Abstract

This study aims to measure and analyze the level of public attraction to the Whoosh Experience Program, as well as its impact on increasing awareness and interest in the presence of the Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Train service. Based on data on the number of tickets sold, it can be seen that the level of public attraction is always increasing. The survey results also show high public interest in the presence of this fast train. A smart marketing strategy is the key to KCIC's success in increasing public appeal to choose to use their services. A well-planned strategy, a way of communicating the product to the public that is considered attractive and the price policy decision set is well received among the public, especially users of public transportation services. This success is the basis for the Whoosh fast train to become one of the results of the development of technological projects from the public transportation sector in Indonesia and create an attraction that can be enjoyed by the entire community.

Abstract

Usaha percetakan terus tumbuh sejalan dengan perubahan dan variasi kebutuhan pasar. Namun, sebagaimana halnya dalam industri lain, perusahaan percetakan juga dihadapkan pada berbagai risiko yang kompleks dan bervariasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi, menganalisis dan mengelola risiko, serta menilai tingkat risiko pada tahapan operasional pada Percetakan CV. ARPRO178 di Kota Probolinggo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, yang menguraikan peran Enterprise Risk Management dalam mengelola risiko di Percetakan CV. ARPRO178 Kota Probolinggo dengan menerapkan metode ISO 31000:2018. Dari hasil penelitian terdapat 13 kemungkinan risiko yang terjadi, diantaranya adalah kualitas bahan baku buruk, keterlambatan pasokan bahan baku, gangguan teknologi yang mengakibatkan hilangnya data, kerusakan mesin dan alat cetak, pemadaman listrik konslet dan gangguan signal wifi, pencurian inventory oleh karyawan, risiko kecelakaan kerja, risiko kehilangan pelanggan akibat digitalisasi, keterlambatan pengiriman ke customer, kualitas warna (pudar) pada produk cetak, kesalahan dalam penulisan huruf, ukuran kurang pas pada produk cetak, bahan baku terbuang saat kesalahan proses cetak.

Abstract

This research was conducted in order to find out what digital marketing innovations can influence consumer buying interest in the shoope marketplace. Technological developments in today's world are growing very rapidly, making it easier for people to access and carry out the buying and selling process using digital media as a means of buying and selling. So that online buying and selling comes as a new innovation in the world of marketing and is the main choice for producers to promote products or services that will be marketed through online media on the marketplace. The buying and selling process in the marketplace, which is currently widely accessed and in demand by the public, one of which is the shoope application which is currently the most frequently visited by the public. Marketing through digital marketing on the shoope marketplace greatly facilitates the buying and selling process without having to meet directly with consumers. Business actors also make efforts to implement good strategies to influence consumer buying interest. Consumer buying interest in this study is influenced by the quality and uniqueness of the products being promoted, good service and product reviews will greatly affect the sale of marketed products In this study, researchers used qualitative methods that were delivered descriptively using relevant books, web, journals. Based on the research results obtained, there are many factors that can affect consumer buying interest in the shoope marketplace including using maximum application features, providing good service and interesting product reviews, always maintaining product quality and good marketing techniques have a positive influence and can affect consumer buying interest.

Abstract

Human resource development is the most important factor for a company that is used to increase employee performance productivity and expand employee capacity. This research aims to analyze and find out the implementation of human resource development on the performance of sales employees at PT Akusara. Research methods use qualitative methods by conducting interviews with objects to obtain the necessary information and data. The results of this research show that the Human Resource Development that has been implemented at Akusara PT is by performing 3 techniques namely Needs Analysis, Program Design and Evaluation. The research results to refer to the perspective of the research object are sales employees with a working time of less than 1 year and sales workers with working time over 1 year. Where both explain that with the development of human resources this can develop the ability of sales employees in particular in achieving the sales targets set by the company.

Abstract

Karya ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis terhadap faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan konsumen untuk memilih produk-produk lokal di era digital. Era digital telah mengubah lanskap bisnis dikarenakan perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Hal ini memberikan peluang baru bagi produsen lokal untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar mereka. Namun, meskipun ada banyak produk lokal yang tersedia secara online, masih terdapat tantangan dalam mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen untuk memilih produk lokal. Dalam penelitian ini, metode penelitian studi literatur digunakan dengan tujuan untuk melakukan analisis terhadap literatur ilmiah sebelumnya. Beberapa aspek yang diperhatikan mencakup kualitas produk, harga, citra merek, dan strategi pemasaran viral. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa faktor-faktor tersebut memiliki dampak yang signifikan pada keputusan konsumen untuk memilih produk lokal di era digital.
