Abstract

The objective of this research is to identify the correlation between Own Capital (X1) and Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) (X2) of the Income Entrepreneurs UMKM (Y) Toba Samosir at PT Bank SUMUT Cabang Balige. The object of research is UMKM entrepreneurs Toba Samosir who is a debtor KUR at PT Bank SUMUT Cabang Balige period October 2014.Analyzer used in this research is to use multiple linear regression method. As for testing the measurement scale used by researchers using conformance test (Test Of Goodness Of Fit) is coefficient of determination (R-square) test T-statistics and statistical F-test using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) 22.Based on the results of the study show that the Own Capital and Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) positive correlation of the income entrepreneurs UMKM Toba Samosir.Keywords: Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM), Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR)

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the factors that affect and be decisive economic competitiveness in South Labuhanbatu District by using the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). By using purposive sampling method, this study uses primary data with questionnaires and interviews with 30 respondents consisting of students, teachers, community public, bureaucracy, banking, non-banking, and entrepreneurs.The results from this research that the infrastructure factor becomes the most important factor in improving economic competitiveness in South Labuhanbatu District with a weight of (0,278), followed by a regional economy factor (0,275), then the labor and productivity factors (0,184), institutional factors (0,151), and the final is socio political factor (0,110).Keywords : Economic Competitiveness, Analytical Hierarchy Process

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the level of people’s consciousness in paying zakat in Medan Baru.This research characteristic is descriptive. The data in this research are primary data and secondary data. The collecting of the primary data is done by giving questionnaire to muslims in Medan Baru were categorized as Muzakki. while secondary data are obtained from Badan Pusat Statistik, Mosques at Medan Baru, and other literatures. The descriptive analysis method by using computer SPSS 21.From 100 respondens that observed, obtained that the level of people’s consciousness in paying zakat fitrah in Medan Baru is higher than the level of people’s consciousness in paying zakat maal. It shown by average value for the level of people’s consciousness in paying zakat fitrah is 4,84 of 5, the level is categorized as ‘Excellent’. As for the level of people’s consciousness in paying zakat maal is 3,21 of 5, the level is categorized as ‘Good’. While, the level of people’s consciousness in paying zakat in Medan Baru is relative ‘Good’ with the value is 3,98 of 5.Keywords: The Level of Consciousness, Zakat, Zakat Mal, Zakat Fitrah.
