Abstract

This study has three objectives, namely (1) knowing the partial influence of HDI, labor, and poverty on the economic growth of South Kalimantan, (2) knowing the simultaneous influence of HDI, labor, and poverty on the economic growth of South Kalimantan, and (3) knowing the most dominant independent variables on the economic growth of South Kalimantan. This study uses panel data regression analysis test methods, model estimation tests, classical assumption tests, partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing, determination coefficient tests, and correlation coefficient tests operated through the EViews 9 software. The results of this study show that the HDI and labor variables partially have a significant effect, while the poverty variables have no significant impact on economic growth. As for simultaneously, independent variables have a substantial effect on dependent variables. This study shows that the HDI variable has the most dominant influence on the economic growth of South Kalimantan Province in 2017-2019.

Abstract

This type of qualitative research intends to identify the impact of Business Capital Business Capital, Education Level, and the number of Visitors to the Welfare of Business Actors around the Datu Abdussamad Marabahan Dome Religious Attractions. This research uses primary data with techniques to distribute questionnaires to the community of business actors around the Datu Abdussamad Marabahan Dome Religious Attractions. Data analysis techniques in this research use qualitative descriptive analysis by describing data collected narratively. The test's findings in this study stated that the variables of Business Capital, Business Length, Education Level, and Visitor Number funds impact or influence the Welfare of Business Actors around the Datu Abdussamad Marabahan Dome.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the size of the ratio and components of regional original income and determine the economic growth in Paser Regency from 2010 to 2020. The data collection techniques in this study were publication and documentation. The analysis technique uses the method of calculating financial performance and ordinary least squares (OLS). The results of this study indicate that the calculation of the two ratios for ten years has fluctuated. The average of this Efficiency Ratio is 76.67 Percent. At the same time, the average effectiveness ratio is 117.28 percent. The regression analysis results show that local taxes have a positive and significant effect on economic growth. In contrast, regional levies negatively and significantly impact economic growth. The results of separated regional wealth management and other legitimate local revenue have a negative and non-significant effect on the development of the Economy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation and role of the Family of Hope program in improving the KPM economy in the East Banjarmasin District, Banjarmasin City. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, with a research sample of 96 KPM. This study shows that the Implementation of the Family Hope Program in East Banjarmasin District has been going very well, seen from the active role of facilitators who regularly hold meetings with KPM and a change in KPM's mindset and the amount of assistance is appropriate without any deductions. Then, the most dominant role of the Family of Hope program is found in the income indicator, which is around 76%. Changes in KPM's mindset in controlling the funds provided have helped KPM meet their daily needs and others, increasing household spending above the poverty line. This indicates an increase in the KPM household economy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Special Allocation Fund (DAK) on the Economic Growth of Coal-Producing Districts/Cities in Central Kalimantan Province in 2010-2019. The data used is secondary data obtained from JDIH of the Ministry of Finance, DJPK of the Ministry of Finance, and the Central Kalimantan Statistics Agency during 2010-2019. The unit of analysis is nine districts/cities in Central Kalimantan Province. This study uses a panel data regression model with the Common Effect Model. The results of this study indicate that DAK is harmful and has no significant effect on the economic growth of coal-producing districts/cities in Central Kalimantan Province.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between GRDP, Education Level, and Minimum Wage on Workforce Absorption in South Kalimantan Province in 2016-2020 and choose the most dominant factor influencing employment in regencies/cities in South Kalimantan Province. During the 2016-2020 period. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The data collection technique that has been obtained uses a panel data regression analysis tool, and the fixed effect application model Eviews 10 is selected. These results show that GRDP, Education Level, and Minimum Wage affected Labor Absorption in South Kalimantan Province in 2016-202. Minimum Wage Variables are The most dominant variable influencing labor absorption in South Kalimantan Province in 2016-2020.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of economic growth, minimum wage, and investment partially and simultaneously on the unemployment rate in South Kalimantan Province and to determine the most dominant factor influencing the unemployment rate in South Kalimantan Province. This study uses secondary data obtained from BPS and BKPM South Kalimantan Province. The analytical technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. This study's results indicate that the Minimum Wage variable partially significantly influences the unemployment rate in the province of South Kalimantan with a probability of 0.0010 <0.05. Meanwhile, economic growth and investment do not have a significant effect. The variables of economic growth, minimum wage, and investment simultaneously significantly affect the unemployment rate in South Kalimantan Province; the minimum wage has the most dominant influence on the unemployment rate in South Kalimantan Province.

Abstract

This research aims to know and explain the factors that influence the income of traders in Los Batu Market. The approach used in this research is descriptive quantitative. Total population: 307 people. This study took a sample of 38 people born using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. Questionnaires and interviews were used for data collection techniques. The variables in this study are business capital (X1), education (X2), length of business (X3), working hours (X4), and traders' income (Y). Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression (OLS), with a significance level of 5%. The results show that the variable that partially affects the income of Los Batu Market traders is venture capital (X1). In contrast, the variable level of education (X2), length of business (X3), and working hours (X4) do not significantly affect the income of market traders. Los Batu. Furthermore, the variables of business capital, education, length of business, and working hours greatly influence the income of Los Batu Market traders.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of contribution, effectiveness, and growth of local tax revenue and regional levies on the local income of districts/cities in South Kalimantan. The method used is descriptive quantitative with analysis technique of contribution ratio, effectiveness ratio, and growth ratio using secondary data from the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance, Ministry of Finance website. This study's results indicate that local taxes' contribution to local revenue has quite good criteria, and local levies to local revenue have poor bars. The effectiveness ratio shows that the average regional tax and regional retribution are very effective. Based on the results of the average regional tax growth rate for 2011-2020 with the criteria of not being successful and the average growth of provincial levies with the requirements of being unsuccessful.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore how the role of the Mineral and Coal General Mining Revenue Sharing Fund includes Fixed Contributions (Landrent) and Exploration and Exploitation Contributions (Royalty) to Regional Income, Regional Spending and Balance Fund of South Kalimantan Province Minerba Producing Regency from 2016-2020. This research uses contribution analysis measuring instruments that are quantitative descriptive. The data used is secondary time series data (time series). The results showed that the study of the contribution of Fixed Contributions (Landrent) to the APBD balance fund of all Minerba Producing Regencies in South Kalimantan Province showed a lack of category. On average, the gift of Exploration and Exploitation Contributions (Royalty) to the balance fund and APBD of Minerba Producing Regency in South Kalimantan Province shows that diverse categories tend to be quite good. At the same time, the regency that is very dependent is the Regency.
