Abstract

The existence of suppliers in the coffee industry is very important in maintaining business continuity. Coffee farmers in general are still faced with a coffee trade system that is still controlled by traders. This trading system condition can regulate coffee sales transactions, both with regard to time, place and to whom the farmers' coffee beans are sold. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for sellers and buyers of coffee to find the whereabouts of coffee sellers. This research uses the Google Maps API to decide the location of coffee sales. In addition, this application is built using supporting software Android Studio and MySQL database. The results of the research show that the application functions properly without any errors or debug when the testing program is carried out where the results of the processing system display, including being able to find the location of the farmer, knowing the number of available coffee stocks and showing the way to the farmer's site. Abstract

This research aims to analyze and predict student achievement using data mining techniques with the C4.5 and Naive Bayes methods. The data used includes various factors that affect students' academic performance, such as previous grades, attendance, and parents' income. The C4.5 method, which is a decision tree algorithm, is used to identify patterns in the data and make rule-based decisions. Meanwhile, Naive Bayes, which is a probabilistic classification technique, is used to calculate the probability of achievement based on the distribution of features. The C4.5 algorithm model showed excellent performance in classifying students into the categories of “Underachieving” and “Achieving,” with perfect accuracy and F1-Score for both classes. On the other hand, the Naive Bayes model showed less than optimal results, especially in recognizing “Outstanding” students. Although the Naive Bayes model managed to correctly predict all the “Underachieving” students, it failed completely in detecting the “Achieving” students, as seen from the zero F1-Score for the class.

Abstract

In the context of this research, we will explore the implementation of the RSA algorithm to improve the security of personnel data distribution at BKPSU. This approach will provide additional protection to sensitive data, thereby increasing public trust and meeting established security standards. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to implement a strong and reliable security system. One suggested solution is to use the RSA (Rivest-Shamir-Adleman) asymmetric cryptographic algorithm. By implementing this algorithm, personnel data can be encrypted securely so that only authorized parties can read the information. By using the RSA algorithm, data security can be guaranteed because it is difficult for hackers to find out which private key corresponds to the public key used for encryption.

Abstract

The advancement of Internet of Things (IoT) technology presents significant opportunities to enhance security in various aspects of daily life, including in residential environments such as boarding rooms. This research aims to design a boarding room security system based on IoT that uses the Wemos D1 Mini as the main controller and a door sensor to detect entry and exit access at the room‟s door. The system operates by detecting changes in the door's status and sending real-time notifications via the Telegram application when unexpected access occurs. When the door opens, the door sensor sends data to the Wemos D1 Mini, which then processes the information and delivers a notification to the user through Telegram. Telegram was chosen as the notification medium due to its high accessibility and ability to support instant messaging across various devices. Testing shows that the system has a high level of accuracy in detecting door activity and can send notifications in less than one second after access occurs. This IoT-based security system is thus expected to be an effective and affordable solution to enhance boarding room security and provide peace of mind to resident.

Abstract

Has several interesting tours, one of which is Ara Garden Tourism, a place in the form of an artificial tourist park located in Bagan Batu, Riau, Bagan Sinembah District, Rokan Hilir Regency. However, ticket purchases can only be made by buying directly on the spot when entering the tourist spot. This can make it difficult to order tickets because of the large number of visitors. So here the e-ticket application design will be made using the RAD method to analyze and design applications for online ticket booking at Ara Garden Tourism. In this design using dart and fluter programming languages as application development, using VCS (Microsoft Visual Studio Code) as a code editor in creating the application. Therefore I use a database that functions to store and manage data through SQL commands or queries, applications that have more complex data processing are postgreSQL. The Ara Garden tourist ticket application has been created and the prototype of the application was tested by sending a questionnaire to 20 respondents with an average score of 4.021 and most of the responses from potential users said that the ticket prototype was easy to understand and use. So here we will try to create an e-ticket application design. E-tickets can make it easier for buyers or visitors to get them because they don't need to come directly to the tourist attraction.
