Abstract

Pendidikan Nasional berfungsi mengembangkan kemampuan dan membentuk watak serta peradaban bangsa yang bermartabat dalam rangka mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa, bertujuan untuk mengembangkan potensi peserta didik agar menjadi manusia yang beriman dan bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa. berakhlak mulia, sehat, berilmu, cakap, kreatif, mandiri. Nilai-nilai agama harus ditanamkan pada anak sejak dini, terutama dalam pembentukan karakter dan moral. Pembiasaan sikap beragama pasti akan berdampak positif bagi tumbuh kembang anak. Dengan bertambahnya pengetahuan agama yang diperoleh anak melalui pembiasaan, dipastikan anak akan lebih memahami nilai-nilai agamanya. kondisi sebenarnya. Pembinaan akhlakul karimah juga merupakan upaya yang dilakukan secara bertahap, terus menerus dan berkesinambungan dalam mengarahkan dan membina sikap dan perilaku seseorang ke arah perbuatan baik yang sesuai dengan syariat Islam. tidak hanya dengan metode pembiasaan berbuat baik yang dapat merangsang perkembangan ahlakul karimah kepada anak didik, tetapi juga dengan pemberian seperti nasehat, keteladanan, kasih sayang, bercerita, ganjaran dan hukuman yang dilakukan sebagai cara atau cara dalam proses pembinaan akhlakul karimah siswa.

Abstract

Penanaman nilai-nilai Tauhid sejak usia dini merupakan pondasi penting dalam kehidupan keberagamaan anak. Karena nilai-nilai Tauhid yang sudah tertanam sejak usia dini akan berguna kelak ketika anak sudah dewasa hidupnya akan lebih terarah. Artikle ini mengemukakan tentang penanaman nilai-nilai tauhid sejak usia dini di raudhatul athfal ALHUDA Desa Tulung Balak Kecamatan Batanghari Nuban Kabupaten Lampung Timur , dengan rumusan masalah; Bagaimana penanaman nilai-nilai ilmu tauhid sejak usia dini di Raudhatul Athfal AL HUDA Desa Tulung Balak Kecamatan Batanghari Nuban Kabupaten Lampung Timur . Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penanaman nilai-nilai tauhid sejak usia dini di Raudhatul Athfal AL HUDA Desa Tulung Balak Kecamatan Batanghari Nuban Kabupaten Lampung Timur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Siswa Raudhatul Athfal AL HUDA Desa Tulung Balak Kecamatan Batanghari Nuban Kabupaten Lampung Timur, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 15 siswa yang bersekolah di Raudhatul Athfal AL HUDA Desa Tulung Balak Kecamatan Batanghari Nuban, Kabupaten Lampung Timur dengan menggunakan teknik penelitian kualitatif. Penggalian data di lapangan dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh data bahwa seluruh orang tua menyadari dan paham akan pentingnya penanaman nilai-nilai tauhid sejak usia dini.Penanaman nilai-nilai tauhid sejak usia dini meliputi, masa persiapan mendidik anak diantaranya berdoa kepada Allah Swt agar mendapat anak yang beriman dan bertakwa, dan masa aktif mendidik anak meliputi, memakan makanan yang halal, orang tua tidak boleh bersifat kasar dan pemarah , memperbanyak membaca Al-Qur’an, zikir, dan shalawat , mengawasi sikap dan perilaku anak agar tidak menyimpang dari tuntunan akidah Islam , memberikan dorongan,bimbingan, dan arahan agar anak selalu mau menuntut ilmu khususnya masalah tauhid. Metode dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai tauhid sejak usia dini antaranya adalah metode pembiasaan, keteladanan, metode bercerita, metode latihan-latihan.

Abstract

The background of this research is the low learning outcomes of students in class IX at SMP Negeri 5 Batang Hari, which is caused by a lack of student learning activity. This is evidenced by students who are afraid to express opinions, often ask permission to study, learning is only dominated by smart students, etc., which results in low student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is first, to find out the achievement of the application of the Problem Based Learning Learning Model in the material Achieving Success with Optimism of Endeavor and Tawakkal for class IX students of SMP Negeri 5 Batang Hari, second, to find out the learning outcomes of the material Achieving Success with Optimism of Endeavor and Tawakkal for students class IX SMP Negeri 5 Batang Hari after applying the Problem Based Learning model. The results of the study are first, the implementation of learning using the Problem Based Learning Model if it is carried out with good planning and mastery of concepts will work well, as expected. second, students become active in learning and begin to be trained with higher-order thinking patterns. Third, the Problem Based Learning Learning Model is proven to improve student learning outcomes. In the first cycle the achievement of student learning outcomes in the class average was 70.5, in the second cycle the class average was 73.5 and in the third cycle the class average was 81.7. While those who achieved learning mastery in cycle one were 64.7 percent, in cycle two 82.3 percent and in cycle three 94.1 percent. This shows that student learning outcomes using the Problem Based Learning Learning model have increased significantly, and research related to the use of Problem Based Learning Learning Models is considered successful.

Abstract

Children will develop character if they are reared in an environment that fosters character and allows their natural tendencies to flourish. However, the current system of early childhood education is overly focused on the development of the left brain (cognitive skills) and gives little consideration to the development of the right brain (affective, empathy, taste). Therefore, the goal of this study is to determine how the Kindergarten Manbaul Iman Kindergarten, Wanaraja District implements Character Education Management in building student morals. This descriptive qualitative study collects data through interviews, observations, and document reviews pertaining to character education administration. After collecting data, the next stage is to analyze it by displaying data, presenting data, and generating conclusions. The study's findings indicate that the implementation of character education management in developing morals begins with the planning process for character education management for students, which involves stakeholders, committees, village heads, religious leaders, and the local community in determining the character values contained in the school's rules. The execution of character education management includes all school aspects that contribute to the creation of settings that foster the character development of pupils. This growth is the result of preventative, curative, and repressive measures. The management evaluation of character education consists of observing all teachers involved in assessing student character and taking notes on student improvement.

Abstract

This study aims to improve critical thinking skills and learning outcomes of class X senior high school students at SMA N 1 Metro through the application of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model. This research is a classroom action research. The research subjects were class X students. Data collection used the observation method with test instruments, observations. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study show the following: From the test results, most of the students' learning outcomes have increased. It can also be seen that the comparison of values ​​between the pretest and posttest learning outcomes in cycle III has increased where the average pretest result of 73.33 increases in the posttest increased to 88.58. For the results of cycle III, an average value of 88.58 is obtained with the achievement of completeness 96% exceeded the targeted target of completion of 85%. So that through the project-based learning learning model, student learning outcomes have increased by 96%. It can be concluded that the application of learning using the Problem Based Learning Learning Model in Islamic Religious Education Subjects Class X SMA N 1 Metro Lampung can improve Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Classroom Action Research conducted by Rahmawati with the title Application of the Problem Based Learning model to increase motivation to learn PAI in Grade IX D Students at SMPN 9 Krui TP. 2022/2023 is one of the tasks in Teacher Professional Education (PPG) in the Position of LPTK UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi in 2022. In the teaching and learning process, motivation plays a very big role in learning achievement. Because the existence of motivation can foster student learning interest. In Islamic Religious Education learning activities that are fun must be supported by learning tools that can attract interest in learning. The problem in this study is the condition of students during the learning process of Islamic Religious Education does not occur reciprocal interaction. The research subjects were Class IX D students in the 2022/2023 academic year in PAI learning with the Material of Achieving Success with Optimism, Endeavor and Tawakkal. There were 21 students consisting of 8 male students and 13 female students. Classroom action research was carried out in three cycles, each cycle consisting of one meeting. In this study there are four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection was carried out using observation and questionnaires. Based on the research conducted, some Pre-Cycle Learning Motivation Conditions are still low. Students who have low learning motivation are 17 students and 4 students in the medium category. The results of the observation questionnaire on student learning motivation showed that the highest score was 68.75, the lowest score was 34.37 and the average score was 55.76. After calculating the average of 21 data shows that class IX D students have a level of learning motivation that is included in the low category. After the action was taken using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model in cycle I, the score became 63.13 indicating a moderate level. Student motivation increased by 9.37. Whereas in cycle II students' learning motivation obtained a score of 77.52 indicating a high level. In the third cycle, students' learning motivation obtained a score of 88.09 indicating a high level. From this presentation, when viewed from cycles I, II, and III, student motivation using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model has increased.

Abstract

The quality of the workforce employed by an organization has a significant influence on the level of profitability of the organization. Likewise, the success of schools and madrasas is also determined by the managers who run them. If the management of the school or madrasah is of high quality, then the institution will progress and maintain its quality, and vice versa. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to describe the management of improving the quality of labor and human resources, namely MAS PP Nuruddin Sungai Sarik, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar Regency, which is the object of this research study. Planning, recruitment, training and employee development, promotion, transfer and termination of employees, as well as employee evaluation and compensation at MAS PP Nuruddin Sungai Sarik, Kampar Kiri District, Kampar District are the main concerns of this research. Through observation, interviews and documentation it is known that human resource management is running well at least meeting the requirements set by the government.
