonal communication between children and parents. <![CDATA[This study purose to knowing capital adeqaucy, credit risk and liquidity on National Comercial Bank companies profitability whise registered with Financial Services Authority period 2015-2019. Data preferences in this study is secondary data such monetary quartal report National Commercial Foregin Exchange Bank companies and sampling method use purposive sampling method. Analysis method in this study using double linier regression, T test and F test. The conclusion of this research on partially capital adequacy have significant effect to profitability on significant value 0,000 < 0,05, credit risk have significant effect as partially to profitability on significant value 0,000 < 0,05 and liquidity as partially have negative effect and not significant to profitability on significant value 0,916 > 0,05. Simultantly capital adequacy, credit risk and liquidity have significant effect on profitability. Adjusted R square value such 4% and remaining 96% is explained by others variable not included in this research method.]]>

<![CDATA[Sales are very important in the activities of a company, then what must be prioritized in increasing company sales is Promotion, Product Quality, Packaging and Purchasing Decisions. in this study the sample used as many as from the total population of 43,463 were as many as 269 respondents and by using the sampling technique used in this study was nonprobability sampling consisting porpive sampling. Determination test results explain that the results of the R Square value of 63.8% the remaining 36.2% are influenced by other variables not in this study, it can be concluded that the independent variables (Promotion X1, Product Quality X2, and X3 packaging) simultaneously affect the dependent variable dependent (purchase decision Y), which is 63.8% positive. Data analysis is used through the results of the t test and f test to find out how much influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable. In this study using SPSS version 20.]]>

<![CDATA[Based on preliminary observations made by researchers showed that many teenagers who access mobile legends online games and online games have a significant influence on communication behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of accessing online legends mobile games on communication behavior in socializing teenagers in Batam The method used in this study is quantitative with a simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 22. The sample in this study was 100 respondents with a random sampling method. The results showed the value of t arithmetic (7.994) > t table (1.98447) with a significance of 0,000 < 0.05 which indicates online games have a significant influence on communication behavior. R square coefficient test of 0.395 shows that online game variables have an effective contribution of 39.5% of communication behavior and the remaining 60.5% of communication behavior is influenced by variables not examined in this study. <![CDATA[The financial statements provided by each company are an important source of information in the investment business, the regulations set by BAPEPAM number : KEP-431/BL/2012 which states that companies must submit financial reports no later than four months after the end of the year.This study aims to determine the variable profitability, liquidity, company size on the timeliness of financial statement submission. The data used are secondary data in the form of annual reports for the period of 2015-2019 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the sampling technique using purposive sampling method. Based on the sample criteria, there were 14 samples. The analytical method used in this study is logistic regression and The results of the study were tested using the SPSS version 25 application. The results of this study indicate that partially profitability, liquidity and company size or simultaneously did not significantly influence the timeliness of financial statement submission.]]>

<![CDATA[Marriage is a legal relationship between a men and a women for a long term. Marriage between man and woman who aims to estabilish a family and have children for the next generation. After the divorce, the problem does not stop there, there are still more problems such as the sharing of shared assets during the marriage. The purpose of this study is to explain the factors that prevented the defendant from carrying out the sharing of assets in accordance with the Court Decision, and legal efforts so that the defendant carried out the Court's Decision. This research uses normative legal research. The results of this study are based on the Decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 27 / PDT.G / 2014 / PN.BTM. The Panel of Judges decided to reject the claim filed by the Plaintiff because the claim for the distribution of shared assets has not been proven by the Plaintiff that any property which is the right of the plaintiff, and also that the agreement was not made before the marriage took place, nor was it legalized by the Marriage Registrar in accordance with clause 47 KHI.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of operating income and operating costs on net income of construction companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019. It is known that the dependent variable is business income and operational costs, while the independent variable is net income. The population in this study were 16 companies selected using the purposive sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data so that data in the form of annual financial reports are obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research method uses quantitative methods because it is in the form of financial statement data. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis and a sample of 8 (eight) construction companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the form of financial statements from the period 2015-2019. Financial statement data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website (www.idx.co.id). The analytical tool used in this research is the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 25. Based on the t test results, that partially operating income has a significant effect on net income with tcount of 6.088> ttable 2.026 and operational costs do not significantly influence profit net with tcount 0.915 <ttable 2.026. Then where the results of the F test simultaneously, that operating income and operating costs affect net income, by producing a value of Fcount 103.991> Ftable 3.252. The value of R square (R2) in this study explains that variations in changes in operating income and operating costs affect net income of 84.1%. While the remaining 15.9% can be said in other respects or said outside the variables of this study.]]>

<![CDATA[Poverty is one of the problems facing the city of Batam. Where the poverty reduction strategies that have been implemented by the Social Service and Community Empowerment of Batam City so far have not been effective in reducing the amount of poverty that exists. One of the programs carried out by the Batam city government is Non-Cash Food Assistance and Uninhabitable Home Rehab. In connection with the problem under study, that is to find out alternative strategies that can be used by the government to tackle poverty in Batam. The method used is a SWOT analysis in which to find out what are the strengths, weaknesses, oppurtunities, and threats of the Batam city poverty reduction strategy through structured interviews with questions prepared earlier. As the informant, namely the section head for handling the poor, the Social and Empowerment Office and the community receiving social assistance. The results of the study prove that poverty reduction strategies implemented by the Office of Social and Community Empowerment have not been able to reduce poverty. This is because the program is only to help meet the basic needs of the poor. Based on the results of research suggestions for the Social Service and Community Empowerment as an agency that handles poverty issues, to create programs that encourage the productivity of the poor so they can move from poverty.]]>

<![CDATA[In a company, human resources are one of the elements that play an important role. Therefore in the world of business that is growing increasingly rapidly now and the development of increasingly sophisticated knowledge and technology, it will bring changes in the life patterns of employees so that they can work optimally as human resources in it. The formulation of the problem in this study explains how the effect of work performance partially on employee performance, the effect of partial incentives on employee performance and how the influence of kejra achievement and incentives together - on the performance of The population in this study were employees of PT Telkom Akses, specifically the Batam area. The sampling technique is the census technique (Sensus Sampling) with 113 respondents in the research method using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study and the hypothesis indicate that Work Performance and Incentives partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is a study of language phenomena that occurs in social media. Instagram users often take action to upload pictures, videos, and memes by adding text and in English called 'Caption'. The caption implies a youth style that is abbreviated and practical. The language style is researched and there is the use of slang. The purpose of this study was to find out the construction and meaning of slang.The reason for using slang language found in the caption used by American on Instagram. Regarding this phenomenon, the researcher is interested discussing the phenomenon of abbreviated slang words found in the caption on Instagram social media. Furthermore, this study is a study qualitative descriptive method. The data is taken from Instagram accounts in a certain period of time. Data was collected by researchers for two months from middle of March to middle of May. The data collected is qualitative data. The data collection method used in this research is the Record method. The data analysis method used in this research is the method of matching and Agih. The data presentation method used in this research is an informal method. Referring to the three methods, the researcher used the Sudaryanto theory.]]>
