Abstract

This research is a normative judicial, with historical-analytic approach. Method of collecting data uses literature study, while the analysis of the data uses content analysis. The results showed that in applying ijtihad, Wahbah al-Zuhaily first review the texts contained in the  Qur’an  by  using  an  approach  related  disciplines  such  as  linguistics  who  heed  the words mujmal, musytarak, ‘amm or Khass, haqiqah or majaz, haqiqah or ‘urf, muthlaq or muqayyad etc, then the Prophet hadith; qauliyah, amaliyah, and taqririyah. After that he used qiyas and maslahah consideration for the realities faced by using the general rules as istihsan, maslahah mursalah, urf, sadd adh-Dzari’ah and others. Wahbah al-Zuhaily begins discussion of family law with a preliminary discussion of marriage; shari’ah law marriage, marriage sermon, proposed marriage proposal of others, and see the woman who had been groom before marriage. Wahbah al-Zuhaily also explained that the marriage law is not always the Sunnah, but can change mandatory, permissible, forbidden even makruh, depending on the context. Penelitian  ini  merupakan  penelitian  yuridis  normative,  dengan  pendekatan  historis- analitis. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan studi kepustakaan, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan content analysis (analisis isi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam melakukan ijtihad, Wahbah Al-Zuhaily terlebih dahulu melakukan kajian terhadap nash-nash yang terdapat dalam al-qur’an dengan menggunakan pendekatan disiplin ilmu yang terkait seperti ilmu bahasa yang memperhatikan kata-kata mujmal, musytarak, ‘amm atau khashsh, haqiqah atau majaz, haqiqah atau ’urf, muthlaq atau muqayyad dll, kemudian hadits Rasul baik yang Qauliyah, amaliyah, maupun taqririyah. Setelah itu menggunakan qiyas  serta  pertimbangan  maslahah  bagi  realitas  yang  dihadapi  dengan  menggunakan kaidah-kaidah  umum  seperti  istihsan  ,  maslahah  mursalah,  urf,  sadd  adz-Dzari’ah  dan lain-lain. Wahbah Al-Zuhaily memulai pembahasan hukum keluarga dengan pembahasan tentang pendahuluan pernikahan; hukum pernikahan secara syari’at, khutbah pernikahan, meminang  pinangan  orang  lain,  dan  melihat  perempuan  yang  telah  dipinang  sebelum dinikahi. Wahbah  Al-Zuhaily  juga  menjelaskan  bahwa  hukum  pernikahan  tidak  selalu sunnah, tapi bisa berubah wajib, mubah, makruh bahkan haram, tergantung konteksnya.

Abstract

The discourse on Islam Nusantara has become quite popular discussion among Indonesian society in the last two to three years. Not only in the grassroots level, Islam Nusantara also becomes a study in several Islamic institutions in Indonesia. In fact, there are some Islamic universities that have opened Islam Nusantara study program. On the one hand, many groups welcomed the studies of Islam Nusantara after being proclaimed by Nahdliyyin in the 33th NU Congress in Jombang, 2015. But on the other hand, there are some groups who reject Islam Nusantara and considered it as heresy in Islam. Essentially, Islam Nusantara is not a new movement, not a new mazhab, not a new ideology, and certainly not a new religion. Islam Nusantara is Islam that exists in the nation and is not sourced from the nation. However, Islam Nusantara accepts and accommodates national cultures as long as it does not contradict the Islamic rules (sharia). It means, Islam Nusantara compromises the culture, appreciates the land where they live, but it does not eliminate tradition as long as it is still in harmony with Islamic sharia. This can become the foundation of our nationalism inauguration. In other words, Islam Nusantara does not only discuss about religious issues, but also about nationalism.

Abstract

Dalam rangka ikut mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa dan memberi kesempatan masyarakat untuk mengenyam pendidikan tinggi yang berkualitas, di setiap tahunnya Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta menerima mahasiswa baru yang jumlahnya cukup banyak. Penerimaan  mahasiswa baru tersebut melalui tiga macam cara, yaitu : penelusuran bibit unggul (PBU), seleksi penerimaan mahasiswa baru (SPMB) dengan ujian tertulis, dan seleksi yang dilakukakn oleh UNY sendiri. PBU dan SPMB dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk menerima mahasiswa program regular. Khusus untuk SPMB, pelaksanaannya dilaksanakan secara nasional bersama-sama dengan PTN lain dan dapat diikuti oleh calon mahasiswa secara lintas daerah/wilayah. Seleksi yang dilakukan oleh UNY sendiri meliputi tiga macam, yaitu : seleksi untuk masuk program D3 Reguler Fakultas Teknik dengan Ujian Tertulis, Penelusuran Bibit Daerah (PBD), dan seleksi dengan ujian tertulis untuk masuk program S1 dan D3 Non Reguler di lingkungan UNY. Berdasarkan informasi yang diperoleh sebelumnya,  diperkiraakan bahwa jumlah animo calon yang masuk  program Non Reguler UNY Program D3 dan S1 Sore ini jauh lebih banyak daripada daya tampungnya. Daya tampung yang ada hanya sekitar 600 dari sekitar 6500 calon mahasiswa. Oleh karena daya tampung jauh lebih kecil daripada animo masuk, maka alat seleksi masuk  Program D3 dan S1 Sore ini  perlu disiapkan dengan sebaik-baiknya. hal ini dilakukan agar dalam penyelenggaraan seleksi tersebut tidak ada pihak-pihak yang dirugikan. Alat seleksi tersebut berupa suatu tes tertulis yang harus diikuti oleh setiap calon mahasiswa baru. Secara garis besar, jenis tes dapat dikelompokkan menjadi lima, yaitu : (1) Binet dan Tes Intelegensi, (2) Testing Kelompok, (3) Tes Potensi Intelektual atau Tes Potensi Akademik, (4) Tes Hasil Belajar, dan (5) Tes Projektif. Untuk seleksi masuk UNY Program D3 dan S1 Non Reguler UNY ini adalah Tes Potensi Akademik (TPA). Dalam hal ini, instrumen terdiri dari empat subtes, yaitu: subtes Kemampuan Verbal, Kemampuan Kuantitatif, Kemampuan Penalaran, dan subtes Kemampuan Bahasa Inggris. Subtes Kemampuan verbal terdiri dari 30 butir soal, Kemampuan Kuantitatif terdiri dari 30 butir soal, Penalaran terdiri dari 35 butir soal, dan subtes Bahasa Inggris terdiri dari 15 butir soal. Sebagaimana telah disampaikan di atas, agar tidak ada pihak-pihak yang dirugikan dalam penerimaan mahasiswa baru, perlu digunakan instrumen atau alat seleksi yang berupa soal tes tertulis yang baik. Dengan demikian perlu diketahui bagaimana kualitas dari soal tes yang digunakan dalam seleksi masuk program S1 dan D3 Non Reguler UNY. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini perlu dilakukan agar dapat diperoleh informasi yang tepat tentang karakteristik butir soal ujian masuk program S1 dan D3 Non Reguler tahun 2005.

Abstract

Abstract : Cooperation is an organization that launched and supported by the government for the purpose of public welfare. The existence of cooperation in Serdang Bedagai Regency aims to build the economy of the people that are expected to improve the economic welfare of the community by increasing revenue.The purpose of this study is to analyze how much the development of CU Mandiri in Serdang Bedagai Regency, analyze how much influence the characteristics of the members to the success of CU Mandiri in Serdang Bedagai Regency, analyze how much influence the CU Mandiri on income members in Serdang Bedagai Regency, as well as to determine the amount of savings and influential members of the loan amount to the success of the Credit Union. The method used in this research is to use the Rank Spearman correlation test and multiple linear regression analysis.The result showed that the CU Mandiri shows the development of the number of members, number of deposits, loan amount, and the asset is increasing every year. Based on the Rank Spearman correlation test was explained that the variable characteristics of members (age, education, number of dependents, and income) are not closely related to the dividend variable statistically. Based on the results of the t-test showed savings and loan variable positive and significant impact on the income variable statistically. Based on the results of t-test variables have positive and significant savings to variable dividends while the loans variable does not significantly affect the dividend statistically.Keywords : Cooperation, Credit Union.

Abstract

Banyaknya mahasiswa di STAIN Salatiga tidak hanya berasal dari wilayah Salatiga. Mahasiswa yang bukan berasal dari Salatiga tentunya memilih untuk mendapatkan tempat tinggal selama menempuh pendidikan di Salatiga. Pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan nonformal yang bercorak religi Islami, jelas banyak peminatnya. Hal ini karena selain menawarkan hunian sementara seperti kos atau rumah kontrakan, pesantren juga memiliki kurikulum pembelajaran agama Islam yang dapat memperluas wawasannya. Dengan demikian, keberadaan STAIN Salatiga khususnya pertumbuhan jumlah santri sangat besar pengaruhnya bagi perkembangan pesantren di wilayah Salatiga. metode penelitian menggunakan metode sejarah. Dengan melalui tahapan Heuristik, Verifikasi, Interpretasi, dan Historiografi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peralihan status Fakultas Tarbiyah Salatiga menjadi STAIN Salatiga selain membawa berbagai perbaikan atau perkembangan bagi STAIN Salatiga sendiri juga berdampak pada perkembangan pesantren di Salatiga. Bertambahnya jumlah santri yang tidak seluruhnya berdomisili di Salatiga membuat pilihan menjadi santri di pondok pesantren semakin diminati sehingga jumlah santri di pondok pesantren bertambah. Bertambahnya jumlah mahasiswa jelas membuat kebutuhan akan ruang bertambah sehingga dibangun kamar-kamar baru dan fasilitas lainnya. Di beberapa pesantren Salatiga sendiri, saat ini mayoritas santrinya adalah mahasiswa dari IAIN Salatiga yang sebelumnya adalah STAIN Salatiga.

Abstract

The character KH. Salimi Mamba'ul Ulum was the choice of researchers because it is unique in not encouraging students to attend formal school at the high school level or equivalent and subsequent levels, this situation is generally referred to as Nyantri Salaf. Its implementation during his time as a caretaker at the al-Salimiyyah Islamic boarding school, which is located in an urban community, gave rise to ideas in the religious, social and cultural fields as well as his struggle for Salafist traditions. This study uses a historical biographical method with a behavioral approach which aims to see how characters interpret the situations they face and the consequences of their actions. The research results show that the thoughts produced by K.H. Salimi Mamba'ul Ulum are a manifestation of what he did during his lifetime. The thought that was born by K.H. Salimi in the religious, social and cultural fields is directly proportional to his struggle to establish Islamic boarding schools, community service institutions, Ramadan safaris and the al-Salimiyyah children's educational park. The results of this research show that K.H. Salimi Mamba'ul Ulum has succeeded in realizing his thoughts and struggles in the religious, social and cultural fields.

Abstract

The issues of character-building quality and morality in Indonesia still become everyday tasks. A high rate of crime and violence occurs in ordinary people's life. Many younger generations, particularly school-age kids, were engaged in promiscuity, brawls, fight, et cetera. Thus, for solving the youth generation problem from an early age, improving character building is necessary. Islamic boarding school has a very strategic role in building character. The study is qualitative research with a study case in Hamzanwadi Nahdhadul Wathan Diniyah Islamiyah (NWDI) Islamic boarding school through an interview, thorough discussion, and direct observation in the research site. The study shows that the foundations for developing character building are religious, philosophical, and empirical. These three foundations make Hamzanwadi Diniyah Islamiyah (NWDI) Pancor Islamic boarding school still exists and become exemplary for other Islamic boarding schools in developing character building. Abstract

Kualitas pembelajaran di lembaga pendidikan merupakan penentu minat masyarakat terhadap lembaga tersebut. Mutu sekolah digambarkan salah satunya pada output dari lembaga tersebut. Semakin baik output dari suatu lembaga maka memperlihatkan bahwa mutu pendidikan di lembaga tersebut baik. Pada tahun 2023 tingkat pengangguran di indonesia terbanyak merupakan lulusan SMK. SMK yang pada dasarnya didisain sebagai lembaga yang mencetak lulusan yang siap kerja. Hal ini dilatar belakangi oleh mutu pendidikan dari lembaga tersebut.  SMK Plus Munirul Arifin NW Praya merupakan lembaga formal yang berbasis islami yang berperan aktif dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan bagaimana SMK Plus Munirul Arifin berperan dalam peningkatan softskill peserta didik serta bagaimana kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa SMK Plus dalam meningkatkan sumber daya manusia dengan cara meningkatkan soft skill peserta didik seperti mengajarkan akhlaq dan budi pekerti secara aktif, keterampilan beragama, enterpreneur, pelatihan bahasa asing dan keterampilan lainnya sehingga dengan skill yang dimiliki mampu menambah kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap peserta didik tersebut. Dari kegiatan ini diharapkan peningkatan softskill peserta didik sebagai ajang untuk mempersiapkan dunia kerja dapat menjadi role model lembaga-lembaga lain, guna menekan jumlah pengangguran yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya kemampuan.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the role of human resource management in increasing the professionalism of Islamic teachers at MTs Al-Hamidy Kebon Talo. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observation and documentation. The resource persons in this research were the principal, Vice Principal for Curriculum, and MTs Al-Hamidy teachers. Data was analyzed by data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of the research can be concluded, including: human resource management has an important role In developing the professionalism of Islamic teachers, this can be seen through the human resource management process in developing the professionalism of Islamic teachers at MTs Al-Hamidy, namely 1) Planned HR Planning: HR planning at MTs Al-Hamidy involves analyzing the school's needs and staff development goals, so that training and development programs can be prepared appropriately. 2) Strict Recruitment and Selection: Strict policies in the teacher recruitment and selection process ensure that the teachers recruited have the appropriate qualifications and competencies, and are able to instill Islamic values in students in a professional manner. 3) Continuous Competency Development: HR management is active in identifying teacher professional development needs and providing support in training and the use of technology to improve teacher capabilities, especially in the IT field. 4) Attention to Well-Being and Motivation: Attention to teacher welfare as well as providing incentives and motivation helps in improving teacher performance and ability in facing challenges in the era of digital education. 5) Building an Organizational Culture that Encourages Professional Growth: An organizational culture that encourages collaboration between teachers and creates a positive work environment helps in motivating teachers to improve their professionalism.
