Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a serious chronic disease that occurs because the pancreas does not produce enough insulin, or when the body cannot effectively use the insulin it produces. Risk factors for DM are age, gender, family history, obesity, central obesity, hypertension, dyslipidemia, lack of physical activity, unhealthy diet and smoking. Indonesia was ranked the sixth highest prevalence of Diabetes Mellitus in the world in 2017, namely 2%, East Java 2.6% and Blitar Regency 2.6%. The high prevalence rate of DM in Blitar Regency which exceeds the national prevalence is a challenge that must be faced, because the target of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in 2030 is a reduction of one third of premature deaths due to non-communicable diseases. The purpose of this study was to analyze the risk factors for Diabetes Mellitus in Blitar Regency. Method using Quantitative research design, using secondary data with the Non-Probability Purposive Sampling method, the number of samples of 400 samples and analyzed using the Case Control method. The results of statistical tests showed that age, family history, obesity, central obesity and hypertension were associated with DM. While gender is not related to the incidence of DM. Based on the results of the multivariate test, it is known that the most dominant factors affecting the incidence of DM in Blitar Regency are family history, age> 45 years, hypertension, and central obesity. It is suggested that future studies use a longitudinal cohort design to determine whether risk factors actually correlate with effect factors and to see a clear causal relationship.

The research design in this research is pre experimental design with one group pre test approach - post test design. The population of this research is all parents who have children aged 1-3 years in Posyandu Mawar. The sample size is 30 respondents taken by Simple Random Sampling technique. Variable dependent successful toilet training, variable independent method of modeling technique. The results of analysis using Mc Nemar. The result of this research was found that most of respondents who have children in the category of unsuccessful toilet training before were given 22 respondents (73.3%) modeling technique and most of the respondents who have children succeeded in doing toilet training after 27 modeling techniques (90%). The result of data analysis got p value = 0.000 <(0.05), which means that there is Influence Giving Method of Modeling Technique To Successful Toilet Training for Toddlers In Posyandu Mawar Work Area of Wonorejo Health Center Kediri Regency. Toddler-age children are often attracted to activities in the family bathroom, so it's wise to let children watch their parents when they go to the bathroom. The risk of the patient falling until an incident has an adverse effect on the patient, one of the adverse effects is the impact of physical injury which includes abrasions, torn wounds, bruises, even in some cases severe falls can result in fractures, bleeding, and head injuries. Objective To find out the relationship between Caring Behavior of Nurses and Patient Safety Risk of Falling. The research method used in the study is cross sectional. The population is all patient patients at risk of falling. The sample size is 67 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Independent variable of research is Caring Behavior. The dependent variable is the Patient safety risk of falling. Data was collected using a questionnaire, then the data were analyzed using the Spearman Rho test. The results showed that the nurse caring nurse was quite good as many as many 35 respondents (52.2%), patient safety risk fell that was enough as many as 30 respondents (4.8%). The results showed that p = 0.000 which means that there is a relationship between Caring Behavior of Nurses and Patient Safety in Falling Risk. Nurse Caring Behavior With Patient Safety The Risk of Falling has a significant relationship, because caring behavior gives direct caring and responsive in each patient condition. 000 which means that there is a relationship between Caring Behavior of Nurses and Patient Safety in Falling Risk. Half of the respondents have sufficient husband's support as many as 16 respondents (50%). Most of the respondents had moderate anxiety as many as 19 respondents (59.4%). The results of the study used the test Linear Regression shows that the p-value is 0.000 <0.05, then H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is an effect simultaneously attitudes and support of husbands on anxiety of pregnant women with hyperemesis gravidarum in Kertosono Hospital with a magnitude of the influence of 86.5%. The existence of a good attitude from someone when experiencing an adverse event will determine the continuity in the future. And also with complaints of hyperemesis gravidarum that he experienced. Abstract

High incidence of enuresis in preschool children is due to several factors, namely education, employment, maternal information sources about toilet training and wrong toilet training practices, which have an impact on the high incidence of enuresis. The purpose of this study was to analyze the knowledge of mothers and the role of parents in toilet training on the incidence of enuresis in preschool children. This research is an analytical observational correlation withresearch design cross sectional. The population is all mothers who have preschool age children in TK AR-ROHIM Kalipepe as many as 40 respondents with a total sample of 36 respondents. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling. With the independent variable, namely knowledge and role, while the dependent variable is the incidence of enuresis. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The results of data analysis to see the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable used thestatistical test Chi-square with a significant technique α = 0.05. The results showed that of the 36 respondents, most of the mothers' knowledge about toilet training was good, namely 19 people (52.8%), the role of parents towards toilet training was good, namely 27 people (75%) and 20 children (55.6%) experienced enuresis. . According to the results of thetest, it chi-square (x2)shows that the p value > α (0.05) and there are cells that have an expected frequency of less than 5. It can be said that thetest conditions chi-squareare not met. So that the relationship test is guided by the results of the Fisher's Exact Test. Results Exact Sig (2-sided) = 0.644. Because the test value> α (0.05), it is concluded that Ho is accepted and H1 is rejected, meaning that there is no significant effect between knowledge and parental roles on the incidence of enuresis in preschool children in TK AR-ROHIM Kalipepe. So that promotive and preventive efforts from health workers need to be done to be able to reduce the high incidence of enuresis in preschool children.
