Abstract

Abstract : Cooperation is an organization that launched and supported by the government for the purpose of public welfare. The existence of cooperation in Serdang Bedagai Regency aims to build the economy of the people that are expected to improve the economic welfare of the community by increasing revenue.The purpose of this study is to analyze how much the development of CU Mandiri in Serdang Bedagai Regency, analyze how much influence the characteristics of the members to the success of CU Mandiri in Serdang Bedagai Regency, analyze how much influence the CU Mandiri on income members in Serdang Bedagai Regency, as well as to determine the amount of savings and influential members of the loan amount to the success of the Credit Union. The method used in this research is to use the Rank Spearman correlation test and multiple linear regression analysis.The result showed that the CU Mandiri shows the development of the number of members, number of deposits, loan amount, and the asset is increasing every year. Based on the Rank Spearman correlation test was explained that the variable characteristics of members (age, education, number of dependents, and income) are not closely related to the dividend variable statistically. Based on the results of the t-test showed savings and loan variable positive and significant impact on the income variable statistically. Based on the results of t-test variables have positive and significant savings to variable dividends while the loans variable does not significantly affect the dividend statistically.Keywords : Cooperation, Credit Union.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze factors that affect stock price valuation manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The object of this study is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The examined factors of this research are dividend yield and earnings per share as independent variables while the stock price at 1 day, 3 days, 15 days and 30 days after the publication of the financial statements as the dependent variable. The data that was used in this research was the secondary data those are taken from the website www.idx.com. There was 131 companies listed in the IDX as population in this research. The sample selection is using purposive sampling method and results the samples consist of 32 companies fit with the criteria in the period years 2009-2011. The research methodology used are descriptive analysis methods and statistical analysis. Hypothesis testing is done by using the coefficient of determination (R2), T test and F test, with a significance level (α) 5%. Tests using the statistical data processing software SPSS 17.00 for windows.The studies carried out by looking at the movement of stock prices in 1 day, 3 days, 15 days, and 30 days after the publication of the financial statements. T test results showed the stock price at 1 day, 3 days, 15 days and 30 days after the publication of the financial statements of manufacturing companies listed in IDX, the earnings per share effect on stock price valuation while the dividend yield has no effect. F test results indicate simultaneously dividend yield and the earnings per share effect on stock price valuation at 1 day, 3 days, 15 days, 30 days after the publication of the financial statements of manufacturing companies listed in IDX.Keywords : dividend yield, earning per share and stock price

Abstract

The role of agricultural sector would be optimal if it’s supported by an integrated system of planning, sustainable, and balanced with the provision of adequate budget such as capital. Issue of capital is a problem who faced by farmers, although many farmers who have the ability to improve their crops if farmers have sufficient capital, then their will not be able to developing their farm. So, to solve the capital shortage, farmers would apply for loans to financial institutions both formal and informal. However, at this time growth of credit has increased especially credit agricultural sector, which is programmed by the government to improve the rural economy that agricultural area.Agricultural credit has a very important role in developing agricultural development to obtain a greater yield. If production has increased, then will increase farmers' income also for farmers welfare. Therefore, researcher has researched by using research methods by distribution 30 questionnaires to oil palm farmers in the district of North Labuhanbatu. The research variables are equity (X1), capital credits (X2), and land (X3) using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis, can be concluded that the application of agricultural credit in the District of North Labuhanbatu already be applicable to well, but not entirely for the management of oil palm agriculture. With a confidence level of 95% result test value 0.598 coefficient of determination can be concluded that the analysis of the influence of agricultural credit to farmers welfare to oil palm with research variables can explain the variation in the level of revenue of 59.8% and the remaining 40.2% is explained by other variables not included in the model estimation.Keywords: Agricultural Credit, Income, Welfare

Abstract

There is many factors internal and external factors that determine the level of rice production and rice production efficiency factor is very varied. This study aims to determine the efficiency of rice production factors. In the framework of food security in Tumpatan Village Deli Serdang regency.Case study method in the Village Tumpatan with multiple regression analysis techniques. Primary data were collected by interview by referring to kuissioner that has been prepared.Results showed partial seeds, fertilizers and pesticides have a significant and positive impact on rice production, labor is partially negative and significant effect on rice production. Variables simultaneously seed, fertilizer, labor and pesticides affect the rice production.Factors of production of seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides experiencing technical efficiency, and labor have not been efficient. Variables simultaneously seeds, fertilizer, pesticides and labor variables can explain the production of rice was 99.90% while the remaining 0.10% is explained byother variables that do not exist in the estimation model.Keywords: rice production, seed, fertilizer, labor, pesticides and efficiency.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research has purposes to know how the credit card growth and to know the credit card demand factors of credit card distribution into BNI Card Center Medan costumers. The analysis of method used in this research is descriptive method, where the obtained data will be analyzed by tabulation until getting amount and percentage from researched variable as result. So in the result, there are many informations will describe the growth and factors which influence credit card demand at BNI Card Center Medan.Tabulation result of some question shows that free tuition in the first year become an indicator that have the highest answar, where it is the main factor that influenced the credit card demand at BNI Card Center Medan. The percentage is about 48,96 percent equivalent as 53 authors. The second factor is about life style, the percentage 46,86 percent equivalent as 45 authors. ”Buy now, pay later” principle is the other factor that influenced. The percentage is about 45,83 percent equivalent as 44 authors who answer the questions.Keyword : Demand, Credit Card, BNI Card Center Medan
