Elderly is the term for the final stage of the process of obtaining the gift of longevity. Physical changes in the elderly will affect the level of independence. Hypertension is a non-communicable disease that is often found in the community and causes high morbidity. Hypertension is a continuous increase in blood pressure so that it exceeds normal limits. Hypertension has become a global problem because of its prevalence that continues to increase from year to year. Hypertension can occur in anyone, both men and women. The risk of developing hypertension will increase at the age of 60 years and over because blood naturally tends to increase with age. This study aims to determine the descriptive study of the diet of the elderly with hypertension at the Kepadangan Health Center. This study used a descriptive method approach using questionnaires developed by researchers to determine diet. In this study using simple random sampling, each member of the population has the same opportunity to be selected as a sample according to sample criteria. The results showed that of the 40 elderly with hypertension at the Kepadangan Health Center, most were in the age category of 60-74 years, namely as many as 35 people (87.5%) out of 40 people. Diet is not the main factor causing hypertension because increasing age, especially the elderly, will experience a decrease in organ function. The number of elderly has a balanced result between the elderly with a bad diet and a good diet. Diet also determines health for the body. High blood pressure in the elderly can be caused by dietary factors.

Vaginal discharge is a discharge or fluid that comes out of the vaginal opening, excluding excess blood. Vaginal discharge can be normal (physiological) or abnormal (pathological) caused by an imbalance in the pH or acidity of the vagina. Cases of vaginal discharge are common among adolescent girls due to lack of knowledge, which has an impact on the attitude of not keeping the genital area clean properly and correctly. This study used a quantitative analytic type of research using a Cross Sectional approach. This study uses correlation research methods. The population in this study were young women in the Sidoarjo D3 Nursing Study Program. The results showed that the characteristics of respondents totaling 64 people obtained from the results of the study the majority of respondents aged 19-20 years and the majority of respondents' education level was level 3. Most of the young women in Prodi D3 Nursing Sidoarjo experience physiological vaginal discharge. Most of the young women in Prodi D3 Nursing Sidoarjo have poor personal hygiene. There is a relationship between personal hygiene and the incidence of vaginal discharge or fluor albus in adolescent girls in Prodi D3 Nursing Sidoarjo in 2023 with a p-value of 0.051 <0.10. Based on the researcher's analysis, there is a relationship between personal hygiene and the incidence of vaginal discharge in adolescent girls due to poor personal hygiene due to lack of knowledge and attention to personal hygiene in the genitalia area. Typhoid fever or abdominal typhoid is an infectious disease that usually affects the digestive tract with symptoms of fever for more than 7 days. This disease is caused by Salmonella typhi. Transmission occurs through a person's personal hygiene. This research is a descriptive research with a survey method with a random sampling technique, which is a sampling technique by selecting a sample from among the population. This research was conducted in February-March 2023. Using questionnaires and medical records. The results of the study on poor personal hygiene were 28 people (56%) in the category of severe fever, respondents with sufficient personal hygiene and good personal hygiene did not have severe fever. Results Analysis using the chi-square statistical test showed results (P Value = 0.000 <0.05) so that there was a significant relationship between personal hygiene and the incidence of typhoid fever. The majority of a person has a severe fever, this can occur due to poor personal hygiene. The majority of people have poor personal hygiene, this is due to a lack of knowledge about personal hygiene with the incidence of typhoid fever. There is a relationship between personal hygiene and the incidence of typhoid fever at the Candi Health Center, this is because families pay less attention to personal hygiene, such as the habit of not washing hands before and after eating, not washing hands after going to the toilet, and eating snacks outside the home.

Hypertension or high blood pressure is an increase in systolic blood pressure of more than 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure of more than 90 mmHg at two measurements with an interval of five minutes in a state of adequate rest / calm (Ministry of Health RI, 2020). The incidence of hypertension at the Buduran Sidoarjo Health Center ranks 3rd with the number of patients served, which is 51.2% around 27,638. So researchers are interested in researching the incidence of hypertension. Objective: to determine the relationship between diet and the incidence of hypertension. Method: Quantitative analytical researcher design by using a cross sectional approach and using the chi-square test. The number of respondents was 40. This research will be conducted in February – March 2023. Dietary measurement with questionnaires and blood pressure measurement using a spghymomanometer. Results: Some respondents had a poor or poor diet with the results of 23 people (57.5 %), and had blood pressure hypertension grade 1 with an average systolic of 140-159 mmHg and diastolic 90-99 mmHg with the results of 23 people (57.5%). Analysis: Analysis in this scientific paper using the chi-square correlation statistical test obtained the result p = 0.091. This means that p is less than 0.10, so there is a relationship between diet and the incidence of hypertension at the Buduran Sidoarjo Health Center. Discussion: The majority of patients with hypertension have a poor or poor diet, it is also caused by other factors such as the age of the majority of the elderly, the gender of the majority of men, the last education of the majority of junior high school, and the work of the majority of housewives.
